I gave them another try 👍🏾👍🏾. The staff has always been kind to me here, and the store is clean. I like to purchase hot food from the kitchen area. I had one bad experience years ago at this store. I purchased Crab from the guys working in the back where they have fresh seafood on ice. After preparing it for my son at home, he opened it and it was green and yellow and slimy… Just absolutely unacceptable. I didn’t go back for many years.

Kinda weird thing to say, but the staff is a little bit racist. I came here to grab some food from the deli. I'm a white guy, but my wife is Hispanic and I speak Spanish fluently. I was standing at the counter waiting while other people walked up and the staff would help them before me? Ili chose not to say anything, I had made eye contact with several employee at this point. They saw me. They knew I wanted something from the case. No help for 6-7 minutes. Then I heard an older gentleman in the kitchen say to another worker "el blanco quiere algo? El simplemente está parado ahí, es gracioso."

To be honest I don't care all that much, I think it's kind of funny because he's uneducated and dumb to assume people don't speak Spanish because their skin. But it's sad. Definitely won't be back to a northgate. No mexican food tonight, I guess because I'm white!

I went in to place a big food order for a birthday party. Chuy from cocina was very helpfully and knowledgeable about their catering packages. His customer service is excellent.

They have an amazing collection of fresh tortillas and fresh Mexican bread as well tamales! I wish we had one of these in the Coachella valley. When ever we come out this my wife and I will be sure to stop. We're already making a list of things we want to buy before we go.

An extremely busy Northgate Market. The parking lot is huge but the layout is horrible and inefficient. Getting out of your parking spot might be hell.

The store is very well stocked, clean and organized. Their fresh food, deli, meat and pastry department at this location is top notch. I have one concern though, the employees here need to work with more sense of urgency. Being very busy, their clerks and especially their cashiers work at a snail's pace.

Nonetheless, Northgate carries quality products. I wish the company would be more concise & adamant on the expectations and standards of the employees. Because I've noticed this at several Northgate Markets.

They should be ashamed this day in the morning I bought almost 4 pounds of chicken they came with a terrible bad smell I think they will soon put out worms how is it possible that they sell those pigs have a conscience keep an eye on those old and ruined meats what do they sell I hope and put it into practice if not as a consumer I will go and complain to other places

Disgusting and gross flies in your seafood packages, I cant imagine their cleaning protocol, and the person in charge of customer service Marlen Flores gives me the solution of taking the package with the fly so that she can return the money or the merchandise, it is not Money is the time you waste, it is not 10 minutes that you spend in those online stores to have to throw the food in the trash as soon as you open it.

If I no longer went to the store, I only went to exchange the coupons that they gave to my husband at the time until I convinced him that I would no longer exchange them there, the checks, except with this I come back to pay and ask the cashier Her name is Elizabeth, how many coupons can I give her and she tells me how many and she returns them to me saying that they are expired, and I told her I didnt know that they were expiring and she answered me yes thats why they have to use them quickly and I answered well they give a lot I gave coupons and she responded that this is what happens because I dont change them at the bank and I told her whats the matter and she tells me thats what happens. Because I dont change the checks at the bank, its disrespectful to me that I said that because not all people You can change them at the bank for many reasons, but what I dont understand is that when you change the checks they give out a lot of coupons and they are coupons that are only spent there so that they have an expiration date. Its not fair because then if you look at things differently They are stealing from you, that is exactly why they stopped changing them there and at that time they gave other coupons that were 1 for every 5 and did not have an expiration date, the truth is that they should change that and take away the expiration thing that does not benefit us at all and only you They are the ones who are winning and the silliest thing is that they say in the commercials that the people there are very helpful and very happy and you go to the store and everyone with their long faces, I will definitely not return.

Please do not sell pupusas, we bought some and they were very dry and tasteless and they did not give us a tanned diet. The tamales are 7/10. The products are good but the price is higher than in other stores. It is not for bothering anyone. It is my opinion.

I went there last Saturday afternoon it was really busy but the cashier where I was waiting in line made it happen she made sure everyone was helped out and did everything with a ll smile on her face I believe her name was Christina Ill definitely be coming back because of her customer service!

11/21 12:45pm There s a big sign when you walk in promoting their specials. I wait to order and the older skinny white haired lady just stares at me confused when I say what I want. Tenia cara de mensa. She asks for help and then tells me they don t do those anymore. I ask well why is the sign up ? It s unfair to keep ppl waiting. And she just shrugs rudely and doesn t say a word. Just stood there starring. Many ppl don t come here anymore bc of the customer service lacking. You re a worker we re not aquantinces work on your attitude and delivery.

Despite the fact that I have been going to Northgate de Buena Park for years, the one in Euclid did not leave a good taste in my mouth. To begin with, the parking lot is very small for all the businesses that the plaza has, and the store is still very small, and for this reason they should not have things that get in the way in line, such as a display of candy for example, here is the issue of COVID if it is worrying because they are all very close together. I see more variety and better quality in the fruit and vegetable area at the Buena Park store. And in the grocery area they did not have what I was looking for. It is very common to bump into people because there is no space. Wait. I only see 3 solutions for the space, or rent a space next door and add it, move to another larger location or organize your shelves much better.

Every time I shop here, the staff is always so nice, friendly and helpful. I dont speak Spanish that well, so to know that everyone there can help you in English, which doesnt make me feel foolish. Great produce, great meat selection and the pan dulce is awesome.

The cake we bought cost $29.99, it was supposed to be tres leches. The quality has gone down on the cakes, they just had a little moisture on the bottom of the top half. If it is three milks, a medium deep plate should be placed on it so that the milk is retained there. (Like they do at Vallarta Market). Very dissatisfied with the purchase, it should not be at that price. In addition, they must put a date on each cake they make so that those that are already old or dry can be sold cheaper by the slice.

For some time now the food, especially the fruit and vegetable section, has been of very poor quality. To begin with, I dont recommend the mangoes since they come out rotten and the garbage can in the back smells super stinky, Ive already called them to tell them and they dont do anything, it smells disgusting and the supervisors are very disastrous and poorly behaved. The terrible service since the pandemic, that is why neither my family nor I consume anything from that store.

Excellent customer service, good variety of Hispanic products, fresh and clean. Too bad they close the area where they sell the cooked prepared food one hour before the store closes, other than that its really good place to buy groceries. I recommend all this stores locations.

The ceviche from the deli is great. They have awesome attention to food safety, with staff doing temp checks through all the prepped food. Just know that waiting on line with the loaded carts to reach the cashier is worth it.
