This place was great. Service was top-notch (they were so kind to my kid; went above and beyond in their kindness). The food was really good. We had a few of their tacos, the ones I enjoyed the most was Spicy Shrimp & the Pork Belly (get these tacos- so good). The Cadillac were great too. Large varieties of drinks as well. Plus, if said it was locally owned. Great spot.

Our team was on the hunt for a new Mexican restaurant, and we were lucky to discover Solita Tacos & Margaritas. We arrived right as they opened at 11 AM on a weekday and were warmly greeted by a friendly host. Within a minute, we were seated, and our waitress promptly came by to ask if we wanted to start with drinks or appetizers.

We sampled a variety of dishes, including the ceviche, guacamole, brownie tacos, and half chicken--each one was a hit with our group. The cocktails were equally impressive, with the watermelon margarita standing out as a favorite.

A special shoutout to the manager, Israel, and our waitress (whose name I regretfully can't recall) for their excellent service.

We'll definitely be returning to Solita Tacos & Margaritas!

A rather modern take on Mexican cuisine.

We tried the street tacos and was quite delighted with the flavor and presentation. It is what you would expect at any late night taco stand/truck. Portions are small but perfect size for light sampling of the various street tacos they offered (carne asada, chicken, pork, fish, etc.).

The accompany mixed drinks were also on point.

Due note there is an extra service fee associated with the tab. The price is a bit high but I guess what you would expect for the location. This location seemed quite busy. The bar was packed. Service was a bit slow during this time.

We absolutely loved this place. Michael was our server. He is outstanding at what he does. He is able to manage so many different things and is able to do it gracefully and also with so much pleasure and joy. the food was delicious. We ate the steak with the so good we also had the corn on the cob. It was really delicious. I love the tables that had their own individual TVs. That was nice, Michael was amazing and we will definitely come back to this location when we need to charge your Tesla.

Great service. Nice place. Happy Hour margaritas were 99.9% bottled margarita mix and ice. Blah. Happy hour guacamole was just mashed avocado. Bland. The two little salsas were spicy and very good. The Bull Taco was very tasty. But $10 for ONE taco? I think next time we give this place a miss.

Vibe was great! Service was excellent! Food was above average. Felt the flavors were a little lacking but still pretty good. Solid selection of Mexican beers but wish they had more IPA selections to choose from. Good happy hour food selections too! All in all, solid spot to pregame before the Angels lose again. We’ll definitely be back!

Our waitress was very kind and appreciate her for speaking Spanish. She and our busser made us feel welcomed and our experience much better 10/10

But we did feel slightly off being seated to the side of the restaurant, by the hostess. Plenty of booths open near the bar area with nice lights and music, but we were sat near the kitchen/patio area. 4/10

Regardless, food was good 7/10
Vegan friendly if you ask to remove some ingredients from some dishes (Tofu tacos) as it seems they all come with cheese. Had a good time.

Price seemed a little high, but I guess its because this place is located in the Platinum Triangle where many tourist or office folk would frequent it. (3 tacos/$15)

Wouldn't turn down another visit. Recommended 👍

The bar had entirely open seating as well. So my friend whipped out her phone and picked a reservation for us that was 5 minutes away. Only THEN did we get seated! The table selected had wall to one shoulder and I had asked to be moved. The host obliged and seated us at a nicer table with no shoulder walls and a TV view. Well, her boss may not have liked this as a few minutes later and after we had placed our orders, they had a confrontation with each other in front of our table. It seemed very much about us yet we were never asked to move. The food was good, especially the chicken tacos. They were slightly better than the fish. I would love to return but maybe not to the Anaheim location.

I recently visited Solita Tacos & Margaritas with some friends, and let me tell you, it was an experience—just not a good one. First off, when we walked in, the host seemed to be playing a game of “Spot the Customer," because we were completely ignored. We stood there, hoping someone would acknowledge us, but no. People who walked in after us were seated before us. I began to wonder if they had a "First Come, Last Served" policy.

When we finally got seated, the service was just as dismal as the greeting. It took FOREVER for the server to come around, and when he finally did, I thought I was on the set of a horror movie—because he looked dead inside.

Now, let’s talk about the food—if you can even call it that. The nachos tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday, and the margaritas? I’ve had more excitement from a bottle of tap water. The bar was moving at a snail's pace; I swear, the bartender was taking breaks to contemplate life between each drink.

And the man at the front? Oh, he was a gem. His customer service skills seemed to be built from the same materials as an expired coupon—useless and forgotten. I could have gotten better service from a vending machine.

It’s clear that Solita is seriously mismanaged. I’m not sure if they’re running a restaurant or hosting a job audition for people who don’t want to work.

If you’re looking for a fun, lively dining experience—look elsewhere. This place is a taco trainwreck, and I’m not getting back on that ride.

Vibed to the live music on a Friday night, open bar with TV’s for sports fans. Free chips and salsa.. delicious. The chile verde is specially loaded with flavor.

I had dinner here last week. The carne asada is very good. I ordered the chile relleno with carne asada and it was delicious. My mother had the enchiladas and she also said they were really good. We ordered the guacamole and that came out quickly with the chips and salsa they provide already. Overall great experience. Unfortunately I did not take photos of the foods. We spent 150 before tip for 5 people.

Came here for a corporate Christmas party and it was a great experience. Staff was very friendly and great at keeping drinks flowing. Food selections were good, but I look forward to coming back to try the full menu.

Came here for happy hour before a Ducks game. It's walking distance to Honda Center which makes this a perfect pregame spot. They have a good happy hour, cheap margaritas and tacos, plus free chips and salsa, what more could you ask for? The crispy fish tacos are my favorite!

Great Service and Delicious Chicken!
I had a fantastic experience here. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The prices are reasonable, and I ordered the whole pollo rostizado—great flavor and generous portion size! My wife and I, along with some friends, also tried the tacos. While the tacos were decent, they could use some improvement in size and flavor, especially considering the cost.

On a positive note, they serve complimentary chips and salsa, which is always a nice touch. I'll definitely be coming back for the chicken, but I hope the tacos improve to match the quality of everything else.

It's ok for overpriced tacos.

The waiter dropped one of the dishes, and it got all over my legs, nothing but a "woops, sorry."

Would have been nice if they offered a slight discount or a dessert on the house for the mishap.

Poorly managed establishment. Went there prior to an event to have dinner. They asked us if we had a reservation, which we did not. They told us to wait at the bar and we would be seated in 15 minutes. We ordered drinks and waited about 45 minutes. When we inquired about when we would be seated we got the runaround from rude management, one of whom was named Abby, who refused to give us her name but we found out later. No accommodation, no apology. We were actually blamed for the situation for reasons that I'm unclear about. Ended up getting take-out food from restaurants nearby. Also, about half the restaurant was roped off and dark with empty tables during Sunday prime time dinner hours. Won't be returning here.

We had a large family in town from South Carolina and we had amazing service (Israel was a rockstar)! The food was freshly made and delicious. Queso Fundido and the Watermelon Margarita were standouts. Would highly recommend!

Stopped in while charging our Tesla and decided to have brunch on a Saturday. Place was clean and nice. Bartender and service was very good. Food was good. Drinks were better. Came back the next Day - Sunday, to charge our Tesla and stopped by at the bar again. Bartender and manager were very attentive and engaging. Again great service and very social. Definitely would like to come back when were in Anaheim again! Great selection of Tequilas! Chips and Salsa were fresh and tasty!

The atmosphere was great, very friendly staff all working together cohesively. Jorge is an excellent attentive server and we were even greeted and checked on by Israel who had a great conversation with us. Authentic Mexican food- so many different flavor combinations and great portions AMAZING DRINKS!

This is place is a joke 3 inch round taco shells , hence street tacos for 21 bucks. Never go there I can make better tacos than them and sell them for 2 bucks a taco . Make my money back for the meat and shells and double my profit.

Visiting California and this was our first stop just off Google. So glad we came here. Our waiter Billy helped with choosing our taco choices and wow was it all so delicious! The rice was very good and so was the Cadillac Margaritas. Our kids loved and ate all their food too! Highly recommend!

This was our second time to solita but the first in anaheim. We loved the menu, the shrimp taco and also the margaritas are amazing. We had a lady called Maria (so sorry if this wasn't her name) serve us, she was so attentive and amazing at her job. We just wanted to say thankyou we loved the food and service. 100 percent recommend

First time visiting to solita. Ordered grilled fish taco plate. Was so dissapointed . There were three 1/2 inch pieces of fish in each taco. A tiny container of Pico de Gallo. Rice was oily and reaked of cumin. Chips were saturated in oil. I asked server to provide more chips and they were just as oily. Food way overpriced for quality and quantity.
The only positive was our nice server Jorge and manager Israel who tried to make it right.
Sadly I won't be returning.

Wow this place is NEXT LEVEL! We are very picky on food and atmosphere and this spot does not disappoint! Patrick was our server and he was prompt, attentive to our needs (and drink refills) and was very friendly. Israel was also very welcoming and made sure we were being taken care of.

I highly recommend the queso for an appetizer, carnitas for your entree, and the watermelon margarita to drink. We will definitely return here for the exceptional experience all around!!!

I had lunch at Solita Tacos & Margaritas in Anaheim with my coworkers, and our experience was fantastic. We were seated promptly, and all the staff, from the host to the server to the manager, were incredibly friendly. Our server, Bill, and the friendly manager, Armando, made us feel very welcome.

The food was amazing. I had the asada burrito, which was delicious. My coworker had the smoked ribs, and she said they were amazing. Another coworker tried the verde chicken and loved it. The complimentary chips and salsa were very appreciated as we waited for our food. We will definitely be coming back for the great food and excellent service.

i usually go to jt schmid's before honda center events, but found out they closed and needed to find another restaurant. Solita is close enough to walk to honda and the owner stated that event parking is ok with receipt. I was happy to experience good food, good drinks and good service. Free chips and salsa is always a bonus. Happy hour prices are reasonable. Got frozen pineapple margaritas for $9 and chile tofu mini soft tacos for $7. I'll be back for sure.

El lugar es bonito, pero la comida no nos gustó...las fajitas de pollo tenían demasiada cebolla, era más cebolla que nada, mi esposo pidió tacos vampiro y no tenía sabor la carne. La salsa que sirven con totopos está muy rica. El servicio fue malo, era una sola camarera y tardaba mucho en llevar las cosas y para la cuenta y para todo.

My guest and I had a hard-working server that day. The frozen pineapple margarita was excellent, so I had two of them. When I ordered my food, I forgot that it was street tacos. I thought I would have a little bigger of protein. Still, it's a good place to dine before a Ducks or Angels game.

I recommend making a reservation although you don't have to. My husband and I went around 3pm and it was going to be a 15min wait so we sat at the bar. Great drinks and amazing tacos!!

the food was pretty good but it's the service that is so so wonderful at this location. overall it's such a pleasant experience when you're food is good, drinks are really good, service excellent and top if off with an awesome live singer. BTW, the live music is not loud and obnoxious, but I've been twice and both times the singer was really nice to listen to and really added to a nice evening.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was great and atmosphere was very nice. What will make us come again is the outstanding customer service and how convenient it is to the Honda Center and Angel Stadium.

We were recommended this restaurant by a close friend of ours so we went ahead and tried it to see if it’s really that good.

I am happy to say that it is great, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice and open. Didn’t feel like we were closed off but out in the open. Which I enjoy very much.

The food…. The nachos with carnitas are delicious, the fish taco was surprisingly more flavorful then I would except it.
The only that sucked was that they were smaller than I would want them to be. 😅

The only thing that wasn’t as great but it was good enough was the asada tacos and chicken tacos.
Was the meat soft… yes
Was the meat flavorful… unfortunately no.
I think if they would add a bit more flavor to the asada and chicken it would have been better.

Other than that, the place was delightful and would recommend anyone to go.

I think I'm in love! Many choices on the menu and excellent prices. I had their twist on Albondigas soup, and it was amazing with all the different textures. There were lots of dishes around the $10 range which made feeding our party of 7 reasonable. Looking forward to trying other offerings on their menu.

We had a wonderful time here. Went for Sunday Brunch and the food and drink did not disappoint. I recommend the mimosas in a bucket (can't remember what they called it). A bottle of champagne came in a bucket of ice and surrounded with various juices (your choice) to add. The food was delicious too!

I wasn't a fan of the oak grilled fish tacos that I ordered, but it may have been the sauces. Need to try something different there. The salsa and chips were amazing though. The atmosphere is awesome and the service was great. Might just have been what I ordered, will give it another try

I can’t rave enough about this place! Happy hour specials are amazing (and delicious). I have met several friends here for happy hour and they all leave happily surprised at how great the food and drinks are for the price. Their complimentary chips are delicious, making it impossible to stop dipping their mouthwatering salsas. Service is great, everyone is so friendly and inviting ☺️

Went in for a quick drink and pair of tacos and was accommodated well by all staff, my server Alyssa had been excellent and food and drinks were great! thanks for the quick service you guys!

Excellent happy hour did, tacos were very tasty. Service was okay, but the place is a little sterile inside... I feel like I'm at an airport restaurant... Dark decor and up still look, but not much else.

Nice concept. But portions are very small, not too much flavor, presentation is great. Unfortunately not the taste. Cocktails saved the night tho.

This place is amazing. Great food at a great price.
Since the moment I walked in I was greeted by two girls in the front.

Once I was seated. Our server Jorge was great, very attentive with us. Even the server who brought us the chips was very nice. The chips are so good they come with some little pinwheels chicharrones that was authentic, it gives it a little nice touch.

I order a salad Jorge explain all the kind of meat to put on it. Omg! The shedded chicken chipotle was do yummy. My husband order the carne asada with ranchero beans. The meat was cooked to perfection it was really good. The margarita flight was excellent, Jorge did an excellent job explaining the flavors. One of the margaritas comes with a cute little ducky that you can take home. Nice little souvenir. They also have mastique they cut the corn right in front of you wow! I’m impress.

This place has huge TV screen making it the perfect place to watch a big game. or a nice place to take your family for dinner. The prices are reasonable .

I highly recommend this place. I will deff be back.

Absolutely love Solita! Great place to socialize with friends, friendly staff, and amazing food! The Vampiro taco is a must try! Highly recommend checking this place out.

Terrible experience. Had a reservation and we were one minute late they said we could not be seated only at the bar. The restaurant was completely empty, it was at 4pm. Eventually they seated us. The food was horrid, ordered fajitas they came in a bowl... and the food was cold, and chicken was charred, just bad food. The server took our order and never returned to the table! The bathroom had no soap and the handicap stall was locked. Asked manager to open the door and he did not. A customer crawled under the stall to unlock the door. Just a terrible place!

Very overpriced, we had to ask for chips 20mins in to sitting waiting to order drinks and another 10 to order food. The asada street tacos plater had about 15 ½in cubes of meat and 2 slivers of shreaded cheese and a drizzle of "guacamole" a side of rice which was dry and crunchy and slaw that tasted like sweet watery mayo. The watermelon margarita was decent but not very strong. I won't be returning anytime soon if ever I do not feel 2 taco plates and 2 drinks were $90 worth or my money.

Please don't go here. The service was horrible and the food was mediocre at best while the price suggested otherwise. They seated us 30 minutes after our reservation - and sat walk in folks of bigger and smaller parties before us. When we did get seated - it took about 10 minutes for them to bring our chips and another 5 to bring water. We waited another 10 for them to take our order...

Our drinks and queso (appetizer) arrived after the main course. The queso originally was melted but had recooked and was solid by the time it was served. The food probably would have been good if it was warm...

I paid a visit to Solita Tacos & Margaritas on January 26, 2024, and had quite a mixed experience. First off, I must commend the server for their exceptional service; they were truly amazing. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match up to the service quality. I found the dishes to be overly greasy and excessively spicy, which was a letdown. Additionally, there were some mix-ups with the orders, which further dampened the experience. Based on my visit and a glance at other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in my thoughts. I would likely not recommend this place for a meal

My family and i have been over 20 times. I have no idea why there have been some below average reviews. The service is always impeccable. The cocktails generous. Whether happy hour, regular meal service or brunch for breakfast and mimosas (which they serve by the bottle), we have never been disappointed. Our waiter Patrick was fantastic. This is a very well kept secret in Anaheim. If you want high end fusion dining without the price tag this is the place to be. It’s great for families or a place to chill at the bar and watch the game. We’ve eaten at fine dining places in Los Angeles with Mexican fusion vibes and paid well into the $700 range. Definitely try this place out. This is coming from an avid foodie.

Stopped here for to-go food after a Ducks game… didn’t open our food until we were on the train but quite frankly these tacos are as sad as they get. No love. Minimal flavor… sending prayers for those who eat here.

Anytime you walk into a restaurant and it smells like sewage you should walk away. We were going to the Honda center after brunch so we chose this place because of the proximity. We will never go here again
Food was ok and they took my mimosa before I was done. 👎

Stopped by this taco gem during a quick break from ubering. The oak-roasted chicken taco was an absolute delight – tender, flavorful, and satisfying. The crispy fish taco was equally impressive with its clean, savory taste. The ambiance of the place was both sophisticated and simple, with a well-thought-out interior design. And the service? Food was delicious, service was awesome, and the atmosphere is pretty cool! We made a reservation, maybe not necessary but you never know. They gave us chips and salsa and water to start. Our server Michael was personable and attentive. He answered our questions about the menu and came back fast so that we could order. The food came out pretty fast. We didn’t order full entrees but for the three of us we had the skinny wrap with chicken, a vampire chicken taco, and a Naked bowl with Carne Asada with a side of slaw. We don’t leave one speck to be picked over. So yummy and fresh, even the slaw was well done.

The food here is great. I've been here 3 times now and the food has been delicious. The service is not bad but it can definitely be improved. Only 1 out of thr 3 times I have been here was actually busy...but all 3 times...the service was oddly slow and the servers were not very attentive.

Great food, great drinks, and great fun. I had the oak chicken—very good, and the table ordered a pitcher of watermelon margaritas—very refreshing. The chips and salsa were very tasty. Recommended this restaurant. Service was very friendly.

Service was very slow for a Thursday night. If you are in a hurry this is not the place for you. Food was average and restaurant is noisy. The bar is not a good bar to watch sports.
