Really good dinner and not too expensive. A tasty modern take on Mexican dishes. The street corn sharable is enough for two and super tasty. I had the burrito which had nice chunks of steak and the sauce carried a nice heat to it. The service was good. They weren't very chatty but took good care of us. I love the decor. Great time.

The atmosphere of URBANA is quite nice although the music was insanely loud when we went. Servers were very kind and service was quick! And the food is incredible! Both me and my partner got the nachos and they are truly to die for! Heads up they don’t accept cash so if you’re a traveller make sure you have a credit card

we stopped by the blind rabbit for some drinks in the court area and found our way to this most delicious tacos!!my husband and I like trying cauliflower anything and they happen to have cauliflower tacos, I had my first bite and it was an explosion of Mexican flavor, I loved it and so did my husband. We also tried the chicken mole tacos and they were also popping, it was a very creamy texture and I almost felt it tasted like tamarind pulp and chili. We also had some drinks and enjoyed a nice evening with music playing in the small court room. I will definitely bring my girls to try this delicious taco treats!

Neat little place inside the bottom floor of the Packing House. Delicious food. Recommend the Green Chilaquiles and the Urbana Burger. Plenty of drinks and liquors to choose from. Have a TV that was showing sports. Seating is somewhat limited, but plenty of room for groups. They were down a cook and it took over 45 minutes for us to get our food while others who arrived after us received their food before us, but workers were informative and made up for their little hiccup. Recommend.

We came here for my friend's birthday on cinco, the Mayo. We were a party of 6 and our server was Gloria. I just want to say the food was great. The atmosphere was fine. The service was awful. The server was kind. She was nice, but everything took forever. It took us 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks (shots). Took us another 15 minutes to get the server to come back to take our order. 40 minutes to get our food. Another 30 minutes to get the drinks that we asked for. Another 15minutes to get the side of avocado and 2nd order of drinks we original asked for whe. We made out order.
The cherry on top, was a mandatory tip WE HAD TO GIVE. Imagine being forced to give a generous tip on bad service. I will try this place again on a regular day, but of what I've seen there were plenty servers, and other tables were getting their food before us so I can't help to think, what gives?

Food is decent better than what I expected really. Just watch out there was a peice of metal in one of our dishes. It seemed like a nail or staple, when told to the server or staff they were like what ever, you could tell their sorry was a mere formality. I didn't expect any compensation of any kind, but geez, what if my wife had swallowed it.

Stumbled onto this restaurant. Food, drinks and service were
solid. But the small, metal stools were so very, very uncomfortable. Couldn’t wait to leave as soon as we finished our food. Why on earth restaurants use these torture devices is beyond me. It’s really too bad because we will never return just because of these stools.

A super solid 4.5 stars. 🌟
The tacos were fantastic, and the service was great. They even accommodated our party when we asked to switch from a high top table to a standard. Super nice.
The place is quite small though, and through no fault of their own, there was a very loud band playing in the courtyard, and it was difficult to hold a conversation with our party. I'd definitely go back, maybe when there's a quieter band.

FYI, this place will not seat you if you have a stroller. Love this place and after we had kids I had a friend come down from LA talking highly of this place, but the hostess wouldn't seat us. The place was dead and her reasoning was we just don't have a spot. We took our business elsewhere but the owner should be aware of his hostess turning away business. It was just rude and will not be back, I guess it wasn't busy as the service here has plummeted.

Okay honest review, first time at this restaurant.

Is very difficult to get to this small little restaurant , is inside a food court, the restaurant is on the lower area and you need to walk through a lot of different restaurants to get to URBANA.

- The place is really small , not big at all the seating area not very big , and a bit uncomfortable the tables are very close to each other you don’t have a lot of room to walk is small , THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR BIG FAMILIES. the tables are super small no room to put your plate and drinks, also no room to strech your legs.

- The music IS SO LOUD , you can’t not have a conversation , I did asked our waitress why is the music so loud she said is part of the atmosphere of the restaurant. I had to YELL because of how load the music is.

- The restaurant decorations is very cute and urban you can tell you are at a Mexican restaurant. I really like all the wall decor.

- AGUAS FRESCAS , I don’t know who makes the aguas frescas they are not good at all, the strawberry one and pineapple had no flavor and tasted bitter . for a Mexican restaurant you really need to improve you AGUA FRESCAS THE TASTE IS NOT GOOD.

- The food is very tasty, i got fish tacos and they were so good, and everyone was happy with their food. small portions but good.

- THE WAITRESS: DONT expect good service they will take your order bring your food and they don’t return to check on you. pretty much you have to wave your hand to get some type of service. not the best.

Great tequilas and Victoria beer in the bottle. Would definitely return. Again Gloria was killer. She covered the table brilliantly.

Food - was great, good sized portions - especially for sharing, and good fusion dishes.
Drinks - a wide selection of cocktails and mexican sodas
Dessert - Churros were fantastic
Atmosphere - As a party of 5 we were on the communal share bench table at the front, the seats were super uncomfortable if you have a medium-large bum. The Packing House had a couple of guitarists who played some good easy-listening modern and classic tunes which was great, however, as soon as this finished the music in Urbana was pumped back into the restaurant and at a crazy high decibel level making it hard to think let alone talk.

An absolutely SHOCKING thing to experience, after spending nearly $100, being told "the kitchen is already closed" when we tried to order another $10 taco. According to hours, we had at least an hour left before closing. Was it laziness on thier part? Idk. But if I owned this place, and my customers wanted to order Id let them.up until closing time.

It’s sad that if your a group of Latinas and come to this place talking Spanish you get discriminated by this ignorant girl Nicole. I came to this place as a first time trying to have a good time with my Mom , my grandma my sister my aunt and myself and sadly this girl made us wait 15 minutes as a “check in “ with 4 empty tables .

If you ever cross this girl in your life just think twice if you really want to come and spend your money at this restaurant due to her horrible attitude.
Nothing against the restaurant but the girl you have at front needs to be on the back instead

Nope. Tasteless and pricey! Might be Mexican inspired but with NO Mexican flavor at all. Came to Anaheim Packing District for lunch with a couple of friends and needed to locate a spot that could accommodate my husband as he has Celiac Disease (can’t have gluten cross contamination). I called ahead and Ashley answered the phone. She was so helpful and kind enough to check with the head chef to confirm we could be accommodated. She informed me he could have anything on the menu that wasn’t fried (as they only have a shared fryer). Perfect! We showed up and ordered take-out from the bar. Ashley helped us and flagged his order (enchiladas) as an allergy and he was able to have a safe meal. Ashley is a rockstar!!

I ordered the (vegetarian) cauliflower tacos and they were delicious! We did take-out and ate outside downstairs in the cute cushioned seated area.

Highly recommend Urbana if you are looking for a spot with gluten free fare in Anaheim Packing District!

Went with my girlfriend, we asked three times if the enchilada dish had nuts and my girlfriend mentioned her allergy allergy. We were told the dish had no nuts in it, and that the waitress had confirmed with the kitchen staff. This was inaccurate. I had to run to a nearby store to get her benadryl because of her allergic reaction. Even after she was visibly having this reaction, the server still denied that the dish had nuts in it.

Not knowing much about Mexican cuisine we took her word for it up until she had her allergic reaction. When we got back home, we realized the dish had mole, not something we knew anything about until today, but when googled clearly shows that it is made from nuts. We were lied to about the dish, and my girlfriend has had to suffer an allergic reaction because of it.

Not acceptable at all. Stay away if you have a nut allergy.

Suuuuucks so bad! The menu lacks variety and they don’t have rice (you can’t order a side of it) because “it’s only for the burritos.” The chicken mole tacos were horrible. The chicken just tastes like boiled chicken with salt and a watery “mole sauce” on it. Oh and they charged a dollar for a ramekin of flavorless salsa. You’re better off eating at Taco Bell - even with the post meal diarrhea.

Our waiter was very helpful and took very good care of both myself and my significant other. On the other hand whoever is in the back handling orders has no clue about customer service thus will never return. The only reason we chose to eat at Urrbana is because I have had surgery and cannot eat a lot of foods but they had soup on the menu and guacamole and I can digest it. We asked before we were seated if they make their guac fresh and they sold us to it. When time came to order I requested the guacamole to not have onions and the chef sent our waiter back to our table to tell me they cant substitute!! I kindly replied it's not a substitute and I would pay double the price on the menu if they can make it without onions and explained my reasons. Again the chef didn't show his face and could care less about his customers and sent the waiter back to tell us NO SUBSTITUTIONS....TOO BAD YOU LOST NEARLY $26 AND WILL NOT RECCOMEND URBANA TO ANYONE. GOOD LUCK SURVIVING WITH ALL THE COMPETITION IN THE PACKING DISTRICT WHICH ACTUALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR MEANS TO SERVE MY NEEDS.....

Food, drinks, and service were all top notch. The only weird thing was that our server told us they have a maximum of 90 minutes per table, even though half the place was empty.

Ordered the pastor tacos at Urbana to go. My cashier's name was Jonathan who was extremely rude, unwelcoming and not friendly. I asked him if the item I ordered contained any avocado due to my allergy and he very dryly replied "No.". The food was alright but expensive, paid roughly about $15.00 for 3 tacos with no sides.

Taco Tuesdays offer two tacos for $5 or $6. The tacos are a bit smaller than the standard size but you can try a few kinds this way. The Paloma was delicious too. Try the carnitas and fish tacos.

We sat down and looked at the menu now every loves a Margarita right? Hands down to Ross our bartendar last night the spicy margarita was amazing yes from the taste of the spicy salt to the perfectly blend of alcohol. My daughter and I will definitely be back! The service was stellar and that's always the best impression to go back!!!! Taco tuesday we will be there tonight💯.

Their taco Tuesday is a great price! A shot and a beer is $8 they have two tacos for $5. It’s a good deal. I tried their Paloma and it was ok. Now their loaded fries in the picture are amazing! I don’t know their name but it’s soo good. It’s French fries with carnitas pickled carrots queso cotija and some kind of sauce... they are super good. Highly recommend them.

Good asthetics. Came for happy hour which had good deals. Not too impressed with the food, perhaps I didn't pick the right things for my palate. I'd give it another go if I'm in the area.

Just average. There are a lot of better options inside the packing house. The food was kind of sloppy. Service was slow and not very helpful. We had two different beers and they couldn't tell us which was which. Slightly disappointing. I'm sure they were off their game because of the high traffic that night due to the convention in town. I'll come back when it's less crazy and give them another shot
