Zito's Pizza

I tried it and it’s not for me. I’m sure many people love it.

With a few more details,
The place is so big and can have big families. Great for watching games and big groups. Service is good.
Pizza was not for me. Maybe kids would like it though. Cheese was a bit chewy and heavy overall. No crunch on the crust. I’m a pizza snob so if you’re not like me you’ll prob be fine going here.

Ordered my food at 4:38 PM was told it was a 50 minute wait. My husband went 50 minutes later and was told it would be another 20 minutes and when he picked up the food and brought it home it was cold it had been clearly sitting around for a while. Epic Fail Zittos.

Ordered online for pick-up. Had to wait only a few minutes passed the expected ready time. Staff was nice and friendly, restaurant looked clean. Pizza was delicious and will definitely be going back. Much better quality then the big name competitors.

Stopped here with friends for a quick dinner and beer on a Saturday evening. Everything was excellent.. service, pizza and good selection of beer! It was a little noisy but the crowd was just having fun!

Recently new owners. Pizza is better than ever and help is really nice. I was surprised at the pizza - it was better than before. Sadly, Angelo and Vincis closed but this is a darn good go-to. Thank you.
Edit:went back a week later and the pizza was completely different. Not so great. Tried contacting Zitos via website but no response. So,I’ve lowered my 5 stars.

Good Pizza parlor. The best garlic bread i ever tasted and ive tried them all. Im Italian and gre up on this stuff.
Pizza dough was fresh and had authentic flavor.
Oregano was too thick and barely made it out of the shakers. I was expecting the more granular one.
Ambiance is nice, not fancy and not distracting, the correct setting for a pizza parlor. You cna sit down and have a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance.
Small arcade for the kids, tons of seating and a good selectionof beers.
Will come back and recommend.

Hasn't changed a bit!! Still 10 stars, just had the best pizza since last time I was in Anaheim! Food beyond excellent, staff excellent, and just a good place to relax. Thanknyou Zito's!!

I have now visited Zitos 4 times. I have enjoyed their pizza, wings, salads, and a sandwich. Very generous meat and toppings. When everyone else is cutting back on toppings and meat, Zitos is still giving you your moneys worth. I really love the atmosphere. They have a great family vibe. There were lots of youth sports teams when Ive been there so it has a great, fun, active feel. Plenty of TVs with current sports games playing. The beer selection is fantastic with many, many beers on tap. Cant comment on the delivery aspect as I dont live nearby but I look forward to being in the area just so I can stop in and enjoy the Zitos experience. Highly recommend!

Don t want to bash the business the staff was professional/friendly during my pickup interaction. Atmosphere seemed okay at the time I was there. Hot wings were the typical average hot wing, nothing good or bad to say about them. However, the pizza not a fan at all. This pizza to me, to put on nicely, was mediocre at best. Very cheap cheese. Sauce wasn t thrilling at all. Dough was disappointing. All around disappointment and no where near a New York pizza which I wasn t expecting, but not even close to New York style either. If you re looking for a real pie, this ain t it.

The pizza is decent, but maybe they can improve the service a little. They brought the pizza to the table but they didnt bring us plates or condiments, we had to go ask the cashier if there was any.

The wait times can very. When I was there the staff lost my order. So for me it took an hour for a cheese pizza. Luckily the food was excellent!

Food was good. Nice sandwiches with sprouts! Beer was not ice cold . And the wine glass was so small they had to fill it to the top. Would rather have wine in a stem less glass. Feel like they should focus on their bar. Would still go back.

We have been getting our pizza from here for about a year; it was our new favorite pizza place. However, in the last three months they have really gone down hill. A month ago, my order was only half started when I showed up for pickup. This past Friday, my wife ordered at 4:15 and was told it would be ready around 5:15; she was there until at least 6 PM waiting for our order (pizza and one order of garlic knots) and when we got home we realized the pizza was burnt. The staff seems overwhelmed, with no organization or process. Without the manager personally stepping in, nothing gets done.

Best pizza place anywhere! Or at least it used to be. Owner is MIA. No one seems to be in charge and a lot of employees are standing around doing nothing while customers wait for someone to ask them for their order. We stood in front of somebody at the register for 10 minutes while he was on the phone taking an order while six other employees were just down the counter talking to each other and not one of them thought to come up to the register and take our order. This restaurant is suffering from lack of good management. The restaurant is also filthy. Tables are filthy napkin holders are filthy chairs are filthy and clearly no one is done a deep cleaning in years. The restaurant seems to survive on many to go orders. My wife and I were there for 2 hours and we showed up at 4:00 in the afternoon and we didnt get our pizza in front of us till close to 5:30. The restaurant only had a few spattering of people in it and I swear there were more employees than customers. These young people are not being trained by the managers and it shows. So I dont blame the youth who worked there The fault clearly lies with the managers and the owner. Restaurants dont run themselves people. Theyre clearly needs to be a manager on the floor giving direction and if that were to happen this place would be nails.

Im VERY unhappy with how our order happened. We got food & ordered like normal. The guy said it take about 1hr. We ordered at 630 & it got to us at 815ish! Seriously?! Thats not only unprofessional but not 30mins to an hour like they say. The slogan should be, if its late, its free. We had to call multi times to figure out where they were. They shouldve gave us a refund!. It arrived COLD & NOT cooked well. For $30+ I expect better, not only from the staff but be accountable. Sadly this isnt a place I want food from again. Go to another place that values their customers, this place doesnt care!

Really hard not to post. Only doing it with the hope of letting someone who cares know how the staff is not preserving the customer service and quality of experience. We are long time patrons, like 20+ years. The people here lack structure and knowledge of customer expectations. You will potentially experience some form of dissatisfaction visiting this location at this particular time. Whether it be waiting in line while the staff joke around at the other end of the counter, or orders not brought out in a timely fashion or in order because of a lack of attention or training. Will try the Tustin Ave location next time. Hopefully someone gets their arms around this as it historically has been a good local place for pizza.

Best pizza that weve had ANYWHERE. Its perfect every time we go to the Anaheim Hills location. Weve had pizza from other locations as well and it has been just as good.

Food for two people came out after 5 minutes. Good for the third person not until the first two finished eating. Food for the fourth person came out even later still, and it was completely raw inside and not safe to eat. By then everyone else had eaten their food, so the fourth person had nothing to eat and potentially another 20-30 minute wait for a replacement. We ended up asking for a refund and left hungry. They forgot the side of ranch as well. And why are we tipping when you have to grab your own plates, cutlery, napkins, and service is inaccurate, slow, and badly timed?

I really love this place my mom took me here and the garlic bread is a must because its so good I really wish I got the name of the lady that helped us shes blonde with a ponytail and looks 25 she was super helpful when ever I asked for something and I love the safety precautions that they did its a really safe place to eat and everything was just so good. I also love that my dad can watch sports on the TV and when the arcade is open ima definitely try it thanks for a good time zitos ima ask my mom to take me back again: D thanks

My family has been eating here for years and its always great. Good family atmosphere and sports on the TVs. A game room for the kids and beer for adults, its perfect. Plus they have an outdoor patio. Excellent pizza & salads, they have something for everyone.

Order was wrong. I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple calzone and I got pepperoni and pepperocinnis. It wasnt even cut. Calzone also did not have ricotta in it as advertised nor did it taste as good as it has been in the past. I drove 45 minutes to get this bc its always been one of my favorite places when I come to town. I will not be going back.

Zitos is a bomb pizza ace that always takes great care of me. Lots of delicious food to choose from at reasonable prices. Received excellent customer service from Andrew who went above and beyond to make sure my dad and I had a good time.

I mostly have lived in Sydney Australia but also Melbourne, Anaheim Hills and Philadelphia. I travelled to 41 of the 50 states and had pizza in many of them... nothing has come close to the Zito s special. Wish i had eaten there more often when I lived just a few miles away. Now every time visit LA I have to make a trip to OC just to get Zito s. Can you open a store in Sydney??
