Food was very good and the price was good. Both the mixed chicken bowl and mixed pork shoulder were excellent. The chickpea and potato side was a bit too salty and I generally like salt. The chocolate cashew pudding was very good but too mall to order again. The atmosphere - there is none since it is a warehouse, but the outside made it worse due to trash and debris everywhere. I will definitely order again and now I know what to expect.

Do not use delivery for this place! Took an obscene amount of time to get food prepared on a non-peak time, and then the delivery ended up being 30 MORE minutes after the original estimate. At least provide realistic estimates. Food itself was okay, but portions were small for the price. Avoid!

The place is basically a ghost kitchen. My double smashed burger was dry. I’m glad I ordered with some pickles and grilled onions. It gave the burger an umami flavor. I did not really taste the sauce. The fries tasted weird like they have not changed the oil in awhile. I love how they buttered the buns. It is a small parking lot and you have to order on kiosk and wait for your food. Pretty simple process, but the kiosk did not print my receipt. They must be out of paper.

Cloutea Hub Review:

Ghost kitchen of a bunch of different "restaurants"(?). Storefront says "FOOD PICK UP AND TAKE OUT". Drive through a seemingly random and dimly lit business complex and at the end is a bright waiting room. Order through some kiosks and pick up at a locker.

First time I went to one of these and definitely kinda weird. Not sure if it's bc I'm just new to this but it wasn't rlly a positive thing. Ordered 2 drinks and popcorn chicken. For a ghost kitchen where your food is meant to be eaten at home, the popcorn chicken was very soggy by the time we finished out 10 minute commute (not sure if it was crispy to begin with). Drinks were pretty solid but nothing too special.

It was my first time trying it. I’d say this is a perfect place for introverts or for someone who wants to order food from different restaurants cause you can add everything to the cart. I did the mobile order and i didnt notice they send you the “locker” number once its done.

So i got the food. Very hot. I like the birria but the chips are hard and lil bit chewy. The red sauce as bright red and almost taste like spaghetti sauce.

Ordered a Frappuccino from here, received a cup full of whip cream and no coffee, just a cup full of whip cream. Support was unable to provide a fix as they stated the store determines portions; suppose a cup full of pure whip cream is acceptable for them.

The place is basically a ghost kitchen. It's like 15-20 "restaurants" all in one building, and you pick your restaurant, which then pulls up its menu, etc. The food is honestly really good considering it, but the location is VERY sketchy, and the building itself kind of still looks like it's being built. All in all I'd say a solid 4.3 because the food is very tasty.

Don’t order Starbucks on Uber Eats/Doordash from this location - I tried ordering a hot coffee from them, and 4 times in a row I got the iced equivalent, even after specifically putting in the notes “the hot coffee, not the iced on please.” Huge waste of time and money.

Pad kee mao was delicious from Bai Tong. I chose to get it with pork and was pleasantly surprised at how much pork it came with. Definitely will be coming back. 1 star off of service only because it took a few more minutes than the initial estimated time. Still worth it though.

Best pickup system. Wide verity of food. Fresh ingredients. A bit pricy for location and quality perhaps.

I wish the salad options included power greens such as kale, spinach and urugala instead of lattus and cabbage. After all, some stores are makes as health food restaurant.

It's a warehouse-esque location with many restaurants in one location. I was able to order through their kiosk easily. Prices are fair, food came out quickly, and the taste was great! Definitely tastes healthy but not in a bad way. I would definitely return here again.

I wish if they serve the sandwiches in individual boxes not all in one bag ,so they don't get soggy...
We loved the burger sandwiches
But we didn't like the fried chicken for two reasons
The oil was used for frying the chicken is obvious old and being used many times.
Second the sizes of the chicken tender are not same couple of them are very small there is no consistency..

This is a MUST eat place in Anaheim when you are looking for a quick inexpensive meal! The food was so fresh, tasted incredible and the sauces were top notch. As someone with a dairy allergy, it is so hard to navigate menus but everything is dairy free here so I had so many options. I highly highly recommend!

In the back of an industrial park lies this gem for take-out. A little weird to walk into, but well with it. So many options it's hard to pick. I got Bai Tong Thai To Go. Excellent choice. This is going to be my go to for to go orders.

Ordered Ahi Hawaiian bbq. Food was ready in 10min. I noticed how heavy the bag was when I picked it up. Upon opening it was stuffed with teriyaki chicken, mahi mahi (a fish so nice they named it twice), rice, macaroni salad, and extra sauce for the fish and the chicken. It was all delicious, and so much that I have leftovers for dinner.

i don’t eat out much because the foods in the public places aren’t the best foods to eat because they’re processed and fried but as i was out of town i looked for a gluten free restaurant and stumbled upon ben’s fast food and was shocked to see it was vegan/gluten free/ dairy free/ keto friendly etc!! i was so excited!! down to clean ingredients, clean oils and everything! im very picking so when i heard their food was clean ingredients i was so happy. The food was delicious and very well prepped. Definitely will be ordering from them again😊🙌🏼

This is just Amazing. I inhale it is minutes. It is my first time to try this high technology order where you go to one place that looks like a warehouse and order from the screen and wait for it so I highly recommend ypu order before you go otherwise you will wait for 30 min but at the end the food was outstanding and the Egyptian guy meet me at the end and he was extraordinary nice. Great experience 🤗🤗

Tried out the Biryani boys out for the first time. It’s in an industrial building and pick up is like Amazon pick up locations. Owner of the biryanis boys came out and helped us since we called and were unsure of how it works. Definitely loved the food and flavors. The meat was very tender and spice level was as described. I highly recommend it and would love the option of no sauce added and be able to check if you want which veggies options such as picker onions and tomatoes-cucumber salad. The roll was very good and iced Kashmiri chai. Packaging was excellent. Love the thought process put in to presentation.

It's convenient to have so much variety under one roof on one bill. Order online, get a text when your order is ready, and give your name at the pick up window. Easy. Know that food you've added to your cart or available options can update at anytime so the menu can be unpredictable at times.

There's a decent amount of parking here, but it's cramped. It's also not well lit if you decide to pick up at nights.

This is a hidden diamond in the rough. The location actually has several diff food varieties to choose from. Walk up 5o Kiosk, place order, wait about 20min. You are good to go! Good food, Teriyaki chicken entree was enough for 3 people min.! I'll be going back fo sure!!

So if anyone doesnt know. This is a ghost kitchen. Its literally some ipad and lockers where they put ur food. So many cool options. Me and my friend ordered tea with boba. Surprisingly the boba was fresh and good. The tea was a little sweet but i would definitely try some new tea and maybe even another food option a little pricier than usual but cool experience

A large collection of restaurants under 1 roof (no seating, only takeout). Smooth online ordering and slick pick up process (you receive a text when it’s ready then you can easily open a locker that has your food). Personal favorite is Ben’s Fast Food. It’s quick, healthy, and tasty.

I ordered a few things from a few different menus. The food overall was pretty average, but the prices were a bit high for the quality and quantity of food dor the most part. I ordered a pizza that said it would be ready by 30 minuets, and ended up waiting about 50 minuets. The three other orders which I made after the pizza were cold by the time it came out. The place is takeout only and has a very small foyer with some kiosks to order on, and lockers to pick your food up from. There are a pair of uncomfortable benches inside, but you're better off waiting in your car for the confirmation text.

I love the fact that you are open late, and I can order good food to-go after I get off work. 99% of restaurants are closed by the time I get out. This leaves me only a couple fast-food choices, if this option didn’t exist.

I was pretty confused when I first drove up since it’s located in a business center. It was also really weird walking up to the building and into the lobby. There was no one else there and I thought maybe this was a business just available for delivery drivers.
Once you walk into the lobby though, you’ll see devices that you can use to order from a variety of cuisines and restaurants. After you order you can wait in the lobby until they text you a link that gives you the locker number for your food and also the ability to unlock it. And then you’re on your way!

I loved the convenience of it; especially that they have so many options. I was in the mood for something Asian, but someone else wanted Mexican, and another wanted a burger. We were all able to be accommodated in a place like this. And the wait wasn’t long at all, I think I waited the longest out of my group, and it was 10 mins tops.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the food. Normally when I look at a restaurant online I can see each other ratings, and easily read comments. At a place like this I have to look up ratings individually from each of the restaurants. I got a banh mi lettuce wrap (Millennials) and didn’t love it; I think they literally used a cut up hamburger for the meat. But the boba I got from a different restaurant (Cloutea Hub) was great. It’s all a toss up. Still love the idea though!
