Great place to eat if there is a convention happening in this hotel. There is plenty of seating and there are tons of options on the menu to get a quick bite. The food is little oily for the most part. However, eating here will ensure your lunch is eaten in a prompt manner.

The flatas were tender and had a nice flavor. Both drinks were also well made (not too sweet or heavy-handed). The environment is relaxed. Would definitely get more food and drinks here again. The bartender made a great recommendation for our snack.

Overall a nice bar.
The drinks were good and I would say 4.2 or of 5. They were strong but if your looking for flavor it counts what you order but I would say if you like it sweeter or more bitter just ask for extra bitters or syrup.

You can have a view of the pool but that's a good and bad. The good can be nice view the bad can be kids and families coming and going through the bar entrance.

Amazing experience! One of the best hotel restaurants I've ever been to. Sitting out with a view of the pool was great. Prices were not that bad either for post-COVID, touristy area, and California.

Had the anaheim eggs benedict.. it was meh. The Hollandaise was as runny as water and almost none of it provided, I had to request extra. The 'crispy' hashbrowns were so soft and soggy. Very disappointing. The mimosa had something floating in it and they brought me a new one, still charged me and it was an awful proscesso, I just left most of that on the table. Some servers were so great. Mine was hard to find I had to almost yell for her attention, maybe as a single table I wasn't her priority... the flavour of the hollandaise and Benny was good and the only reason for the 3 instead of a 2. But really more of a 2.5 overall experience. Meh. Wouldn't come back.

On my most recent stay at the Marriott Hotel at Anaheim my reservation included breakfast in the restaurant, so we opted to take advantage of this.

The decoration and atmosphere of the place is great, however the service of some waiters is mediocre, as well as details on glasses that had tartar on them that didn't dry them when they were washed.

The first day the service was good, but not great, let's say it met its objective.

The second day being served by the employee "Yumi R" was disastrous, the waitress with bad manners served us from the beginning, in the meantime since one of my relatives does not speak English it was difficult for them to communicate with the waitress so I went to bar to serve me, in addition to this he never came to ask us if we needed anything during the visit, but yes, in the middle of service she left the bill without me having asked for it and she still has the nerve to ask for a tip, which he obviously did not leave.

It is unfortunate that Marriot has employees lacking a vocation for service to guests.

Amazing Place!!! Amazing management and staff, from the moment you step foot in the reservation desk! The service is absolutely top-notch!!! Thank you all so much for your incredible hard work! This is what truly makes an experience absolutely unforgettable!!! Shout out to the manager @ nFuse! My 10-year-old son is extremely grateful for the SMOrES!!! He has been eagerly wanting them for 3 days, and on the last night, YOU all made it happen!!! We absolutely adored the pool too!!!

I stayed here back in March of 2016. We came to the restaurant later in the evening and just ordered 3 or 4 appetizers and it was an excellent meal and great service and there were just two of us in there as it was later at night.

We sat outside by the pool. Lights and flames from the heater gave great ambiance for dinner. The grapefruit and avocado salad and lobster mac were delicious! I highly recommend both of them. My son finished his buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and fries with strawberry lemonade in no time 😋 Food was served quickly, and the server was friendly. He made us feel welcomed. We will try Wagyu Burger next time.

Stayed at the hotel. Wanted the churro waffle, which we couldn't get through room service. Called down to the restaurant twice, no answer. Went down to restaurant to order and bring up to room. There were 2 people standing around talking at the host stand, no lines, and I could see there were empty tables, so not sure why no one picked up the phone. The churro waffles themselves were soggy and not remotely warm, with a tiny amount of powdered sugar on top, and did not look like or taste like churros. The hotel stay was lovely. The restaurant for breakfast not so much.

Went there on a weekday for lunch. Grilled cheese and tomato soup were delicious and flavorful. Also enjoyed were the sweet potato fries and chicken sandwich.

My coworkers and I stayed at the Marriott during a work trip, and this restaurant is located inside of it. It was so good that we ended up eating all of our meals here instead of going out! My favorites were the chicken hash with eggs and the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich.

Nice poolside patio. Worth the price of a $20 cocktail. Tried the chips a cheese dip. Chips were delicious. Cheese dip was average. Later tried the kale salad. Very good but small serving. Just know. One server we had was great!!! Brought us waters to go. One was space. In fact I'm not sure he was really assigned to table. Again...go for outside area.

Terrible service. The place was almost empty the morning I visited. They would not seat me until my party arrived (1 person). I told them that I would love to grab a coffee till he arrives. They told me to go to a starbucks!!! Terrible service! Never giving them my business again.

I visited two days in a row for dinner and was not disappointed. The pork chop was excellent, and the ribeye I had the next day was very tasty, though slightly above my requested temperature; it was still tender and delicious. I also tried the Lobster Mac and Cheese, which was creamy and decadent, and had a taste of the mushroom pasta, which was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this place.

I recently checked out nFar Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was alright, nothing mind-blowing, but it did the job. The service, though, was top-notch. The bar staff were super friendly and made a great cocktail.

One thing to note, though, is the price tag. It's definitely on the pricey side, which is expected for a hotel. Overall, nFar is a decent spot if you're up for splurging a bit, but if you're watching your wallet, you might want to think twice.

I was here for a recent convention company convention. I stayed in the hotel directly across from Fuse and my wife and I were looking for a great place to eat. My wife found this place and read about it and discovered it's great reviews. We decided to give it a try and I would like to shout this from the mountain tops EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! We were assisted in this wonderful experience starting with our server Jaun who was spectacular! Then we were assisted by Artemis who took time to find out the ingredients of one of your deserts to insure my nephew was not allergic to it. Last but not least was the incredible leadership Caleb and his assistant in training, Caleb is a humble and energetic leader. He also made you feel welcome we will be returning just because of the staff. The bonus was the chef Sabrina and let me tell you she has magical powers when it comes to preparing and presentation of your order. She has the best smile and quietest deminor but her work of art is the food! Her choice of desert that she recommend for me was spot on. As a successful company it would be in your best interest to continue success to keep all these people I mentioned close and well taken care of. Please make sure these people are well taken care of and hopefully they will stay. In closing this is a warning if you do not take proper care of these people someone will take them. I say this because if I open another place in the near future I would personally take them all because they are worth every penny!

Very nice and good restaurant located inside the Marriott Anaheim hotel. Here you can find a wide selection of fine dishes an also local beers. Staff is very kind and available and can accomodate easily your needs. I would personally recommend the "double actuator" beer.

The veggie burger was delicious and enormous, but they gave me a side of dairy ranch instead of the vegan aïoli it was supposed to come with. The onion rings were fresh and hot and crispy and I had a bite of my friend’s sweet potato fries that were delicious too. But it took at least 45-60 minutes to order and get our food at around 1:00pm with a reservation. Outside patio tables were mostly full, but inside was completely empty, and it still took ages and no one checked on us. Don’t go here if you don’t have a really long time to spend.

The service was great, but I was disappointed with the steak added to my salad. The waitress put it in as well-done without asking. It was taken back, but it was still overcooked. Felt bad for the waitress, so I didn't complain again. With the ratings and the price of the added steak, I would think the steak would be good. I wasn't impressed with the kale salad.

Bartender blatantly poured Michelob Ultra and claimed it was Golden Road Mango Cart (and charged me accordingly). This was after he told me that they were out of the first two beers I asked for, and he decided I must be a "lager drinker".

Matthew took care of us when others wouldn’t. I trust him with my life…and my dinner. Our reservations fell through at another local restaurant and he made the whole night better. We first ate here for our honeymoon about 2.5 years ago. We've talked about their food since and agreed it was a place we had to eat at if we came back. The food is every bit as amazing as we'd remembered. Staff is always so friendly and have great tips for visiting the park if you ask. Cannot recommend enough!

The food is fine, service okay but the big thing is their bar stools at the back tables. They are the most uncomfortable chairs ever. I can’t believe a hotel that commands over $500 per night actually has these back breaking chairs that feel like you are going to slide off! And we aren’t the only ones! Several customers are saying the same thing!! Fortunately, a nice waiter dragged over bar stools that were a bit better, but he even acknowledged that there have been lots of complaints.

Went to nFuse on Christmas for a cocktail and a bite during the afternoon. I sat at the bar and the bartender (Fernando, I think was his name) was very knowledgeable. Top notch service.
The nFuse Double Old Fashioned was quick tasty.
I also got the Centrel Valley Beet Salad. It was really good. I also ordered the Apple Crostata that came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
nFuse has always been consistent with the service and food for the many years I've visited there

We were guests for nine days at the hotel. nFuse is expensive and the prices were hard to manage over such a long stay. Example: our breakfast for two (which was complimentary because we were concierge level) totaled $98 for eggs, toast, coffee and water. (I asked for the ticket so I could tip our server). The service was GREAT! Worth 30%. The quality of food was great. Recommend the lamb chops, the chips and manchego, the roasted veggies, omelettes. We ate breakfast and dinner here on multiple days. The flavors are solid, the presentation is lovely, and the food is well prepared. As a hotel restaurant, the restaurant has an upscale feel but is a bit noisy, despite the excellent, chill music vibe. Will return.

We had 3 drinks; Suntory time, ya me voy and SoCal vida with the meatballs. Suntory time wasn't bad but you couldn't taste the whisky at all. Our first order of SoCal vida had a fly in it. When we brought it up to the serve they said at first they saw it and it was from the lemon slice. After you saw it's legs still moving he took it back to get remade. Ya me voy was the best hands down. If you like guava, this is the drink for you. The meatballs were so bad. Super dry and tough. When we mentioned it to the server he said it was because of a cheese they add? Overall not a good experience especially for $80 spent.

Came here at noon on a Tuesday. Sat outside for 15 minutes and wasn’t approached by a single waiter. Then was told 3 times within the next 10 minutes my waiter was on the way. They never came. Took me going inside and complaining to be acknowledged during a light lunch shift. Truly pathetic service and will never be coming back.

Went for my friends birthday, and it was our first time there. The workers were amazing! I believe he’s a manager, around 11:50ish, we arrived and he sat us in a quiet area as we requested. Our server, Jackie was amazing and attentive during our time there, then we had a pleasant conversation with another worker. When we had asked for the bill, turns out they comped our meal! I left a good tip as the service couldn’t have been any better. We will definitely go again soon!(:

The food at Nfuse was delicious. I enjoyed everything I got the atmosphere was so nice felt like you were being transported somewhere tropical. The brussels sprouts were so fresh and so tasty. I did decide to add some maple syrup because I felt like it was missing a little something sweet just a personal preference. I really enjoyed being able to curate my own dinner by ordering sides of all the things I wanted. David, our server was amazing. He was full of suggestions and gave us amazing service. The bread pudding was pretty delicious and I should’ve taken his advice about getting the vanilla ice cream but I was so full and I just couldn’t do it. The chips with manchego cheese dip were the best thing they were so fresh and so hot and amazingly tasty. We really enjoyed it every single bite.David gave wonderful service. Ten out of ten totally recommend.

Nfuse fine dining near convention center is very good and classy, portions are generally small, could be made bigger but prices are very reasonable for such area and quality food, taste is very good and presentation is great.

Pretty good food and drinks. We ate dinner outside by the pool, they have heaters to help keep you warm. Breakfast is only served inside. Our server for dinner was great. The staff at the entrance for breakfast not so much.

Food and atmosphere were great but it is very awkward when walking into the lounge area to find a seat. When I did find a seat, there were still drinks and plates on the table. The server said I could sit there but then acted like the dishes were mine. Fi ally he understood and cleaned the table. Everything just took way longer than it should have. I have been there before and the service was better. I would go back but will likely find a seat at the bar.

Portions are huge and the food is delicious!

Food was very good and the atmosphere was nice. Service was slow and left a lot to be desired. Prices were quite high as well.

It was a very nice time with decent food. The burger is definitely one of the best but tried the steak instead.last night and it was ok.

It’s ok. Fine for a hotel, but my expectations were a little higher since it looks like a nice place and has good reviews.

Most (but not all) of the hostesses are on the surly side, and like to complain about customers in earshot of other customers (heard it twice).

One server (Vivian) was great, while another (Kevin) wasn’t.

Club sandwich is quite good and the fruit I got along with it was very flavorful.

The potatoes au grating were light on potatoes, which seems weird. Had it had more it would have been very good.

The flatbread was soggy and tasteless - really awful. My wife said the Brussels sprouts were ok, but too soggy.

Menu prices do not match the menu prices. Food came out burnt and just a terrible experience. Took 10 minutes to be greeted by our server, then 20 or so for our apps to come out. Never got one of our soups. Ordered roated Brussel sprouts was brought out burnt Brussel sprouts. Other items were of very poor quality.

NFUSE Calamary 17 on menu, charged 20
Housemade chips, 10 on menu, charged 11
Natural Ribeye, 49 on menu, charged 50
Wagyu Burger, 21 on menu, charged 22.

Save your money and go to the end of the block and enjoy Mortons. Had a much better experience the night before.

America was the best part of the night! Bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly! Food was cooked to perfection! Good places like this come few and far between! If your in town for a convention you need to stop here!

My salad (grapefruit & avocado) was fantastic. Service was ok, they were really busy. Expensive.

A bumpy service start that ended as a delicious and wonderful experience. Seated quickly, but no menus and no server for the first 10 minutes. We had to ask multiple times for menus and service…BUT then we got full service and attention. Breakfast was delicious. The menu had lots of healthy options and our sever was great! They apologized multiple times for the hiccups at the start. The manger even offered to take care of our bill. I never expect a perfect experience - but it’s all about how the hiccups are handled. NFuse handled this with 5 starts. Thank you!

Mahi tacos were delicious, as were the house made tortilla chips. Our waiter Toni was awesome! She checked in at the right times, not overly distant or clingy.

Went here several times for meals and drinks. The staff was always very attentive and quick, despite having to serve hundreds of other convention-goers.

When we showed up, there was some sort of convention going on, there were hundreds of people! There were probably about 100 people in and around the bar area at nFuse alone. Needless to say, we were a bit worried that we weren’t going to be able to enjoy each other’s company due to the noise level, plus we were nervous that we wouldn’t have a table since there were so many people!

The hostess seated us right away, and brought us past the bar area into the dining room, where it was much quieter and relaxing. Thank goodness!

The drinks were alright, nothing too memorable… but the calamari!! Oh my gosh, it was sooo good! Even the little green beans that were mixed in were good! Aesthetically, not appealing lol… it looks like vomit… but wow… it was good!

Matt got the ribeye… it was good, a little undercooked a bit, but that works out for us since I will use it in some sort of homemade dish. Matt says he looks forward to me making a meal with it more than he enjoyed the dinner here.

I got the pear and prosciutto flatbread. This was really flavorful! It had a bit too much arugula, but that’s an easy fix. I got a pino to go with it rather than the peach Negroni I started with.

For dessert, we got the Table Campfire S’mores… soooo good and so much fun! It was served with apple slices, Carmel and Nutella…. Very very good!!

The decor was very modern and clean, I really enjoyed the atmosphere!

I would go back and recommend going here to anyone! Great date night or just stop in for the calamari!

It is a standard hotel restaurant bar, the staff is very nice but it's in a noisy location. Had lunch, it was good but nothing I was writing home about. I would recommend If you're stuck in the hotel and need a place to eat that's not gonna kill you, but bar might, strong drinks...

Ordered take away roast chicken with a couple of sides. The order took exactly the time they stated to prepare. It was extremely nice tasting.

I would do 3.5 if I could but I'll round up to four. The place is certainly clean, mildly sprawling, and fine for a hotel bar/restaurant. It has appointments that seem transported from the early 90s, including the nAme.
We never tried any food but our first night stopping at the bar for a nightcap was lackluster at best. We had to ask for a second round and then also ask to cash out. The second night was significantly better. The bartender was VERY efficient, offering a beer sample immediately asking what I was into, then a few minutes later mixing a gratis (low content) shot for the six of us sitting at the bar. "This is compliments of the Marriot and in hopes of making new friends!" he said as he set them down in front of us all. Even if part of the program and not a moment of whimsy or personal affectation it was fun.
Either way the entire hotel experience there was great and recommended.
