This place is truly a hidden gem. The food was delicious, the service was top notch and the family feel was consistent through out the night. The owner personally served us and he really cared about delivering a quality experience. I had the chicken marsala and got to sneak a piece of the salmon...both were exceptional. I will be coming back to Anaheim in November and I plan to eat here again for sure.

This is an odd place. There are so many questions about it. It seems to be some sort of event space . It’s unfinished as you enter the building- really weird but get past that and have a seat- you will quickly forget about that.
The restaurant/room is very bright (wish they would dim the lights a bit) and formal setting but California casual seems fine for attire.
The food- absolutely outstanding. We had a business dinner with about 10 people and everyone was very happy with their meal. There is a comment about the steaks- get the fillet over the NY. Much better cut and it was noticeable.
Their house Old Fashion was with Makers Mark and came with a cinnamon stick- thought it was odd but tasted fantastic.
I have eaten at some very nice steak houses and I have to say the food here is amazing but the setting is odd. I would rate it a 4+ overall. I want to give it a 5 but can’t- there are so many weird things going on outside the one room restaurant.

This place is an amazing hidden gem. The staff was amazing they treated you like family and the food was incredible. There was about 10 of us and the staff was patient-friendly and attentive to our needs.

I really hate leaving less then 5 star reviews, especially for a new restaurant getting off the ground. However, I hope they take feedback sincerely since it may help work out kinks in the kitchen that need to be addressed. First impression was the looking past the oddity of what seemed like a quaint restaurant built in a warehouse/convention center hoping we found a hidden gem, but the food overall was disappointing. Bread service seemed like warmed up sourdough rolls bought at a grocery store and not on par with what the décor of "fine dining". The appetizers were actually pretty good but nothing to rave about. The main entrees were a failure across the board. Both chicken dishes were dried out, pasta was over cooked, mushy and Salmon was so salty it wasn’t edible. The staff was amazing but unfortunately with the food being an overall failure we will not be returning.

Super weird restaurant. It looks like a prop restaurant was built in a huge concrete room. We were super confused about where to go when we arrived. From the looks of the other people who came while we were there, they were equally confused. The food for the most part was better than average but not excellent. The chicken parm, was not great. Mainly breading.
It looks like most of the five start reviews say "a hidden gem" as did a reply to one of the reviews. I'm not saying they are writing their own reviews, but that many "hidden gems" makes me wonder.

We ate at The Alexander for a business diner tonight, the food was delicious, the space was gorgeous, and our server Jasmine was so kind and helpful! We would definitely come back next time we are in town! It is such a fun, delicious new place!

Stay away.
We sat in a nondescript undecorated hall, Food and beverage selection was limited, food took more than an hour and was bland, lukewarm, and seemed like it came straight from a package. Incredibly overpriced on top.

I would love to give this place more than one star. But I can’t. Cording their website they are open every day except for Monday. I showed up at 7:00 PM on a Thursday afternoon and the place was deserted. A guy in shorts and a T-shirt asked me if he could help me. Well, what do you think? I’m here just because I wandered in. I asked him about the restaurant and he said it was closed today. Said the owner was in the other room. I asked if I had a reservation. Apparently you must have a reservation that is must with a capital MUST. Based on this , strange experience and unreliable information on their website, I find it hard to believe that the place is worth it. They did offer me to have tacos which were being grilled outside. Said it was the same owner.

We had a dinner for about 30 people at The Alexander. The food and service were excellent. Make sure to have the Tiramisu for dessert it was the best I’ve had.
