The Cheesecake Factory

Came here for a birthday celebration. Everything was delicious and the dishes came out quickly. We ordered the Bistro shrimp pasta, the egg roll sampler, Mac and cheese ball hamburger, grilled steak tacos, cucumber lemonade, tropical mango smoothie, and an Oreo chocolate cheesecake. Surprisingly not busy for a holiday weekend.

We had a great experience. My neice didn't like the pasta she ordered and the waitress took it back.and got her something else, no questions asked. She was very sweet about it and overall just did a great job. We were about 10 min early for our reservation and got seated quickly. The Buffalo Blasters appetizer was great!

We had a pretty good experience eating here. It was pricy, but the food portions were big. The whole place looks elegant along with clean fancy restrooms. The flat bread pizza " The everything" was very satisfying. I did, however, had them hold the mushrooms and added bacon. To me, the taste was perfect. The crust had just the right amount of being toasted and had really good flavor. The cheese flatbread was so delicious (according to my son). The chicken tenders had too much breading. My daughter ended up peeling off the breading and ate the chicken. Although the breading did have good taste along with the chicken. The club sandwich had just the right chemistry of all the flavors together, along with the salad. It was a huge portion. We wanted cheesecake, and we were too full to eat it there, so we got it to go. I'm not sure if this happens at all of the Cheesecake Factory Restaurants, but we saw others who ordered their cheesecake to eat there. The slices were huge. We got ours to go. We didn't look at them until we got back to where we were staying. Ours were way smaller, but the same price,... Not cool. So the 4 stars for too much breading on the chicken and the smaller cheesecake portions.

Stopped by Cheesecake Factory late at night, hoping for something satisfying but not too heavy. I went with the Filet Mignon, aiming for a protein-rich option that wouldn’t rack up too many calories. It was cooked to perfection (medium, as requested), with a portion size that felt just right—not too big, not too small. The mashed potatoes were well-seasoned and tasty, though the portion was a bit much for one person (I’m not a fan of wasting food). The green beans, however, could have used a bit more attention. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, with just a few tweaks needed for the perfect experience.

Food was perfect, but as we were late, the attention of the service personal was close to zero as we were the only remaining guests on the patio. And then between ordering and service the waiter even changed. No continuation does not help building up relationship.

However, the food was wonderful - as expected - portions are for big hunger, very good! This is how it should be.

I can still recommend this place.

The food was great! Not just the cheesecake. But if u are not a big eater, u might want to consider sharing your food so to keep some space for the cheesecake. 👍

Love this location.
There is a Cheesecake Factory in WI, but in an area that is incredibly unsafe. I wait and look forward to my trips to CA so I can indulge in the vegan Cobb salad. I tried the avocado egg rolls and they are amazing!!!!

Please add vegan dessert to the menu. Cannot wait to return.

The waitress made our experience so wonderful. She was cheerful, helpful, and ask the wonderful things you can hope for. Please be sure to tip your waitstaff, especially when they do above and beyond to accommodate your needs the chicken piccata is delicious. Extra sauce and capers!!!!

The food is mediocre at best the atmosphere is next to nothing and my families night was ruined because of being seated in a “high traffic area” where my wheelchair was supposedly in the way. It was not. The waiters had plenty of room to move around me and the argument with the manager was totally ridiculous. On top of that my niece found two dark hairs in her steak. Giving this place two stars is generous. Would never recommend this dump.

Waited 40 minutes to be seated, which was not the issue. Once seated, we were asked about beverages, and we requested the famous yummy bread. We waited about 5 minutes for our water and bread. When the waitress returned, she stated she would be back for our order.
I inquired about the size of the Rib Eye that was around $45 once she returned. She responded it was 7 - 9 ounces, which doesn't seem right. She disappeared again for about 5 minutes to ask what size it was, returning stating it was 11 ounces.
We asked for a straw, and she state oh I will be right back, and we still have not ordered. She has now walked away 3 times prior, and it seems like 5 plus minutes each time.

After waiting another 5 plus minutes, we walked out, still hadn't ordered or received a straw for the water. So, 45 minutes waiting for a table and another 20 minutes without ordering... so sad...

Anthony made us wait without name card on waitlist. We had to stand there wait more than 25mins after we got the text to be seated. Later we were seated near by restroom area. While other white ppl are being served in nice area and they went to their seat before us. Very typical racist and discriminatory actions towards people of color. I would not recommend this place.

Our waiter was AWESOME!! I believe his name was Anthony. We had a cheer competition and had to hang out for a long time. He happily served us. One of our group even asked him if we should leave to give him more opportunity for other customers. He said absolutely not, you are are fine. We all tipped a significant amount. Not only because he was so good, but because we didn't want him to miss out on more money from other customers.

While the food is great and wait time was just fine, our server was condescending when we ordered food. What do you expect when going to cheesecake with the big portions? to bring it home right? Well, we ordered and next thing that comes out of the waiters mouth is, “That’s a lot of food, y’all okay with that?” Like what?! Huh? how is this guy a waiter? it went over my head the first time but he went ahead and said it TWO MORE TIMES throughout our time there. Are you kidding me?! I don’t know his name unfortunately otherwise i would point him out but that is just really unsettling when dining. My mother advised him nicely to not say that again with other customers and he did not take nicely to constructive criticism apparently. He comepltely missed the point of customer service and hospitality basics. This guy makes me wonder how he became a waiter of such a place that values good service and hospitality like cheesecake does. Absolutely not acceptable!!

Good location well placed to the Disneyland hotels and such. Service is spot on, attentive without being intrusive. Portion sizes are excellent- certainly filling enough. Food and drinks come quickly enough after ordering. All the dishes we ordered were very tasty. Prices are a bit on the high side, but I guess that is Anaheim, it is in all honesty not much more expensive than Denny’s for example. It can get a bit busy in the evenings, we had to wait for a bit, but table turnaround is quick.

Really busy. Was a little underwhelmed with my order but better than I had expected. I ordered the Shepards Pie. It was great. My only complaint was the veggies were still pretty hard. Definitely undercooked. The flavors however were delicious.

Staying close by and had this twice for dinner on two separate occasions, first I got the cheeseburger beef dip, it was delicious, second time I got the southwest bbq burger, again super delicious. Both times burgers were cooked to perfection. Fries were terrible both times, flavorless and super soggy from sitting in the sealed cup for 5-7 mins until we got back. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return

Service was very good, friendly&we walked right in&got seated! The atmosphere was very chill& quiet to be in a very busy & popular Mall. I had the chicken parmesan "pizza style" with lots of cheese with some angelhair pasta on top! It was a delicious &huge serving size plate! Strawberry lemonade was yummy! &My bestie got a chicken Caesar salad. It was a good amount of serving& put the right amount of dressing on the salad! Food was served fast not a long wait! Will differently go back& would highly recommend for Saturday brunch/lunch!

In town with family from Chicago for a 3 day hopper visit to Disney. Decided to order Cheescake Factory to our hotel via take out(door dash) instead of another lame overpriced meal at Disneyland. What do I get? My neices meal was not delivered. Of course the driver has nothing to do with it because of course he's just the driver. So my wife calls Cheescake Factory to let them know. They say they didn't have the meal available...whatever it was and they refunded the meal. Well that's just great l. Now everyone but my neice is fulfilled. What a joke CF Aneheim. Not even a jester to send something else over or deliver it yourselves. Of course not. That's too much to ask in today's world even for CF. Lost total respect for your company. ELON musk should buy you out as well. Go F yourselves CF Aneheim. Your service is below par.

Everything was great except the price. First time there I damn near almost cried a little when I saw the bill for 7 people, but it was my kids bday, so it didn’t matter the cost. Any other day though….ouch and they conveniently add in a minimum 18% tip I believe. Food and service were good , but not quite 18% on an almost $400 bill

One of my favorite restaurants when I come to Anaheim. The restaurant ambience was welcoming and cozy. Service was excellent. Staffs were very friendly. I stayed at Disney Resort, and the restaurant located next to it. Very convenient for me.

We ate here for dinner, our server wasn’t really patient. Then half way through the meal another server came and told us she was just on her lunch break and the other server had just been filling in for her.
The food was good, my son ordered the marinara pasta with basil that was excellent. I ordered the most popular chicken dish with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Was tasty. This restaurant is so popular it is always busy.

This Cheesecake Factory is one of our favorite restaurant stops along Garden Walk after spending time with my family at various locations nearby. Their food is usually always on point with top notch service. Just recently, I had the unfortunate incident where the hard stem from an avocado was left inside my California Omelette, which I blindly bit down hard on. I couldn't even finish my food due to the pain. My dentist was booked for a whole month in October, but I'm about to find out if I got a cracked molar from this place early next month. Our server was so nice and everyone else's food was enjoyed without incident so I didn't want to be the wet blanket for my nephew's birthday brunch. I just wish they paid more attention to detail.

I know the cheesecake is top notch. It has to be amazing. The restaurant is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We only went to get a couple of pieces of cheesecake to go. But it was so expensive that we left without ordering and went back to our motel. Maybe another day.

予約はしていませんでしたが、受付で名前を伝えてレストランの前で待ちました。
15分ぐらいすると名前を呼ばれました。
パンが無料でついていたのは嬉しかったです。
店員さんもみんな親切でした。
ただチーズケーキが甘すぎて、口には合わなかったのが残念です。。

I stopped yesterday to try this place out with some good friends and our server Melissa helped me out tremendously and was being very polite and patient with my ordering as I didn’t know much about the menu but she went above and beyond and took time to explain the menu without hesitation, she definitely represented this restaurant very well ,
I had the 1/2 turkey sandwich with salad and everything was fresh and looks amazing delicious

Definitely a family focused place.
As everyone likely knows, the menu is extensive. Quality is mediocre. Don't expect gourmet cuisine.
There's a reason that they are known for desserts. Our kids enjoyed the pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate sundaes.

After traveling 6 hours from northern California to visit friends for my birthday weekend we all decided to go The Cheesecake Factory. In all honesty, I am not a huge fan but after a long drive I just wanted to sit and eat.

Service: The staff is friendly and our waiter was attentive.

Entree: I got a petite filet mignon with mashed potatoes and brocolli. The filet was delicious but the potatoes were super dry and the brocolli was hard (almost raw). For the price, this was very disappointing.

Dessert: I got the pumpkin cheesecake and it was actually very delicious.

Cleanliness: This is where it gets bad. We were taken to a booth and after about 2 minutes, my friend sees something moving on the table and looks mortified. She points and that's when I noticed a COCKROACH 🪳 running around the utensils and plates. We waited until the waiter arrived to show them. Once they got there, I pointed where the cockroach was and slightly lifted the plate where it was hiding and it took off under the table. The waiter was able to see the cockroach and they moved us tables. I have been to MANY restaurants (high end to streetside) and this was a first for me. We stayed because it was almost 11pm and we wanted to eat and I genuinely thought the food would taste good....but it was disappointing.

Overall, I would not return to this location or any Chessecake factory in general. For the price you pay, it's not worth it.

False advertising much?
I ordered the chopped salad and got a bed of lettuce with dressing and some chopped apples. Where are the rest of the toppings!?!?!? Chicken, avocado, corn, bacon, tomato, blue cheese as stated on the menu.
For a $20 salad very disappointing. VERY DISAPPOINTING especially after a long day and this was supposed to be dinner. After calling the take out to complain I was told that the only thing that should be on my salad was apples, corn and bacon. So what happened to the rest of the toppings advertised? Won’t patron this place anytime soon.

I consider the Cheesecake Factory more as comfort food and sometimes you just want to get a hearty meal.

I was having an Uncle and Niece Day and my 6 yr old niece loves the Cheesecake factory. What made it great though was the waitresses. They stopped by to check on us frequently and gave my niece some Disney stickers.

They helped make the day special and I really appreciated it.

We've been to this Cheesecake Factory two times now. This location has not let us down. Our server was amazing. He was friendly and attentive. The drinks were good. First time trying their skinnylicous Long Island (10/10). The food was perfectly cooked and came out in a timely manner. Highly recommend this location.

But the part that sucks is there parking garage, you have to walk through and passed all the stinky trash in the back alleyway to walk around to get to the front of the property and then walk about a half a block to get to the restaurant. Whoever the designer of this complex was was not very smart. For handicap person to go to this restaurant They would go elsewhere.

One of the best cheesecakes they have is the Adam's peanut butter cup cheesecake. Reese's peanut butter cup has nothing to this. It was so good I forgot to even take a picture.

Great place for a cheesecake! Every time me and my wife find a Cheesecake Factory we order Strawberry Cheesecake and banana Cheesecake and they are the best ones! Will definitely be going again!

Sat for almost 10 minutes and no server when the place was empty. Another seated 5 minutes after us served first. We left. Terrible service for how not busy it was.

The food was fabulous! Our waitress was fabulous!

The woman who was taking names at the front desk needs a new job. Alejandra was rude, and kept brushing me off when it was time to be seated. Once the list was all seated and we are still waiting, I discover that she had not even placed my name on the list to be seated. When I spoke to another staff member, she pulled my name out of the finished pile.

The food and servers were fabulous as usual at Cheesecake Factory!

It is located very close to the Disney Parking. There was waiting when I went with my family in the evening. You have to make reservations online. I went early the next day and the manager happily took my reservations for the evening. Had a great experience with my family. They have kids menu for 10 and under. Also Happy hours are available. Food was perfect, but as we were late, the attention of the service personal was close to zero as we were the only remaining guests on the patio. And then between ordering and service the waiter even changed. No continuation does not help building up relationship.

However, the food was wonderful - as expected - portions are for big hunger, very good! This is how it should be.

I can still recommend this place.
