We had a quick lunch here and it was better than most places in the park. The Lumpias and the Bao Buns are good here. The soft serve ice cream is not bad either. Easy to find a table and rest your feet or seek refuge from the hot sun during summer months. Prices are ridiculous, but that is Disneyland for you. It is not enough that you have to sell a kidney for tickets, but they need to scalp you on food prices also. Any way, we make sure to have a snack here to keep us going till we go outside the park to eat (prices and food are better outside the park).

Pretty solid value for Disneyland. Good flavors for the whips—not overly sweet, a little tart—a nice refreshing treat.

This is a great place to unwind and relax! The atmosphere is fun and they serve Disney’s classic dole whip along with other treats. We got the lumpia and a pineapple guava dole whip float. The lumpia was a bit too salty but the dole whip float was delicious. The dole whip float had pineapple and guava juice at the bottom, topped with mango and strawberry dole whip and fruits on top. Delicious!

GET THE CHILI MANGO WHIP.

It's refreshing and definitely has a kick. Also I personally think it's such a good value for the price compared to all the other sweet treats at Disneyland. I was super full after eating this.

A great place to get a treat before the tiki room if you're interested in something a little more involved than a standard Dole whip.

The chile-mango variety was fun, not sure if I'd get it again. I might be a tad too white to make a habit of that flavor combo. 😂 Certainly Instagramable if that's your thing, though.

Also, the line can get quite long!

I enjoy stopping in to see the seasonal dole whip. My favorite so far was the strawberry shortcake! I think they had it around valentines 2023. I hope they have it agian, it was so good! The regular dole whip is dairy free.

Cute little, quick service restaurant tucked away in a corner of Adventureland near the jungle cruise ride. Sometimes you can get lucky to get a table by the river to watch the boats go by. This time we tried the PixarFest Pineapple Coconut Float. It has pineapple-coconut juice, pineapple dole whip, strawberry lava (similar to strawberry jam), and a gummy. It was delicious, however, it was a tad too sweet. Overall, I enjoyed it but wouldn't get it again. Instead I’d go back to some of the other menu items that are absolutely delicious, like the strawberry-lime dole whip swirl.

Line actually moved pretty fast and the service is basically instant so it's alr

Veggie bao is mid, chicken bao is actively bad, char siu bun is great.

Coconut pineapple float was good, Mint ginger float is good and great if you want something refreshing.

The specialty Dole whips and Bao dumplings are something special. This trip I got the chamoy, tajin Dole whip and the pork belly Bao- so delicious 🤤 I'm still thinking about them the morning after. To enhance your tropical hideaway treats, eat them in the top of the tree house, right around the corner. Looking out over adventure land while eating something that touches all the buds is just unforgettable.

Dole Whip is a must!

However, my wife and I got the Bao Trio plate and ever since I had it especially the veggie filled bao, my stomach turns sour. I felt sick afterwards. If you’re gonna get a bao, get the chicken bao. The beef/pork one is alright.

They literally swirl the ice cream in a circle so that there's a huge hole in the middle of your ice cream. It's so good but that sucks and they should change it.

Dole whip: Get!
It's a classic and if the line over at the dole whip stand is too long you can come here instead. (or vice versa)

Chile-mango dole whip: Skip
It's a fun twist on this and it's quite enjoyable for the first few bites. But once you get into it, there are pickled pieces of mango or pineapple? I'm guessing it's the chamoy. The lime seasoning is so sour as well that you'll end up just being overpowered with pucker.

Char Siu Bao: Skip
It's a very lackluster bao with barely any meat that tastes very flat. It's not bad but if you're used to eating more authentic baos this will disappoint.

The area actually has a lot of seating and people are constantly rotating in and out so there's a good chance you can find a table. It's a fun little tiki/tropical themed area next to the jungle cruise river.

Happiness has been sucked out of this entire place. This establishment is emblematic of this - “time is money” in the supposedly happiest place in the world! Came to announce to everyone who is curious,
YES THE MANGO CHILI DOLE WHIP IS DELICIOUS.

I do have to say it comes with fruit pieces and what appears to be dried mangoes. I would highly suggest you ask for no fruit pieces if you want just the ice cream and chili/tajin. But if you're fine with that then you have nothing to change -! Pineapple dole whip ad tajin & chamoy.... match made in heaven. I also recommend once you finish the dole whip if you have left over chamoy, get a pineapple skewer. Rub it around the cup to get the leftover sauce. Round 2 is just as good.

Love the different types of Dole whips. The strawberry shortcake sundae was amazing and they will let you swirl or change dole ship flavors in it. Just be aware that lines are usually long. I've waited up to twenty minutes to get to the front.

I think I prefer the original dole whip more than the current strawberry one they have, but I had to try it. It's very over the top and sweet, but it's good. I mean, how can dole whip not be good?

It's very cool that you can sit near the water and watch the boats from Jungle Cruise cruise by, too.

For those who arent familiar, the Dole Whip is a pineapple-flavored soft-serve frozen dessert sold only at Disneyland. You can get it on its own or with juice and other flavors.

Chile-Mango Whip is awesome if you love Tajín. If you’re craving something super sweet though, get something else because the Chile-Mango Whip’s dominant flavor is definitely more “chile” than “mango”. The baos are good too — maybe not as good as something you’d find in the San Gabriel Valley but pretty spot-on as far as Asian food at Disneyland goes.

I love coming here to relax and have yummy treats. My absolute favorite is the mango-Chile whip. It’s a mango base with chamoy around the cup. It’s basically a tangy-spicy sauce that isn’t TOO spicy. It also comes with pieces of fruit on top. (Also cucumber squares) sprinkled with Tajin and comes with a dry mango piece as well. It’s absolutely delicious and worth the try if you’ve never had one. If you’re from out of state, it’s a great way to experience popular flavors here in California. I also tried the Mochi dessert. It’s literally mochi (rice flour) filled with peanut butter filling. I am a little disappointed because I expected it to be mochi-ice cream and not a rice-cake texture. So it’s a liiiiiitle warm and gooey… not really want I want in a dessert on a hot summer day. Unless you’re super adventurous (or a huge mochi lover), I would stick to the basics and pass on the mochi.

Tried the original dole pineapple whip float which comes on top of pineapple juice as well as the pineapple Raspberry float. Pure sweet and refreshing coolness on a hot day. They look great too! Would love to come back and try their bao next time which also looked delicious with a Disney spin on the flavours like Loco Moco and Lime Chicken.

The food is yummy!!! But just a little warning. If you get the delicious ice cream, don’t pick up the plastic sporks where they hand you the ice cream or you’ll pay $1 for it. They have free plasticware on the wall after you pay. Also, the lines a little wackadoodle. If you just want ice cream you wait in the line also for the food unless you just cut in line around the people in front of you. Some people may not take kindly to you cutting in front of them. But if you can navigate these obstacles, the ice cream treats are great and the boa is super yummy!!!!!

This is our first time trying this new Disney dining experience. The decor and ambiance are nice. There is a sitting area where you can watch the Jungle Cruise boats come by. Overall the theming was nice and a very good use of the space. Unfortunately, we had a huge breakfast at the Plaza Inn that day (Amazing Character Dining Experience!) so didn't have room to sample the menu. However, we did try the Loaded Whip, which I have also heard referred to as the Ambush. The presentation is cute, with Pocky "spears" poking out of it. It was even more delicious than I expected. The pineapple and orange whip blended into a nice flavor profile all it's own. All the fruits and hibiscus tasted so well together. Taking a spoonful of everything together was the best mouthful. Plus, the coconut and crystalized hibiscus gave a nice light crunch. Sometimes, I don't like the "threadiness" of shredded coconut, but these small, crunchy pieces practically dissolved in my mouth. So overall I recommend at least swinging by this new location. I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu in the future.
