Might be the one of the laziest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Server never greeted me or asked for a drink when taking order so I had to walk up to order a beer after. Beer was solid (only reason I gave a 2 star) food was lazy felt microwaved and wasn’t warm. Noodles shouldn’t have come to table 2 min from ordering. Bread was some Texas toast felt like reheated for the 5th time. Noodles were dry and chewy. Music and ambiance was weird and what you can expect sitting in a hotel lobby in anaheim. TV dinners might have been better than the noodles here. Menu says Asian American fusion and the name is tru grit. I’m still confused as what to make of it all.

The only fusion here is cheesy hotel food trying to pretend they are Asian.

My daughter asked to change sodas to a Shirley Temple and they charged for a new drink because it has grenadine in it. Service was not existent.

Having spent a lot of time at hotel restaurants my standards are a bit more relaxed. Because I want to be relaxed, have good and friendly service, wide variety of food options, and reasonable prices. Tru Grits check these off for me.

After a long day at Disneyland or a long trip before you start , the bar and the restaurant are a good spot for bite to eat, grab a beer or a cocktail. They customize dinner options so you can have what you like. Prices are decent. So when I stay at Four Points I often simply go down and get dinner here.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as we were staying at the hotel. Buffet isn't included with the room, but still a bargain at only $19.00/person.
It has all the buffet classics - scrambled eggs, both sausage AND bacon, potatoes, waffles, and a breads and pastries section. They also had 3 different fresh cut fruits, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal, as well as fresh orange juice, milk and coffee - all included!

I don't know how this restaurant has a 4 star review because it was very sad. A plastic laminated menu, tacky fake flowers all around the restaurant, a haphazard ambiance, and all the food tasted like it came from a frozen foods manufacturer that couldn't make it into Costco and decided to sell to this restaurant instead. Would not recommend.

First and only time visiting. Waited an hour for food and an hour and half for nachos and we were the the second table there. It was empty and it turned into a 2 hour experience for 10 people. The food was cold and had to complain to the manager about the experience. Many more places to eat at other than here. Asked for nachos with no pico and avocado and here’s what we waited an hour and half for.

Walked into an empty restaurant, multiple empty tables only one other family present at 830pm. Alarm bells should have been ringing!! Greeted by a nice bartender and given a free choice of tables. Ordered food from what appeared to be a plentiful array of different dishes. Promising Asian fusion with American flavours. Waited a while, starters and mains all came together. My daughter ordered chicken Caesar salad, which should have had hot chicken pieces (clarified by the waiter) chicken cold, returned back to the kitchen only to have same meal brought back with re heated chicken. Waiter never returned to see if the meal was ok. All food was very bland and didn’t feel very Asian at all and my starter was also cold in the middle. My husband had prawn noodles which he was happy with but my daughter couldn’t eat her meal as the lettuce was very bitter, the chicken was double cooked and the Parmesan cheese was in big rubbery slices. Over all a very disappointing meal, waiter not interested did not appear to have much in the way of customer service. will not be back and do not recommend.

Looked up the menu online, and saw some good options for around $10-$15. Get there and they have a different menu and everything is $20+ We still ordered since we were there. Got pasta and it was so over cooked and soggy. The chicken in it for sure was previously frozen and microwaved. I could have had a $1 lean cuisine and it would have been better.

I was not impressed at all. I asked for a gluten free option, which they had a rice bowl with steamed veggies and i added shrimp for protien. The shrimp were not deveined ( depooped) and there was a pound of rice and 10 total small smooshy pieces of carrot, broccoli, cauliflower and summer squash. My friend had ordered a Cobb salad with chicken. They forgot the chicken and didnt bring it until 20 minutes later. Would not recommend this place at all.

Worst! Ordered the Tru Grit Chicken Cob Salad. Came with no chicken... Apparently no one knew including the waiter, that it came with chicken! Did I mention that my friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant? Anyway, by the time I was finished with my chickenless salad (waiter asked cook to make- since it was on the menu) I still didn't receive the CHICKEN.
Now when you're tired, hungry and have traveled a good portion of the day, it would tick you off too!
PS
Don't even get me started on my friends gluten free option!!! But I'm going to let her let you know....

For vegetarian options I wouldn’t recommend them for dinner.

First off, the good: The Brussels sprouts were quite tasty.

I ordered a Cobb salad and asked for no meat. It was sprinkled with bacon.

I ordered the nachos without meat. The chips were stale. You’re better off crossing the street for a Nachos Bel Grande at Taco Bell.

Ok, for an in-hotel restaurant that's right down the street from Disneyland, pretty darn good. (We were staying at the Sheraton it's part of.) The prices are reasonable and even a simple garden salad had delicious, fresh greens and avocado. We also liked the French dip. Very nice wine pours. Friendly staff. Clean environment. We ate here several times and would definitely return on future trips to the Anaheim area!

Be prepared to look stupid as they don’t have anyone working at the front , had to ask the bartender if someone will seat me or do I seat myself . Had to walk out after not being seated after 10 minutes , don’t waste your time. I was actually surprised the hotel allows this horrible service , really glad I’m not staying here . Pick any other place , I guarantee they have better service at your local liquor store. It doesn’t end there also , I called the hotel to ask if the service is that bad all around and if Sheraton owns the restaurant and they do ! So the guy at front desk puts me on hold for 15 minutes(not surprising after the horrible service at the restaurant) I was so frustrated at that point I hung up. This hotel + restaurant obviously don’t care about their customer service.

Ok so first off, this is a restaurant that is inside of a hotel. It is not a craft stand alone joint. While nicely decorated you still feel as though you are eating at an okay hotel bar. Regarding their Asian American fusion, I can kind of see it though I'd say for the most part, it is American dishes with some Asian flavors.

While there on a Saturday night, the Saturday before Valentine's day, not a single other party sat and ate there. Not one. Though I did like that, it was concerning

On to food. The steak Nachos we're pretty good. Steak had a delicious velvet texture like you'd get with a broccoli beef dish but American flavors. Chicken noodle soup was mediocre at best. Burger was okay. Mac and cheese was half good, the shrooms and bacon were concentrated on one side. The bread pudding was pretty good.

Service was acceptable.

Cheers.

Tucked inside the hotel premises, this cozy place is calm, quiet and really chill. I had a meeting close by, and i didnt want to be too far from it, so i found this place - which i actually didnt know was attached to a hotel.

Firstly, parking - you dont need to go through the gates to park -you have to pay for that, but before actually entering the gate, there are some parking spaces allocated for the restaurant.

Restrooms are located in the lobby. Its a very short walk, but its very clean and well maintained.

The staff are very accommodating, they check on your regularly check on you, too to make sure you're okay. I got the lobster ravioli. It was delicious and it was very filling. They also have a happy hour which also has a pretty good selection. So remember, when you come across this restaurant, you dont have to stay at the hotel to eat here, and you dont have to pay for parking or use the valet service either. its very convenient, and its really a hidden gem.

How can I describe this lovely restaurant??? The food is delicious, priced reasonably given the area, and the staff is super awesome. Papa Frank (manager) is absolutely the best, he treats you like he's known you for years and makes you feel right at home. Happy hour is great, their version of the Long Island Ice Tea is my favorite, and as of now my family's favorite as well, a must try. Do try the chicken wings but especially the Popcorn Chicken, makes your mouth melt. Potstickers were very delicious and the sauce is served warm and flavorful. The Lobster Ravioli was awesome as well as the Fish and Chips. Oh and the Breakfast Buffet was great, plenty to choose from for all ages and seasoned great. The only negative is since it is located inside the Four Points Sheraton is stay somewhere else but do eat at the restaurant, it's the food that makes the stay bearable.

Good food, but there was water dipping from the ceiling throughout the meal. The lobster ravioli was spectacular. The creme brulee was okay.

Located at Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim. Good selection and reasonable prices, especially compared with those at nearby Disney. They also offer a good breakfast buffet.
