I had the Spice Adventure and the hubz had the Roast Beastly. Both were great! Everything was super fresh and the proportions were good. We don’t drink beer but the selection sounded fun and the place was filled with happy connoisseurs. Friendly guy in front, could have used some help but he was managing everything very well. We will be back.

Definitely my new favorite sandwich shop in the area! They are absolutely great!

We've gone through about 80% of their sandwich options and all have been amazing so far!

Our favorites are the Oklahoma Sunset, Frilly Toothpicks, Kitten Mittens, Turkey just to name a few.

The sandwiches are huge and we end up sharing a sandwich but if you got the appetite you'll be happy with the portions.

They recently just setup a Happy Hour on Tuesday to Thursday 3-6pm I think. And it's a great way to try their sandwich menu!

Can't wait to come back here and pair it with their amazing beer drafts on tap!

Hands down a FANTASTIC spot. I had the Italian and it was HUGE! Perfect amount of delicious meat and cheese with veggies. Bread was soft! However, the best part was the vinegarette that reminded me of cilantro??? I almost couldn't finish the sandwich. We also ordered beers. Loved them all. Had the feeling of a brewery with relaxed atmosphere. My only wish is that they were open late. Sandwiches and beer were perfect!

"Arguably, the best sandwiches in SoCal!" is what my partner tells everyone he meets. We moved in the area for a temporary 6 month stay. Once we found WB, we've been 2-3 times a week easily.
The friendliest owners and staff with a wealth of knowledge on food. They have a language they speak on beer that I don't think I'll ever catch up to, and that's okay!! There's wine, sparkling options and a new set of crafted spritzers (coming soon!) and a few sodas.
I guarantee, you will not leave this place disappointed.

Seamless during late shift. Taps and Sandwiches galore! Great to see the neighborhood out in support. Crisp interior. Amazingly fast and Attentive Service.
No glass was dry, and there were no idle plates.
Boars head deli meats, Plant Based Salads, Windsor beer selection. The beer list was vast and reflective of the best of Southern CA ipa trends and additional lighter palate options.

Lovely business serving rare, artfully crafted, and collectible ales alongside crisp lagers and imported lambics. I witnessed the perfect pour, with the right amount of head, spot-on carbonation, lovely temperature, in impeccable glassware. Try Timbo Pils, or a rotating specialty tap: limited release barrel-aged imperial stout with vanilla. Stop in for lunch and have a delicious sandwich. Stopped in for lunch and definitely come back again.
Lots of lunch options and drink choices. Seating at tables or a high tops were available.
The bartender was both our order taker, server/busser. Super friendly and helpful regardless of how busy it got.

Sandwich was large and fresh. Would def recommend to those looking for suit down option for a bite or drink

Best sandwich shop in Orange County. Big sandwiches filled with fresh, quality ingredients. Can’t go wrong with any of the core menu sandwiches and their specials never miss. Oh, and they have an amazing selection of craft beers.

Windsor Brown's is a must visit spot. One of those great local places that is hard to come by these days. The sandwiches are excellent (my favorite is the Oklahoma Sunset) and they have a well curated selection of rotating craft beers from respected local breweries. Even for a beer snob, you'll notice beers from breweries that are on your "must try" list. They also have a great natural wine menu along with a few non alcoholic beers, so there really is something for everyone. The service is also always excellent, with friendly staff who make you feel like a regular. If you're in Orange County, you won't be disappointed with a visit to Windsor Brown's.

The wife and I were craving sandwiches and this place came up highly reviewed, but relatively low count. Time to explore!

Glad we did. Seems relatively new (explains the low review count), but the high reviews are pretty accurate. Relatively slow time around 3/4pm. Service was personable and attentive. Lobby was clean and presentable.

Food came out at a good time, 5-10mins. Pastrami looked a little thin, but was dense. Full flavor, and despite not being a pickle guy the sliced pickles in the sandwich were a hit! The wife’s Italian was fresh and she really enjoyed the bread. Our toddler had a grilled cheese and every bit of cheese was melted; a tiny detail to bring up, but while a grilled cheese is hard to make amazing, it’s easy to screw up. Not this time. Good detail on the cook. 👌🏽

Price was up there. 2 Adult sandos, a kid sandos, a soda and a beer ran up over $50. It wasn’t too much if a shock granted the area, but it did give me slight pause. I was put at ease after everything came out and tried everything.

Would definitely come back when in the area again. Thanks guys, see you next time!

I had a stout a long time ago but decided to try a sandwich today since I just came from Eco Now. I was blown away by the size alone! Not only that, the easy caprese sandwich was the right blend of crunch from the greens, bite from the balsamic vinegar and tang from the sun-dried tomato pesto. The ciabatta bread was soft and yet firm. It didn’t cut the sides of my mouth of which I was afraid of since I definitely could not take a bite of all the layers. The sandwich was a feast for the senses! I enjoyed eating it on the patio with the sunshine beaming down. I could only eat half but I’m so excited to have it for leftovers later. Would be cool if they made their own chips although next time I’ll try their potato salad.

Rueben and the jets sandwich was not good the meat was basically beef jerky...trash. $5 for 5oz. Of way aldente pasta salad. Beer amazing ,food seriously disappointing service awesome. The sandwich was big and that's normally great but now I'm googling if saurkraut is okay for dogs. I wanted to love this place but , nope.

The beer selection is constantly changing, which means everything is fresh and there’s a little something for everyone. It’s a nice chill space for anyone from families to thirsty beer patrons. Came in Thursday night for dinner with friends to celebrate my birthday. Enjoyed amazing care from the owner who told us about the different sandwiches, offered us samples of beers, and was just all around friendly and welcoming. Sandwiches and beers were incredible, so we grabbed lunch on our way home from work today. Have sampled the Roast Beastly, the deviled egg, the pastrami, the ham and swiss, and I'm not sure I could pick a favorite. This place is a gem on Center Street.

I love coming to Windsor Browns! Such a cool restaurant with a great selection of beers! It’s in a great area and all of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are great at giving personalized recommendations for their beers! The sandwiches are phenomenal and I love that they constantly have new specials. The potato salad and pasta salad are also great! I’ve been to Windsor Brown’s 3 or 4 times now since they opened and have always had a great experience. I will continue to visit in the future!

Finally got down here from Riverside. It’s worth the drive. The beer list is great, and they always have fresh offerings. The food is tasty and generous. We got their version of the BLT, Cobb salad, and macaroni salad. All were delicious and filled us up. I highly recommend a visit.
