Always a good time but tonight the staff was very attentive and chill. We came in late and the restaurant was winding down; it was clearly after the dinner rush. Very welcoming and pleasant even though we did arrive late. Sat in the bar which is very comfortable and well suited for conversation with a small group. I didn’t get any photos of our food because we were exhausted and very hungry. It’s worth the stop of your craving meat after a day of park hopping and slamming carbs in Disneyland. We had Kelsey, Christian and Kyle in the bar as servers. I wasn’t mistake free but that’s when real customer service is tested. They took care of everything before it became an issue. That’s very appreciated! They were pros and the food was what we have come to expect from Ruth’s Chris.

We chose Ruth's Chris Anaheim for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The medallions with shrimp, petite filet with shrimp, and 16 oz ribeye were the best dinner we ever had! Prepared and served with perfection! Our table was specially decorated, complete with a birthday card & dessert. The Crab Cakes and Crème Brûlée so delicious!

Our server, Teri & her crew were very attentive to our needs. General Manager, Ryan Williams introduced himself and had time to constantly checkup on us. Even their valet, Jonathan was so courteous! Indeed, the dinner was exquisitely Ruth's Chris! The service and our meal & cocktails, with special touches, were definitely one of the best in fine dining. Thank you for making our evening extra special!

Food was delicious but the price for this place was outrageous! I’ve had an amazing rib eye at sizzlers and paid way less! The service was excellent, the staff very nice and attentive but a shared meal should not cost $265 dollars! Just my opinion.

I can't recommend this steakhouse highly enough! Located just a short drive from Disney, it was the perfect escape after a long day at the parks. The atmosphere was calm and quiet—such a nice change from the crowds, with an elegant yet relaxed vibe that made us feel right at home.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. As for the food—absolutely incredible! Every bite was perfectly cooked and seasoned, from the juicy steaks to the fresh sides. The cuts were high-quality, and you could taste the care put into every dish. This place is truly a hidden gem for anyone looking for an exceptional meal near Disney. We’ll definitely be back!

I've enjoyed dining here many times. The service and food quality are still outstanding and worth the premium cost. The restaurant's atmosphere balances casual and upscale, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed dining experience. The lively yet not overly noisy dining area and the friendly and attentive staff consistently enhance the dining experience.

The menu showcases many of my favorites, including great starters. The Chef's Features include seasonal items and an extensive drink menu to suit any palette with wines and house cocktails. 🥃

You can't go wrong with any of the cuts offered for the mains, but my go-to is the Ribeye. I order medium rare, and it's well seasoned--sometimes over-buttered for my taste, but enjoyable. For side dishes, creamed corn, lobster mac n cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, cremini mushrooms, and creamed spinach are my favorites. The Ruth's Classic is a personalized prix fixe menu where you can choose a starter, main, side, and dessert for a set price.

My favorite desserts are cheesecake, creme brulee, and bread pudding. There is always room for dessert. If you celebrate a special occasion at Ruth's Chris, you're in for a treat. The restaurant goes above and beyond to make your experience memorable, with personalized touches like the celebrant's name(s) on the menu and a complimentary dessert.🍰

Food is very good. Although, the food was very expensive so it feels like it should be perfect. My stuffed chicken breast was good but I didn't love the stuffing. My husband really liked his steak with crab on top. The garlic mashed potatoes were very creamy but I have had better. The sprouts were slightly charred. The service was impeccable. BEST STEAKHOUSE EVER. If you’re thinking of going here, go!!!!! Eric is absolutely phenomenal, he went above and beyond. Best server we’ve ever had. Steaks and sides were prepared perfectly. The chopped salad was the best salad I’ve ever had before. Atmosphere is beautiful as well. Valet was very nice!

We had a wonderful time. We checked in and were seated in a delightful area. The ambiance was a perfect balance to set the stage for a memorable experience. We enjoyed our first time at Ruth's Chris on new years eve. Our service was amazing, we sat out on the patio. They were kind enough to heat the spot up for us. Our food was delicious and our drinks were amazing. The blueberry mojito was top tier! I just wish the patio wasn't so quiet, definitely could have used some music for the vibe.

Garlic mashed potatoes had no flavor, the wedge salad was salty due to the Blue Cheese dressing, and the lobster macaroni and cheese was dry and barely had cheese! The steak was okay, I had to send it back asked for medium well, it came out medium rare! To be honest, the best part was the bread!

I’ve eaten here many times and the food is excellent. But the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Dinner was a true disappointment. The stuffing was bland with oversized chunks of bread. The gravy was severely over seasoned with pepper. The garlic green beans lacking in flavor. The pumpkin cheesecake and ice cream ordinary, not extraordinary. The saving grace was the usual excellent service. The management needs to rethink this for next year. I won’t be ordering this disappointment again.

I visited Ruth’s Chris to celebrate a significant birthday, expecting the exceptional service and experience that has become synonymous with this restaurant. Unfortunately, tonight fell far short of those expectations.

When we were seated, I discovered a large spider in my glass. This was not only unsettling but frankly, unacceptable. I’m grateful I noticed it before the glass was filled, but the situation was both unpleasant and concerning.

Additionally, the busser on the floor seemed visibly upset about something, which translated into an unprofessional demeanor. He slammed our dishes on the table and handled them roughly, creating a tense and inappropriate atmosphere.

When dining at an upscale establishment, you anticipate a level of professionalism and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Sadly, this was not the case tonight. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of our server and management, the response was limited to a simple "I apologize." While I understand mistakes can happen, proper service recovery is crucial, especially when the dining bill exceeds $200.

As someone who works in hospitality, I know the importance of ensuring a guest’s poor experience is promptly and meaningfully addressed. Unfortunately, no discount, compensation, or gesture of goodwill was offered. This lack of effort to make things right was deeply disappointing and fell short of the high standards associated with this restaurant.

On a positive note, the gentleman at the host stand was exceptional. He listened, empathized, and made me feel valued as a guest. His professionalism stood out and was the one highlight of an otherwise disappointing evening.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving service recovery protocols to ensure future guests receive the quality of experience Ruth’s Chris is known for.

First this first, I'm a solo taveler, and a service guy: meaning in eat at the bar, I eat fast and I tip my fellow service workers well (especially considering it's on the company card).
Showed up Monday, busy because of conference goers, so I understand that I would not be served quickly. After 45 minutes of me and some new associates who are from out of country gave up, and left. This does not reflect badly on the single bartender (who was doing his best with all of the conference goers who all think they're overly important), but negatively on management for only having on guy running such a large bar. Return Tuesday due to proximity to hotel, and though the staff was actually able to accommodate me. Unfortunately experience was equally as bad (again, staff went out of their way to be polite and accommodating), but for $100 I would have expected damn good steak, not just okay steak, and an impressive amount of crab, not just the idea of it.
This is severely overpriced, understaffed and underwhelming.

Unsafety Parking. My company usually come here to eat after each events. They force me to use Vallet Parking. Then my vehicle was damaged at the back. It is too dark and was the closing time of the restaurant so I was hurry and not noticed the damage, when I got home I saw the damage. I Tried to contact the restaurant right away. they already closed. I tried to contact them earliest in the morning right at the time they opened. They refused to take responsible and said the parking company will take care. I contacted the parking company, they refused to take responsible. The restaurant's manager refused to step in to help their customer with the parking issue of the retaurant.
Be bewared! They are all irresponsible!
Never come to eat again.

I've loved this brand for years and have been to many different RC locations around the country. The standard of service is always above par and the food is wonderful. This particular day though most everything we ordered seemed a bit sodium heavy (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars). Perhaps it was the butter, but both the crabcakes and my petite filet were salty. I still ate it and my opinion of RC is not tainted. Everyone has an off day from time to time.

Nicer interior than the Irvine location. Our waitress made a couple mistakes on the order and one of our groups steaks was overcooked, but other than that, it was a great experience.

Get the cheesecake. Besides the fillet, it’s the best thing on the menu.

Placed my order over the phone & i was informed it would not be cooked until I arrived … we arrived and it was about a 25 min wait .. we decided to sit at the bar and have a drink while waiting & my husband had a a few shots and asked for a coke with them .. the bartender forgot the coke and when i mentioned she did , instead of just saying “ ill get that for u “ or something along those lines , she made a TASTELESS joke & said “ oh i thought youd drink it straight like a real man “ so rude & disrespectful. We went there for happy hour, so we had to sit at the bar which was no problem. We were immediately greeted by Kellen. He asked if we would like anything to drink, we only wanted water. He brought out our water and asked if we needed a few minutes. We told him we would like to start with a wedge salad, he asked if the Bleu cheese dressing was ok, and we said yes, he then asked us if we would like some bread and butter, we days yes please, he said "my pleasure". Our salad was brought out within 5 minutes, we'll dressed. It was a delicious salad. You can never go wrong with a wedge salad, so good! Gabe was also helping Kellen, he kept our water full (which my husband drinks a lot of) but he also did something very nice. When we got to the bar, there was a gentleman with a broken leg that was taking up about 4-5 chairs. One of those chairs was empty next to my husband but next to the other guy but we weren't sure if he was using it because of his leg. These 2 ladies came in and ordered drinks and were going to have dinner and I wad telling my husband ask the guy if he's using the chair, but he wouldn't. So I asked Gabe if he would ask the gentleman if he's using the chair so the lady could sit and have dinner. He did just that and we all moved down and she was able to sit and enjoy dinner. Thank you Gabe! After all that Kellen came back and took our order for dinner. We had the steak sandwiches. He repeated the ordered, once again he replied with my " my pleasure" and again the food came out within 10 minutes or so. Everything so fresh and flavorful, so delicious. Kellen and Gabe checked on us numerous times to see if we needed anything other than water. For dessert we ordered creme brulee, again...delicious! I don't know if it's because there's a massive convention in town or their bar staff is always on point, but this is how they always give service, we will definitely come back for happy hour!!! This was my second time at a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and it was by far the best dining experience I’ve had in a while. My fiancé booked the reservation and it was my birthday dinner. The first thing the hostess did after seating us was spread some happy birthday confetti on the table which was a nice touch and we were treated like gold from there on out. Noah, who provided us with our water and handled our dishes was outstanding and our server Eric O. may have been the best server I’ve ever had period! He recommended serval different wines for my fiancé and provided her samples of each which was a very nice touch, as we are Canadian and they were all nice Californian wines. We both ordered the combination dinners with an appetizer, entree, and desert. I had the lobster bisque, 6 oz sirloin and lobster tail with garlic mash, and the desert was cheesecake which we both had to take home. The steaks were perfectly cooked with the classic sizzling butter plate on arrival and a perfectly seasoned lobster tail! All in all a fantastic dining experience and a real treat for a birthday dinner! Eric O. really made the experience though, I must say!

We came here for my partner's early birthday dinner. I noted that in Open Table when I made the reso. We were checked in and immediately they asked, 'okay who's birthday is it?'. They made the night feel special from beginning to end. We were seated and they sprinkled 'Happy Birthday' confetti on the table. So cute! The couple beside us was celebrating their anniversary and they had 'love' themed confetti on their table.

Everyone was so attentive. From the water and bread guy (Noah), the manager who stopped by to see how we were doing and of course, our favourite person of the evening - our waiter, Eric O.

Eric was FANTASTIC. He was very helpful with the menu and especially helpful with my wine selections. I wasn't sure what I wanted - I knew I wanted to try a Napa red and he brought out 3 tasters for me. I settled on the Caymus cab sav. So good. At the end of the meal, he brought me out a taster of his favourite red. Super thoughtful.

Eric was so so so attentive and caring without being too much.

The food was delicious as well. We both did the classic dinner. I had the Caesar salad (very fresh and yum!), the 6oz fillet with 3 shrimp and I took the cheesecake home. Probably the best deal on that menu! I only have 1 photo of the meal which tells you how good it was!

Prices are crazy high and not commensurate with the experience.

Our ribeye ordered med rare came out black and blue. The flavor was good, but the meat was way undercooked. The filet and lobster combo ordered medium came out dry and way overcooked.

Caesar salad was huge and plenty for two adults. They'll split it for you in the kitchen by request. Mashed potatoes and asparagus were tasty, but portions were skimpy for the price. Wines by the glass were reasonable, but cocktail prices are high and nothing special.

We've enjoyed RC for 30+ years and have eaten at their restaurants all over the US. Sadly, after giving them numerous chances over the past few years, I think we're done. For a $350 meal, we expected much, much more!

Increased my rating to 2 stars because of the EXCELLENT service provided by Carla and Daniel. However, 3 stars were lost due to our experience with the kitchen.

Unfortunately, my seabass and lobster mac and cheese were completely tasteless. The seabass barely had a char and lacked flavour and seasoning, it came with a garlic butter sauce but it’s almost like they missed adding the garlic and drowned the plate in butter. The lobster mac and cheese also lacked flavour and seasoning, and the lobster added on top was overcooked and was like chewing rubber.

This establishment is considered “fine dining” and the menu prices reflect that, but the food unfortunately did not match its branding at all.

Where to start. Firstly, we are quite used to eating at high end restaurants. I understand this is a chain restaurant but we had good expectations.

1. I ordered a ribeye. For $75 I expect a certain level of marbling on the center piece. I’m not expecting an A5 Wagyu but some would have been nice. I have exceeded their steaks at home by far. Also, as I’m sure they use a sous vide, I would still expect a nice char on the entire surface even at rare (which I ordered).
2. We ordered the garlic mashed potatoes. No garlic, 100% instant potatoes. They had zero stretch and were grainy.
3. We ordered a side of grilled shrimp. It was Walmart grade farm raised at best. Just NO. Horrible.
4. I ordered a French Gimlet from the bar. They had no idea what it was. I passed after they offered to make it if I told them what was in it. For a restaurant that offers $600 bottles of Daou wine, they should know how to make a French Gimlet.

It wasn’t a good experience at all.

Very Disappointing! I visited
Ruth’s Chris Steak House on June 12 at 7:45 with a reservation and had a very disappointing experience. Despite waiting for an hour and a half , my table was consistently ignored by the servers, while other patrons who arrived later were promptly attended to. l attempted to get the attention of the staff multiple times, but my efforts were disregarded. Now let’s move on to the rude , inattentive, and unprofessional staff member that had the audacity take a picture of me from the staff only area. Keep in mind that I am that wears the hijab. The situation made me uncomfortable and in shock at the very unpleasant experience. And even after all that time my food was never served therefore me, my husband and my friend have decided to leave. When I, a paying customer visits a restaurant I expect nothing but respect. When I a paying customer visits a restaurant I expect to be treated equally and fairly and to feel valued . Don’t even get me started at how it’s so humiliating embarrassing and pathetic on their part to even act like this . Did I not mention that their unprofessional behavior was not gone unnoticed by the other customers around us. This treatment made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and it seemed to be based on racial bias, as I observed a stark contrast in the service provided to other guests. l urge Ruth’s Chris Steak House to take this matter seriously, provide appropriate training to their staff, and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and fairness they deserve.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the blatant discriminatory practices at your establishment. Despite making a reservation and being explicitly told that punctuality was essential, we were not seated at the reserved time. Upon our timely arrival, we were asked to wait, and after 35 minutes, we were still not seated.

When we inquired about the delay, we were given the excuse of a convention, which is unacceptable. If a table was reserved for us, it should have been available at the specified time. To add to the insult, we observed other patrons, specifically Caucasian individuals, being seated promptly while we continued to wait.

This discriminatory treatment is infuriating and unacceptable. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and I expect prompt action to ensure this does not happen again.

I was excited when we arrived to celebrate my family’s birthday. They even spread some glitter out on the table before we were sat. My visit was on a Tuesday evening, for context, not crowded at all. Unfortunately ,that was the only decent part of my visit. We had several different waiters taking our drink orders which seemed to get mixed up. Another waiter filling water glasses half full. Taking our food orders, again, 2 different waiters for our party of 9. Everyone in my party got a plate of food that was not theirs. Several plates were passed around by at least 3 different waiters again. My food was no where to be seen. I relayed my order to the waiter who said it takes longer for a 6oz medium steak. Another 10 mins later, another man who did not introduce themselves asked if I was waiting for food and I said yes, I would like to eat with my party. He repeated what the waiter had said. I did not receive my food until everyone else was done with their entrees. I will say the food was hot but that could not redeem the fact I ate while everyone was ready for dessert. I was unsatisfied with the service and lack of response from all staff members regarding my food and the extended amount of time it took for my order. There seemed to be others in the area who were put ahead of our party, getting extra special treatment from everyone stopping and greeting their table of two.

It’s was great but I think there was a hugh conference in town and the place felt and sounded like there were 10,000 people all talking at once , loud. Sounded like a sports bar. The bar was packed, I walked up the only women there, for about five minutes all the bar tenders totally ignored me. Then one told another to help me and I ordered a Margarita on the rocks. He mixed fast so fast the drink was not cold and it didn’t taste very good, I did not complain I guess I was thankful to get my drink .

Celebrating a birthday 🎂 and it was all good! Reservations at 4 pm worked out perfectly for a party of 12 as it wasn't packed. The cooks had plenty of time to get the temperature right for all of our steaks, and there was enough seafood to make it smell like a fresh fish market for the appetizers. The servers were attentive and responsive, and the manager greeted the table and the cake came out at the perfect time. Flawless execution.

This was my first Ruth Chris experience. My filet was fine as well sides but there was nothing about my meal that was special. We buy a side of organic grass fed beef from my brother-in-law every year. If RC is considered to be one of the great Dine-In steak experiences, I guess its what you're used to. Go for it, I'll pass.

I came here to celebrate my wedding and it was exactly what I expected. Everything was so amazing. They made us and our families feel so special, sprinkling confetti on the table, congratulating us, and making sure everybody's needs were met. The service and food were exceptional, I regret not getting our servers name. I loved every minute I was there. I loved the atmosphere, it was dim quiet and comfortable, with REAL candles on the table which I thought was awesome. If you haven't dined here you are for sure missing out.

We had a great time celebrating our aniversary here. The hostess was very kind and accommodating to our tardiness. Our waiter Manuel knew all about the foods and gave us some great recommendations. The food was absolutely amazing and lived up to the atmosphere presented in the restaurant. 10/10 Oh and Paul the vallet guy snuck in and got us more power mints because I felt embarrassed after taking a bunch already. Amazing Service with Amazing Food. Highly recommend for a date night with the loved one. Recommend either the Ribeye or Filet with a side of Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Definitely one of my favorite spots.

Fantastic service and Delicious food. Our server was so nice and described how the steaks were prepared before we ordered and said that the plates come out to the tables at 500° to ensure the food is hot. I ordered the Petite Filets and Shrimp, and my fiancé ordered the Ribeye. Oh my goodness, if I was able to have the sound on and smellavision you could hear the sizzling and the heavenly aroma that was presented when our meals were ready. Cooked to perfection, and anyway, you like it. I prefer mine well done, and it wasn't tough. It melted in my mouth. The Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Cesar Salad were great additions to our meals. When we walked into the restaurant we were greated with welcoming hellos and one of the hosts asked if we were celebrating anything special and we said our anniversary and then our server asked the same at the table and we said the same. At the end of our meal, our server surprised us with a special treat of Cheesecake and Berries, and on the plate was a lit candle and Happy Anniversary written on the plate. The little things made the evening a very memorable one...

I got the ribeye and wife got happy hour chicken sandwich which was burnt. I normally get the happy hour fare here but this time decided to splurge a bit. With I would’ve just gotten a steak sandwich like usual. Asked the ribeye to be cooked medium and they brought me a well done steak with zero pink. I hated to do it but I had to send it back and then they returned to me what looked like the seared ahi, cooked on the outside and raw in the middle. Sent it back again and 3rd time was the charm. By then I was full from sides that I just got it boxed to go. For $70+ a steak 🥩 I figured they’d know how to cook it. Was about to go behind the line and fire it myself. It’s not like it was busy either, there was about 5-6 people in the entire restaurant as it was early. They took some items off the bill which I appreciated but this will be last time I go to Ruth Chris.

We had Ribeyes, cowboy Ribeyes, house salad, and diced potatoes with three cheeses. Both Ribeyes were a bit overcooked as we ordered them medium rare but it came up around medium. Also, the cowboy Ribeyes I got has too much fat strip that can be too oily. However, the classic three cheese daho potatoes are surprisingly tasty as it is not too salty and the texture of the potato is very smooth. Good service and good dining environment despite the valet parking staff can be more friendly. Overall, average steak dining experience but really has room to improve.
