4/5 overall rating, i got the matcha coconut cloud with addition of boba, on the 24 oz option, cost came out to $8 for the drink. the taste was not too sweet, can taste the matcha, the tapioca pearls were soft and not too chewy, actually good! should have gotten the jar, will do next time. will try the thai tea and taro next time as well. not too bad :)

Ordered a couple of drinks here on Aug 31st, and while the drinks turned out okayish, boy is the service here curt and unfriendly! Asked about ingredients in one drink (due to allergies) and it appears the staff have NO CLUE on what milks or products are used in their specific drinks. It was challenging to ask the girls behind the counter questions because it seemed as if they were unwilling to serve anyone asking for drink modifications or options. I hated how we were treated here, even after my daughter had purchased several stickers and novel items sold at the store. Wouldn t go back, solely based on the poor customer service.

They close at 9. We showed up at 8:45, and they were clearly many minutes into their cleanup process. The clerk let us know that they were closed. I cited the hours, and they said Oh, the hours change. Sounds to me like somebody wanted to go home early. Very annoying for a loyal customer.

Poor Customer Service, staff working June 21 around 445pm, male and female staff, missed an item on our order, when he was told, he stated you were not charged for it, I responded go ahead and charge. He came back and dropped a cup of boba in front of my face and told me we dont want your money. I responded back and said, it would have been better to apologize rather than treating a customer rudely.

Bubble tea is one of my all time favorite drinks so when I spotted this little spot, I had to stop by. Glancing down at the menu, I noticed the simplicity of the selection offered. The bobarista was friendly and helpful with suggesting what drinks were his favorite. I ended up ordering the Vietnamese coffee for my dad and a jasmine milk tea for myself. Our drinks came out pretty quickly and I really enjoyed how you can taste the green tea and the overall drink wasn t too sweet. I definitely recommend this place if you enjoy tea based drinks, the coffee on the other hand wasn t as strong as you would normally get at a Vietnamese restaurant.

First of all, I have been here multiple times and I have never experienced bad service like today. I go there since I love the fresh coconut smoothie that is usually served or comes in a coconut shell. But this young woman had her airpods on it and I dont even know if she was paying attention or not but for me and any other customer is so disrespectful, and when I asked her what happened with my coconut shell (since she served my smoothie on a cup) and with the attitude she answered to me that she can serve my smoothie on the coconut shell but it would be more expensive when I already paid the price for the coconut shell. So disappointing even though you can read on the menu that it said served in a coconut shell. My smoothie didnt taste coconutty or creamy like they always make it for me, the drink tasted more like crushed ice with milk than coconut.

We ordered two drinks from this place and didnt like either of them. Firstly, the Haupia coffee had a very strong and off-putting flavor. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. Secondly, the matcha cloud drink is just a bad idea. The coconut water makes it difficult to stir in the matcha foam, and while separated, the matcha foam portion had an extremely bitter and overpowering flavor that just made the entire drink unpleasant. We didnt finish either of our drinks because of how bad they were.

Drink ordered: Pumpkin Thai Iced Tea Boba with Oat Milk Taste: This Pumpkin Thai Iced Tea was a delicious and refreshing seasonal boba drink. The pumpkin flavor was subtle and not too overpowering, and the Thai tea flavor was rich and creamy. The oat milk added a nice creaminess to the drink without being too heavy. The bobas were perfectly cooked and had a nice chewy texture. Price: The Pumpkin Thai Tea Boba is $6.50 without tip and taxes. Presentation: The Pumpkin Thai Iced Tea Boba is served in a clear plastic cup with a lid and straw. The drink is layered, with the Pumpkin Thai tea on the bottom and the oat milk on top. The bobas are mixed in throughout the drink. Staff: The staff at Mini Monster is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help you make a decision about what to order, and they are always happy to answer any questions you have about the drinks. Overall, I highly recommend the Pumpkin Thai Tea with oat milk at Mini Monster in Seattle, WA. It is a delicious and refreshing seasonal boba drink that is well worth the price.

This is, and I am not exaggerating when I say this, the worst boba I have ever had in my entire life. My partner and I both got drinks here (honey tea and taro respectively) it was basically just colored water. You know right at the end when the ice melts and it all gets watered down and it is unappealing? That was what the first sip was like in both of our drinks. I dont know if it was just the woman making them because Im not one to complain about an underpaid service worker, but I was astounded at how long it took for me to receive the worst taro Ive truly ever had across who even knows how many different boba shops. Unreal.

Small boba stand inside Packing House that does novelty things such as cotton candy wrap or light bulb shaped container. The drinks (lemonade and lavender matcha) did take quite a while to be made, but this can be due to the amount of people on a Friday night. It can be hard to find seats indoors so would recommend going outside. The noise level is also a lot less outside.

We stopped here while visiting and loved their Thai tea! It was not too sweet and I purchased the glass option to take home. My husband got a lavender lemonade but it was just ok. This is a must try for anyone visiting the packing district.

Waited in front of register for over 5mins, but nobody acknowledged, just too busy making drinks. Jasmine milk tea is all creamer, no fresh milk substitute. Tasted so powdery. Boba melted in the boba. Overly sweet even with half sugar. Cotton candy was the only thing that s not bad. The only selling point for this place is the lightbulb and the cotton candy.

Is this the cutest boba shop in Orange County?? We ordered a Thai Tea with honey boba in the upgraded 32 ounce glass jar, which, by the way, is a gorgeous jar. The cost was about $8. We were fortunate to have dealt with such a lovely person who took our order and made our drink. The Thai tea itself is one of the best we have ever had (and we ve had a lot of Thai teas) and the boba was fresh and flavorful. We got a free cookie and turtle glass boba straw for their anniversary celebration. How cool is that? Mini Monster is an unassuming little shop inside the Anaheim Packing House, on the main level. It s easy to miss and pass by especially with the ice cream shop across the way, but Mini Monster has quickly become our favorite place there and are absolutely worth checking out.

My friend and I went to Mini Monster which is a boba and tea place on the upper floor that is known for their Lightbulb shaped bottles with cotton candy wrapped around the top with the occasional fruity pebbles. I ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea ($4.35) in a 32 oz Mason Jar (+$2.15) that comes with two choices of lids. You could choose from a lid with a straw hole that had bear ears on it or a standard twist on/off lid (what I chose even though the other one was really cute). My friend ordered the Sunset Strawberry Lemonade ($4.25) with the 27oz Light Bulb Bottle (+$2.70) which came with one type of lid. I really enjoyed both because they were really refreshing and they were surprisingly inexpensive. You are also encouraged to come back with your bottle to get a refill for the price of the tea, which I like a lot considering its sustainable! They offer a cute Camera Lense Bottle (liquid capacity unknown) for $7 on top of your chosen drink, which I dont think is too bad because it costs more elsewhere, and also a regular plastic cup thats 24 oz at no extra cost. There are other locations for this place as well and I recommend it for sure if the prices are around the same at other locations as well.

I think the Packing Houses was definitely in need of a boba option. Luckily a mini Snow Monster is here to save the day! If youre debating whether you should buy the reusable jar or not, definitely do it! Ive already tested it out and the jar holds more than a trenta drink from Starbucks! So whether youre planning on returning or not, its still very convenient. Luckily with these new jars, the logos are already part of the jar, so need to worry about the logo coming off. I wish they offered at least one iced coffee option. The drinks they offer are great and full of caffeine, but it would be nice if they offered an iced coffee option as well. Nonetheless, the strawberry lemonade is very sweet and refreshing. The matcha latte doesnt have an overpowering matcha taste, which is nice. Service was very welcoming and able to answer any questions. I opted in for the cotton candy and it left my reusable jar with a very sticky sugary residue once I had finished the cotton candy. The girls at the cashier were kind enough to wash it off for me. Yay!

BOBA: Their tiny chewy ball of goodness is firm and bouncy COTTON CANDY: MASSIVE beautifully hallowing round the light bulb, very sweet CONTAINER: their HUGE bulb glass jar was quite difficult for me to hold. I chose Bobachella Flower Crowns in the jar, which just launched in April 14, 2017. The flower band could be reusable for my accessories.

In correlation to the name mini monster this place has a very small drink menu. I tried the iced coffee tasted good just like any other thai iced coffee! I love the option of buying the glass mason jar with ears it s only 7-8$

Super fun boba drink place! Really cool and different drinks. Some even have cotton candy on top that melts in the drink - yum. They have reusable glasses that are really cute and you bring it back next time and get a discount. Be prepared in busy times. This is a very popular place and there is always a line and it could be out the door. They always keep the line moving and are cheerful and work fast.

Delicious strawberry lemonade with Boba in a fun light bulb jar. Long long lines though, but if youre craving boba its worth the wait.

Long ass line. Small menu option. But cute bottles and drinks. Looks super cool with cotton candy cloud. $4 for a drink is reasonable. $5.75 with cloud is cool. Tea is pretty good but i dont think its worth the long wait time.

Although the concept of putting cotton candy around your tea drink and using glass jars is brilliant, I believe that the quality of the tea couldve of been much better. I personally ordered the Almond Thai Tea and felt that it was lacking in sweetness and a bit too watery. The boba was fine though. Very innovative overall!
