I had the best experience at Anaheim Smoke and Vape , I was greeted by Josh behind the counter who helped me right away. I had so many questions about getting my first vape, Josh gave me the best recommendations and knew exactly what I was looking for, I will be coming back. Huge selections, they carry CBD, vapes, bongs, pipes just about everything you need.

This place is friggin huge! New to the neighborhood. Can't miss the sign. They seem to have about everything from mods to tanks to a verity of juices, also cigs and the like, glass you name it. They are Very well priced too. 60ml (of certain brands I suppose) of vape juice $20. So totally worth the trip. The employees are super awesome too. I will definitely be making this one of my go to's. I Highly recommend checking it out for yourselves.

Update 2024: there's an older guy that works there that seems to just make up whatever prices he wants to charge you. Cigarettes have varied price only when he works otherwise it's the same price.
The younger guys give me the regular prices, they need to fire that older guy

Although I've been a loyal customer of this vape shop for almost a year and have even brought in friends, I've unfortunately had to make the decision to move on. While most of the staff has always been accommodating when it comes to coils and vape juice, I had a negative experience with one employee named Medy. Despite making sure to clarify his name's spelling, he was not willing to work with me on these items. However, I am excited to explore online options for my vaping needs and will be taking my monthly orders there, along with my friends' orders. While I had a great experience with this shop before, I know that there are plenty of other options out there and I'm excited to try them out.

i called the shop in the morning asking about 18650 batteries. They said they had them one for 15 or two for 25. i went in later that evening and asked for that 2 for 25 deal. the worker said that's not the pricing but then later agreed to 2 for 25. only reason its not a 5 star spot is cause they don't have 0mg E liquid. That's the whole point of vaping to eventually use 0 mg liquid and they don't have an. makes no sense

OVERPRICED, smh . The guys that used to work there would hook it up with a great deal(s) on salt nic! Now whoever works there is rude, short with customers, and won’t help you out even if you are struggling. The previous workers would at least work with you on prices. i’ve been coming here for years, and now due to bad customer service, i will NOT be back.
have a little more respect for ur customers guys 🙄 DONT waste ur time here, or give them ur $ 🙄

Go here for everything normally, generally pleased with their prices and all. Today I bought a pack of coils that was supposed to have 3 in it, but when I got home and opened it I was very confused and irate as I discovered it only actually had one. I didn't get a receipt because I didn't feel I needed to waste the paper, but now I really regret it. Will be attempting to go in tomorrow and ask about the transaction, hopefully they'll be able to work with me because this is really unacceptable.

Anaheim S&V is great. They have a great selection of vape juices to choose from as well as accessories such as coils. The staff is friendly, helpful, and really patient when i can't make up my mind which juice i want to buy.

I go to this shop every few weeks for all of my vaping needs. Customer service is hit or miss depending on who’s working that day but I like the selection. Unfortunately when I showed up Tuesday morning at 9:30A, no one had opened the shop yet. Their hours on the door are listed as 9A open so I stuck around for a little while in case the opening person was just running late but no one showed up and I had to go to work :/ not sure what happened but was pretty sad lol

I stopped in for a vape emergency, my Novo stopped working, and they had exactly what I needed. This store has a great selection of vape products of and some of the newest devices.
The glassware they have there is bomb, too and I'm definitely going back to take a closer look at it all.

I wish there was a 0 star option. I called an asked what time they close I was told 11 30 pm. I arrived here at @ 11 20 pm doors locked and closed. The worker is there sees me trying to get in. I don't understand why tell me a time and then close 10 MINUTES LATER!!!!

The experience of shopping at Anaheim Smoke and Vape is inbeatabal. The employees are what makes this business want you coming back. They have outstanding knowledge of the products, they go above and beyond the call of duty to help, they are welcoming, coutiouse, and make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchases. I been in this store twice. The first time I purchases a tank for my mod and the guy helping me was cool and very helpful. I was talking to The guy about how good their reviews are and i told him I'd leave a review about my experience as well. The product I purchased did not work so i held off on the review for the time being. The next time I went in the store a girl helped us. She wanted me to speak to the guy about the broken tank but She was nice and ended up helping us out. Everything was fine and we purchased a new e-juice. 5 stars for this place!

Walked in at 11pm while the time said 12 but it's actually 11 yet Josh was welcoming and really showed me everything I was looking for. You doubt places with 5 stars you would think they don't exist but this place is deserving of all 5 stars.
