Great customer service from Anthony. Very welcoming and interactive, I came in looking for menthol beads for cigarettes and he helped me with a quickness and didn't stop until he found all what I needed. Great smoke shop, clean and easily shopable. If you cant find it here, you probably don't need it. But customer service alone by Anthony is worth going alone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Blown away by the customer service! I live in SD and haven t had such a pleasant experience at a shop. Great selection of Elfbars and the new Lost Mary. First thing I noticed the smoke shop was nice and clean. As soon as I walked in their customer service was on point. Most places charge less if you pay cash but not this place. They charge more than what the product normally sells for and seems to pocket the extra cash.

I will still give it a high star review minus one. I find everything cool in that store products and prices. What happened this particular day I do not know and it has to be questioned all I know is I will never use my debit card again cash only and I still have the transactions to prove it I dont know what was going on but something fishy was going down. What I spent that day was above $15 and under $20. I would believe the cashier that day only accept when he ran the car the second time it was a different price and about a dollar higher this time. So The story goes I was in process checking out, he swipes it for me and I enter the PIN I hear the little sounds his little credit /debit device machine makes and few seconds after that I get a text from my phone confirming that the transaction has posted and gone through okay boom bam ready to head out the store he goes oh! And tells me hes getting a error message on his card reader machine and swiped my card right away Im telling him it posted and hes telling me it didnt because of the so-called error message so after the second swipe Im charged again same thing happens to my phone I get a message that a transaction has posted but this time its a dollar more from the original price I was charged on the first transaction now how does that make sense if any??? I tell him now I got two transactions posted to my account and now Im worried, he calms me down by telling me one of transaction is going to post back. Regardless if one posts back to my account or not why is it a dollar more this time than the original price? It just doesnt make sense at all and the posts have never return or did I get it charged back to my account for that original price so all no Ive been charged two times I dont know if this was an honest accident or if it was done intentionally? Either way I am not happy at all!!! Like I said I have the transactions to prove it Im not lying.

This was my go to shop, until they got new employees. I went in for my king palms as usual and the girl in the front wanted to charge me $5. When I ve never paid more than like $3.60 and the dude she was training was just totally blown. Save your money and head on down to Smokey s shop down the street, they got the same king palms for $3.
