It is the same kind you see in lounges and works like a dream - easy to setup and easier to use. I could not be happier with it!

If you are looking for a hookah for home use, do yourself a favor and get only the best industry names from here - don't waste your money on cheaper no name hookahs. They have other reputable brands aside from KM here (truly beautiful hookahs), shisha, supplies, accessories, and I was so surprised when I saw their homemade shisha - it smells so fresh as you walk in.

Long time customer. Shopped there Sunday and my sister forget her debit card there. She was told Monday that the card was left there and to come pick it up. Went there in the evening and were told they couldn't find the card and we should come back the next day. Checked transaction history and the card had been used 1 hour before.

Never going back to this location.

I have been customer for the last 3 years every time I am in there they are always pleasant last I week I purchased some Mazia tobacco which I buy on a regular bases for the last 6 months, but last week they talked me to the Small packets in lieu of my regular 250 g pack what was disappointing one I opened the packet I can immediately tell it’s different than what I use the tobacco looked old and once I smoked it you can immediately tell that it is old I looked at the expiration date and was Jan 2020 I called the store and gentleman over quickly declared that there is no exchange or return which is disappointed we live in America where consumers have the right to return and exchange most of the the in case the product quality is poor

I’ve bought all my shisha from world and the mayor always has an unbeatable special that I can’t pass up. Great help in finding what you need and informative. Plus if you have a secret shisha mix you like they can make for you in shop or select one of the options they have on the board. I recommend my buddy Jeff’s mix, it’s a laziz lounge favorite. Never been sick from there supplies or products, everything is well kept and clean. You won’t need another shop to go to.

The clerk, Mack, helped me find a hookah to my budget and taste and demonstrated the assembly. I mentioned that Ali from the wholesale store and he gave me a discount on the clearance price.

After mentioning the clearance price, be sure to ask "What can you do for me?" Bargaining is a regular feature of business in Egypt and other nearby countries in the Middle East.

Update:
Bought a hooka that is useless, doesnt work well and the tobacco is the worse i tasted. They ripped me off. I dont advise anyone to buy anything from there. Order online or find a different decent shop.

They say they open at 9am but they stroll on whenever they want. There is always people waiting at 9 up to almost 9:40 am and yet still nobody comes. Change the hours of your store if you re not going to open at 9
