Just moved to the area from LA and heard nothing but good things about Mollies.
First time here, and I was not disappointed.
I had the California omelet, and it was delicious. I was also recommended to try the banana and / or pumpkin bread and got 1 slice of each and wow! Freshly baked, and the flavors and smell were 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
The staff and our waiter, Jesi, were all amazing! The place was pretty packed, yet the food came out a reasonable amount of time, unlike other places that take forever.
Overall, it was a wonderful first-time experience.

Been here multiple times. The food is always great. My server this time was not.
I was informed by my server that there is no military discount unless you are wearing uniform, you are not supposed to wear a uniform unless traveling. So this rule is ridiculous.
On that, my server did not bring out my salad or the toast for my companion. Then when I informed her I did not want my salad now that my food is here she said she will get in trouble if she cancels the food that was ordered. So I felt bad and paid for it to go.
I ordered a ham breakfast burrito to go, it was not a ham breakfast burrito. It was a dinner burrito.

This is my first time here, and I believe this is part of the Mollie Brown's restaurant chain in the high desert. In fact, based on location and name, I would guess this is the original Mollies. If it is it sure showed during my visit! The staff was amazing, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food is fresh and delicious! Needless to say, I will be coming back to this location as often as I can!

This is by far one of my favorite places to go eat. It's so homey and warm. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and decorated adorable. It reminds me of my childhood. The food is absolutely amazing 👏 The portions are generous, you should never leave hungry!

It had been a while since we've been there. And I'm so glad we came back. The food was just as good, if not better, then before. The service was excellent. I only wish they would open for dinner. They used to have a great pot roast dinner. But in the meantime, I'll be happy to go back for breakfast and lunch. Thank you again for not changing anything.

Very calm atmosphere and I am from down the hill , but everyone was very attentive and sweet. If you want to stop by somewhere in Apple Valley, I recommend this place!

Normally the food is good but today it was not good. The Monte Cristo was not made properly and tasteless. Also very hot inside. Many people were complaining how hot it was inside. Eventually they turned the AC on.

We have been to Mollie's several times and have had pleasant experiences. Today was different. We were seated right away and asked for our drink order, which we repeated more than once as the waitress was not prepared. We requested a few more minutes to view the menu. When the waitress came back, again we had to repeat our orders several times to her. When our food arrived, mine was the only correct order. My husband ordered fruit instead of fries and my daughter asked for no tomatoes on her sandwich. They both received the opposite. The waitress took back my husband's plate and my daughter had to pick off the tomatoes. The waitress never returned to check on us and we had to go to the counter to receive our check. Needless to say this was my daughters first time here and we were all disappointed. As I stated before, our past experiences have always been pleasant, but today definitely fell short.

The rudest staff. Our waitress served me meat when I specifically explained I did not eat it. It was served to me with sausage chunks. They made no apologies for thier mistake, instead They accused me of taking meat from someone elses plate and putting it on my own rather than look at thier cameras. I did not put meat on my own plate as I am a strict vegiterian.
All of the waitresses involved treated us badly . Terrible service and terrible restaurant

My husband and I go here all the time and I was very disappointed. First the waitress for got our silverware and I had to flag another waitress to get it. My husband's fries were very dry like it was recooked and I asked to have cheese on my sandwich the waitress said, we don't do that anymore and I said, I will pay for the cheese it was on the senior menu and the waitress was very rude. The senior menu comes with ice cream and right away she said we only have one flavor and the both next to our the waitress asked them what flavor of ice cream you want. And they stop the discount senior card. This used to be my our favorite place to go. Never going there again.

Last time I was there, my biscuits were dry and old but I still went back to give them another try because I still like Molly's, (who doesn't!...) this place used to be good but lately the food quality and the customer service has been going down 👎. Last time I went back with a friend to have lunch on a Tuesday. Long story short, this time the food was ok, my friend and I waited patiently for our food but once the food was served, our waitress Adriana started to stop at our table every 3 minutes asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything else?! Then, another waiter with a very bad gay attitude started to do the same, so now we didn't have just one worker harassing us asking over and over again if everything was ok or if we needed anything else!?!?! I got sick about it so next time Adriana went to my table asking the same thing, I just told her not to worry anymore because we were getting ready to leave so she could have the table. She told me that the only money they make is from the tips so that's why they have to rush the customers. Then she said that the owner is going to start to put a time limit on the tables which I think is not cool and she keep telling me her problems about her job etc etc which besides it's non of my business, that's something the customer doesn't need to hear or doesn't want to hear about it. I have my own dramas and all I wanted was having a nice Tuesday lunch with my church friend. I came back home and told my husband to never go back to Molly's kitchen. The end ✌️

I don’t know what has happened to this place, but the food today was disgusting the biscuits and gravy tasted like flour . Smallest “ham steak “ I have ever seen in my life time . I don’t know if they have changed ownerships , cooks or what but I will drive next time to Hesperia well worth the drive 🤦🏼‍♀️

Everything was exceptional. Will definitely be back. At Mollie's it's actually cheaper than fast food and you get to have someone actually serve your food to you. And you get to sit down at a comfortable table in a relaxing atmosphere.

This is the 2nd bad experience I have had. A few weeks ago I went there with my family and our food was cold when we got it. I let this instance go as benefit of the doubt but today solidified that I will not be returning.

Today, our waitress, Adrianna, was all over the place, I would have understood if there was a Mother’s Day Rush, there was not, there were multiple tables available and multiple waiters. She kind of seemed to forget she had tables where we were sitting. Eventually (20 mins after sitting down) we placed our order and then another 20 minutes later our waitress came back to “verify our order” (now 40 minutes after sitting at our table, during this time, coming to check on us once)— She verified the first part of our order then walked away without saying anything else. I asked another waitress walking by to please go get our waitress to try to understand what was going on. Our waitress came back and I told her I was confused due to the described interaction and she apologized and stated she was in a lot of trouble and that the previous people at our table got up and walked out. She also explained that she didn’t write down what meal we got. Common sense tells me that since the order wasn’t written down it also wasn’t placed into the orders for the kitchen. If the previous people received the same service, I understand why they walked out. I told her we were on the verge of doing the same, then a manager came to our table with our order a few minutes later. Took one bite.. and our food was cold. Our first waitress never returned to our table nor apologized for the horrible service and mistake that she made.

I give props to the manager that was there this morning as she did not charge us for the plate that wasn’t placed — this is the ONLY reason this rating is 2 stars.

The entire situation felt like a tornado and could have been drastically different had there been some type of communication.

2 bad experiences in a row — will not be returning.

Our waitress Pat was a real sweetheart, and she gave us wonderful service. She anticipated our needs, and checked on us frequently. The food was excellent, and the apple pie a la mode was the most delicious dish I have eaten in a long time.

Ordered breakfast tacos with home fries. Home fries was just sliced up like scallops and fried. They said they don't chop up fresh potatoes. Waitress was argumentative about it. If you have whole potatoes then it shouldn't be a problem to make home fries. Fried scallop shaped potatoes isn't home fries.

I just love this restaurant and everybody in it is wonderful Kelly being one of my favorite waitresses and of course Richard who unfortunately has been out with an injury for a while and boy do we miss him and his decorating of the restaurant. It's well worth the wait anytime you show up if it's busy just be patient because you're not going to get food this good anywhere else. They make the best chicken fried steak and gravy also homemade corned beef hash and their breakfast potatoes are off the hook! 👍💞

The food is great. Best biscuits and gravy. Service is excellent. I just love this place let me add the grilled cod is very simple but squeeze some lemon on it and it elevates it to a gourmet dish it is so delicious. They have excellent potato salad homemade corned beef hash I could just go on and on I love this place. It's going to be packed on Sunday so no that before you go however it's worth the wait. They have excellent servers Richard and Lupe are among my favorites although everyone that works there is very friendly.

This was my fiancé and mine first time trying this place. It is a bit crowded was my first impression but let's give it a shot, try something new. What made the expierience super unpleasant was the waitress. I don't know her name but she was a blonde lady that called everyone pet names like dear and honey as if she is nice but she really wasn't. When we would ask questions she would say it in a way as if we were stupid because we didn't know. The couple we were seated by noticed how rude she was and even helped us out with ketchup because she seemed bothered being asked for it.The food was okay but what made us say we would not go back to that place and spend our money was the waitress.

I went here with my friend today for lunch. We ordered from the seniors menu. The portions are very generous, unlike some chain restaurants. Plus, they come with your choice of bread (including a huge piece thier amazing homemade cornbread), a fresh vegetable, potatoes, and a nice dessert of either ice cream or jello. It is a pleasant atmosphere to catch up on news with a friend. The service is friendly and intelligent. The patio and area in front are relaxing. It is sad they have had to shorten their hours. If that is what it takes to stay in business, I am glad that they are at least still here. It's one of my favorite places to catch up with friends.

This place is so darn cute. Went for the first time a few weeks ago with a friend. I got the Deli Croissant (turkey) and upcharged for sweet potato fries. Love! Sweet potato fries. The sandwich was perfect, and I did like the waffle cut style of the fries. The staff are very nice and friendly, the atmosphere is great. They have lots to choose from. They do close at 2:30 so don't go in hoping for a late lunch. It is on the expensive side, especially if you do the upcharges. I got the same thing for lunch to go the other week. Again, I upcharged for the sweet potato fries, but this time also added avocado and had a pink lemonade. It was $25 and change. So definitely wouldn't be a super regular thing for me, but good enough that it won't keep from going back once a month or so. I still have to try all the other foods.

I'll tell you what...normally this is a great place but today something just not right! 1st the service was not good...not real bad but but not real good! Mom had ordered steak n eggs w hashbrowns and bisquits n gravy.She ordered the steak med.It came well done like jerky and tough she couldn't cut thru it.Sent it back and the new one looked better.She had one bite and was going to take home as was full at this point.A few mins later she is not feeling well or acting herself.she was too weak to stand up and walk out with her walker.Not acting right at all! Feeling very strange she said! Dont know if it was bisquits n gravy or the cook messed with her steak because she sent back..but be careful on sending food back! She seems to be feeling little better but i tell you if she gets severely ill They will be seeing me!! Better check on those cooks too!!😡I saved the food so it can be tested also!😡

Great place for breakfast and family to come experience. My kids, wife, and I enjoyed every bit of the food and the restaurant feel. It's very cozy, has a friendly atmosphere, is well decorated and the staff is amazing and super friendly. It's definitely one of my favorite places for breakfast with a variety of choices for all, and the prices are reasonable for the portion of food. My in-laws are regulars there, and they highly recommended it. Really appreciated the visit and will be back.

My family loves Mollie’s! The food is always so delicious and the staff are always soo kind and professional. On Saturday sept,30th,23 me and my family were leaving out of the restaurant when one of the waitresses told my two brothers “adios” when we were leaving our table. That was unnecessary and it was racist toward my brothers also this isn’t the first time we felt racism at this restaurant. It’s sad as well that the waitress did that because the food was great.

The only thing better than the food and the atmosphere was the service. Our waitress, Pat, was a non-stop bundle of energy. My wife and I watched in amazement as this woman addressed every customer's request in less than a minute. She stopped by our table frequently to ask if there was anything we needed. Are coffee cups were never close to being empty.

The restaurant was decorated to the nines with Halloween decor. Clever decorations we're hanging everywhere and it would be worth a trip just to see the inside. Really well done.

This was an amazing stop for our first breakfast on what we are planning to be a month-long trip in our RV.

We will definitely be back.

Let me start off by saying that the food here is really good. I thoroughly enjoyed the cinnamon roll french toast but what I did not enjoy was that my server, Joey, served me coffee after freshly wiping sweat off his face and then touched the rim of my cup when putting it down on the table. When I brought it to his attention (because who wants to drink coffee with someone's sweat all over the rim of the cup), he gave me attitude and was a complete jerk about me wanting a new cup of coffee. This would not be the first time he has done this either. He has served me a couple times and each time it has happened and when I've come in and he wasn't my server, I saw him wipe his sweat off his face and then serve food and drinks to other customers. It is completely disgusting. He has absolutely no regard being in a restaurant.

This was a spur of the moment decision to eat lunch here.. but it was a great one! The food was DELICIOUS and our server was SO NICE so come here and eat.. you won't be disappointed!

The Mollies Kountry Kitchen is one of the best restaurants that I can recommend to you to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What makes this restaurant so special for me is the welcoming environment of the staff; they are so attentive, they make you feel like you are home. Every time I go there, the staff helps me right away. If the waitress named Pat or Casey are the ones serving me, I know that the service will be the best. They know me so well. When I arrive, they come to the table to confirm if I want my usual, and once I confirm, they would get me my drink right away, and the food will be on the table some minutes later. They are definitely the best. The design of the restaurant is so cozy and old fashion looking. The restaurant on the outside has a red horse wagon cover with a white canvas tarp simulating the transportation of the old west. The inside rustic western decoration is appealing to the projection of the restaurant. It makes you feel like you are back in the time into the old west. The quality of the food is excellent and the portions are enormous. Usually, when I go to eat at this place, I go with a company, so we split the food. The food is delicious and the flavor is unique. Many times when I take the first bite I feel like I am tasting heaven. Every time I go to this place I love the music they play, there is nothing more pleasant than having great food with family or friends while listening to some music of the Eagles, Beatles or Air Supply in the background just to mention some. The prices are pretty reasonable and affordable that you can eat at this place any time you want. The location is just wonderful, even when the restaurant is at its fullest, you won’t have a problem finding parking. The restaurant is always clean.
According to my favorite waitress Pat. she said that working as a waitress in Mollies Kountry Kitchen has been an amazing experience for her. Pat has worked in this restaurant for 16 years and she said, she loves it. She also mentioned that coffee, orange juice, and iced teas are the clients' favorite drinks, while the salads, chicken fried steak skillet, and waffles are the most popular dishes among the eaters. She also mentioned that Sunday mornings are the busiest time of the week because family and friends gather together to have breakfast or lunch.

My family and I have been going over 2 yrs to eat breakfast or brunch before or after church. On 8/8/23 I invited from church a few people and I was never so disappointed at customer service by the server Kelly, was to much drama over a dish we order she made us still take it when I still order the correct dish when I didn't have no problems at all paying for it but was not professional from her not only that she was not focused in her job did a lot of mistakes as a server. I will never return back was so dissatisfied bad experience

I just had the best experience there ever. I always love going to Mollie's in Apple Valley but today our waitress Lupe was extraordinary. We have never met Lupe before. Thank you for being so kind and so great to your customers Lupe ! We appreciate you. Every time I go I'm going to ask for you lol
