Super disappointed! Online it says they close at 10PM. I drove over 20 minutes to get here at 9:35PM and be told they close at 9:30PM. When I asked it says online you close at 10PM the girl said sorry and kept cleaning and putting everything away. This is absurd, if you’re going to close at 9:30, then update your hours or at least lock the doors. I don’t understand why you would false advertise your hours! Never coming to this place again.

Second time I’ve ordered an oreo overload and no ingredients are added. Very minimal fudge. They need to retrain the team or take them to other cold stones to see how much is added to their signature ice creams.

I Have been here twice and both times the guy working behind counter maybe owner would not help me with my app to earn my rewards ,spent $50 on Ice cream. I am going now for my 3 rd and final time if things are not better ,as a business owner in the h.d I expect more and I have no problem sharing how bad it is with many people in the h.d. take care of your customers good before you dont have any , don't think people will care if your gone ,nobody wants crappy service there are plenty places with Thrifty ice cream now ! And They can buy a bag of candy to dump on top Cold stone !!!

Brought the family out to try this place out, and i am sad to say i would never go back ! Employees were very rude, prices are ridiculous too high for what you pay for! To top it off, you would think the place would be clean but there was ice cream spills on the ground also place had an awful smell. employees did not use gloves when handling our orders. Sad because you would think with them owning a few other locations they would do things correctly!

Surprised this place is full. The employees don’t wear gloves, place is hot inside and no where to sit. Customer is like any franchise doesn’t feel very locally own as they say it is. The amount of each topping isn’t much at all. Rather get frozen yogurt next door cheaper, customer service is better, much cleaner, and actually have a place to sit.Coming here isn’t very welcoming. The owner in the black polo is useless.

When the newer employees become as consistent as the managers with putting in the proper amount of ingredients, it will be 5 stars for me. It is pricey but when made properly, it is worth it!

My second time tryd to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a second try I love them from la but this one ain't it ... the staff doesn't listen puts wrong mix ins and u don't notice till it's too late ... they make u pay for them not listening bekuz u still pay for mix ins ... always sloppy definitely won't be back .

Went out to Round Table for dinner, and after went Cold Stone, first time at this location since it opened and oh man, I will NEVER return. I placed an online order at 8:04PM, I assumed it would be better since we were still eating pizza and the order should be done by the time we finished up. The email said my order would ve ready by 8:24PM. We walked in at 8:11PM to see how it was, looked busy, so family and I decided to go sit by the tables outside by the court yard and just wait it out. We went back at 8:23PM. I approached the register since the sign on top said "order pick up". I stood there for a good 5 minutes and was not acknowledged by anyone until I spoke up. Once the young girl checked, she said it would be a bit which okay, I see that they were busy but I placed my order way in advanced. Stood there for another 25 minutes, and nothing. People kept coming in and going and my family and I were STILL waiting. I spoke up again and everytime there kept asking what the name on the order was they kept repeating the wrong name! Eventually husband and I got really annoyed and decided to ask for a manager because it was now 8:50 and still nothing! Once we were really upset and told them AGAIN that what was taking so long, the guy that finished making our order just put it in a bag and put it in the freezer. And now I'm like okay, does NO ONE communicate here?! The lack of communication, customer service, and just over all awareness of the workers was ridiculous. We asked to speak to the manager, and some guy in a black polo was there, he was completely useless. Once we asked if we could get anything for the inconvenience, they didn't offer, not until we told them to give us something. Eventually they agreed on 1 waffle cone bowl, but we had ordered 4 Gotta Have It cups, so we asked for 3 more. The "manager" that was on the phone said no because they would lose out on $10. TEN DOLLARS?! They would rather have us ask for a refund and a bad review over 10 bucks. Eventually manager gave in, but honestly it's the principal. That they didn't offer a solution to make things right. Over all, this experience was horrible. I will NOT be returning to this location. I would rather much do the drive down to San Bernardino or even FONTANA if I have to, just to avoid this location, and PSA- online ordering is USELESS!!!
Edit- forgot to mention like the other reviews stated, no one wears gloves or hair nets. The guy in the black polo I mentioned probably had just came back from lunch or break, he went to wash his hands, but instead of drying them with a paper towel, he was wiping them on his pants, and started handling orders with his hands still kinda wet and with no gloves. Gross.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIRTY!

So I have been in 2 times, first time customer service was pretty bad. The man making my ice cream wasn't friendly. The place was dirty and didn't get a very welcoming feeling.
Decided to give them a second chance and get a cake for my sons birthday. I looked saw a cake I liked and asked the price. The man just pointed to the door of the freezer where the cakes were cool, I saw the price and decided to get the cake. Go to the register and the price is higher then the sign he pointed to and say oh the prices are different. I said can you honor the price on the freezer door I was told no! I said but you pointed to that sign and said that price. How is that fair? Still could care less. The thing is if when I went to the register and asked the price and he looked it up and told me the price on the register I would have been cool I'll take it but when you can't even look up the price on the register and just point to a sign. Then I'm going to want the price he pointed to. They have lost a customer over not fixing their mistake. Customer service is a major key into staying open. I have been to a few cold stones in the past and always felt welcomed and it was a happy environment but not this one. I'm sad cause I love cold stone but not this one I will take my business to Baskin robbins!

I really enjoy their ice cream and today it was the same. I have one problem with my visit... one price was on the menu board and I was charged $2.00 more without being told. This store #24018 just opened... sorry to say this will be my last visit :( CS has to be better

The ice cream is delicious!! I’m lactose and they had an almond silk ice cream option. I loved the music that was playing. Long line, but was out in less than 10 minutes.

No chairs! No welcoming atmosphere for customers! Horrible sanitary! They never use gloves! They go to the restroom and come back and scoop your ice cream with no gloves and no hair net! They will ring you up at the register then make your ice cream. So nasty and rude honestly.

Honestly I was not impressed. Ice Cream shops should have a welcoming atmosphere and this one certainly did not. There was no place to sit so I had to basically swallow my ice cream so I didn’t bring a cup of milk in my car. Just seems like the owners have no interest in customer service or passion for the business. Just here to make money

Extremely disappointed that this Coldstone franchise keeps canceling Doordash orders. They apparently are "too busy" and decline Doordash orders instead of trying their best to appease customers. Tried five different times on different days and each order was canceled because Doordash can't get a response from them.

We love cold stone but this location is horrible. We’ve been twice and both times were unpleasant. We ordered the lucky charms shake and they only put the ice cream and some cereal pieces. Literally no marshmallows, no whipped cream or gold glitter.

My wife found a small hair in her ice cream. The people there need more training. It's obvious. I also feel they upcharged me somehow. No way 2 waffle bowls with 2 scoops each comes out to $25. They also don't wear hairnets or gloves as well. I love cold stone but I'll go somewhere else for now.

nobody wears gloves, bad communication in between themselves, gave me the wrong sized order and its a confusing process when its busy the toppings are displayed in a line that also checks you out, so one guy is rushing you to choose youre toppings even though you cant se all of them while waiting on someone to choose theirs. i asked for strawberries and they only put 2 halves of a small berry and wanted to upcharge me for asking for more. good ice cream poor customer service

Line was out the door but moved so quickly. Amazing ice cream flavors and can actually taste the quality. Waffle bowls are made fresh in store and the amazing aroma definitely drags you inside wanting everything. So happy this location is open now.

Hair (possibly an eyelash in two containers), make sense because employee used their forearm to wipe their face during prep.

Out of 7 items only 3 were made correctly.
Asked for Birthday Cake remix with cookie dough mix ins added in 4 orders. Employee asked if we wanted the ice cream but we specifically asked for the cookie dough mix in PIECES.

Really crowded and wasn’t able to watch each order be made and also just wanted to hurry up and get out.

Employees need lots more training and time. So maybe we will revisit this location in a few months.

Now open!! Go get some delicious ice cream with all the mixins. So much to choose from. Create your own or get a Cold Stone creation. The line was long but it went by fast. No where to eat inside at the moment.
