Knoll's Market

Well! This is a little hidden gem. I would’ve never come in this place, but was told about it by my aunt. It is such an eclectic little liquor store with really incredible selection of items. I went in at her recommendation to look for a last minute, alcohol gift, and was mind blown by what I found here.

First of all, the gentleman working the cash register, was absolutely delightful. I’m going to mutilate his name so I’m not even going to try, but it was a tall, black man, with a name that started with a W and he was fantastic and so incredibly helpful. I want him to get full credit for being truly exceptional, which is not something you would normally connect with service at a liquor store. But indeed, he helped me find the perfect gift. Their prices are more than fair and you truly never know what exactly you’re going to find here. I’m coming back.

Great place. Excellent selection of quality beers and Liquors. A good Mini Mart good variety. Good smokes they take good care of me they cater to me as to what I smoke. Very convenient excellent service short lines. A great bunch of people work there I've known Andy for years from Lucerne Valley and Apple Valley a great guy. A friendly place and always a pleasure to go there

Flew out to California from Ohio and stopped by this place a couple times for food, drinks, and liquor. They had everything I needed to make my time here fun! The customer service here was amazing and the guy working the counters at night was very chill and easy to talk to. I will definitely come back next time I’m in California.

They have so much cool s@#$ in there ! And an awesome variety of alcohol . SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A LIQUOR STORE & the guys who work there are very friendly too . They definitely put up with the "how much is this one" 20million times from me all while the price tag was in my face & still smiled

This store is in my neighborhood. The guys working here are ALWAYS kind and helpful. And the store has many things you would need to go to a bigger store to get, so it's very helpful when you're busy and need something quick. Very convenient and great service.

So I ran out of Coffeemate creamer, which is a problem for my morning routine, but I'm reluctant to go to the trouble of running to Target or Albertson's for just creamer. But on the way to the Credit Union I noticed Knolls Market and thought I'd see if they have any Coffeemate. EUREKA! They have it, and in my favorite flavor, and in a good sized jug, not the mini-me version like over at the Waalew gas mart. So I take it up to the counter, the gent rings me up, but when it comes to the credit card processing, he complains about the machine running slow and jokes that if it fails on him again he might start cursing at it. I respond that I know the frustration of tech messing with you. I don't know if it was just friendly conversation, or a distraction, or setting up an alibi. But when I checked my credit card statement he had charged me over $11 for the Coffeemate! The usual price is around $3. I don't believe $11 is Knolls Market's actual price for the creamer. Either the guy goofed and keyed it in wrong by accident (hopefully), or he thought I was too distracted to notice the overcharge, or too rich to miss the money. Well, I noticed, and I'm broke, so being overcharged by $8 is like a sock in the gut. If the owner concedes the error and offers to re-credit my card for the difference, this review will disappear. Until then, I'll feel that I've been robbed. I don't know if he's the owner, but the clerk was a larger guy, bushy brown hair, and a modest beard. Always ask for a receipt and make sure you were charged properly! My purchase was on 3/24/21, probably around 10-11am, and the total was $11.53. Maybe the owner can look up that transaction and verify my story. 1 star above the minimum accounts for them having the Coffemate I needed and being my caffeine savior that morning.

Mini super walmart good service good products & odd novelties. Keeps certain bottles of liquor in the freezer which I thought was pretty cool thanks guys

I went in for saladitos an some super lotto tickets, im a lil handicaped an the owner came out from around the counter to help me out, very helpful an courtious, he even went to the back of the store to get me a few items, i'll keep going there again, you dont find good ppl like that anymore.

Nice little market pretty convenient when you're in the medical area there want something before you see your doctor or just driving by and US Knolls must stick together

I love going to this store! Always have exactly what i need or want. good prices for convienence. I love to see all the new goodies up by the register, and how they support smaller companies. Employees are super friendly always smiling and helpful. I think im getting closer to them letting me get some of those awesome items up front (eh hem, that cool helmet ive been eyeballing for awhile now lol) on a layway account lol

First time in this store today Christmas, I must say the young man working here today made anyone coming in feel welcome, I wanted some Champagne and orange juice, the price I payed was very reasonable, I'll be back here for sure.

The employee that was like 40 was being very rude and very disrespectful to a 13 yrs old child he wasn't supposed to be talking to a minor he should have came and told me something and he told my son leave the store very rudely when supposedly he is supposed to treat u with respect so I do not reccomend this store they are not respectful RUDE and don't talk to an adult if their is a problem with a child.
