Las Brisas Restaurant

I went here with my husband and they made our anniversary dinner so beautiful. Robert was so wonderful. Him and my husband got together to make it so amazing. They (Robert and Las Brisas) definitely went out of their way, it was so beautiful ❤️ They got us a candle, a lovely tulip and the food was freaking amazingly delicious. I've also been here with my friend and they always treat us so politely. The customer service is spectacular. Would definitely recommend and I'm going back for sure 😊🤗 and the vibe is definitely relaxing and peaceful, Right when you're walking in from the back parking there's a little waterfall by the entrance. And during Christmas time everything's lit up it's so gorgeous.

Very nice experience at this restaurant. We were served and waited by Ricardo, a very exceptional and charismatic waiter! I ordered a birria entree, and thought it was very good! The restaurant looks very well kept and they also have a good selection of domestic and imported beers.

Las Brisas is our favorite restaurant. The food is outstanding and we get great service, no matter how busy they are, which is a lot! The best deal in town is on taco Tuesday! Everything is freshly prepared and y get all the toppings you want!

Finally ate here last night and we were very pleased. The restaurant and patio have a nice ambience that is perfect for a date night. We ordered the ceviche as an appetizer and it was very good. We ordered the margarita flights and enjoyed them. The Cadillac and the watermelon margaritas were the best. We had the molcajete and the sea bass and both were excellent. The service was great and we were being checked in on regularly. We will definitely be back.

Recently updated with a fresh Mediterranean Decor, the atmosphere has the feeling of a resort destination. The service and food here have consistently been outstanding. The openness of the wonderfully updated coctail bar is marvelous. This is the Apple Valley destination for a family night or a great intimate outdoor setting for date night. The owner has a passion for providing a fine dining experience for you. A fresh alternative choice to enjoy great drinks on the patio or a festive meal with family.

My husband and I hosted our family of 20 members at Las Brisas for our daughter's birthday. Robert, Adriana, Ricardo, Desirae and Diana took care of us the entire night! They were kind, professional and accommodating to all our family members despite their particular requests. We loved the ambiance at Las Brisas, we were able to relax and celebrate comfortably! Las Brisas can easily host larger groups, definitely will be doing so!

A very cool Mexican restaurant that served me a very good ribeye cooked the way I asked, and my wife's chili Colorado was nearly as good. Very cool server and both indoor and outdoor settings. I will go back again!

We'll it's 2025 and I'm back to try something else on their menu. Again, they did very well. My sister had their asada (ribeye) no complaints, my wife had Colorado again, and no complaints. I had the carnitas, no complaints. The server/service was very good/excellent with 1 tiny issue (15+ minutes to get the check)!

Came to celebrate. We walked in and we all started to have itchy eyes or cough.
There are cats everywhere! 🤣

We sat for over 30 min without anyone acknowledging us. Finally whe someone did come to our table the young lady was moody and condescending!

We stood up and left.
Look, no one has time or money for that. If you can't treat customers with baseline kindness, then just shut the doors!

Won't ever return to this place ever again.

We were on a trip to Big Bear, staying in Lucerne Valley, and picked a random place back in town. WHAT A DELIGHT!!! I was expecting fast food, what we got at Las Brisas was a fine dining experience emulating the Mexican tradition. Diana, our waitress, was attentive, funny, and charming - giving a bit of the history of a family restaurant. Any time we stay in Lucerne, we will be eating here at this wonderful restaurant. Oh!!! The ceviche is GREAT - A must try.

So the food is excellent 👌 and our server was very good, but apparently they are remodeling inside, so we sat outside on the patio, but not the main patio, the one off to the side. It was so hot I was just dripping sweat. What a miserable dinner. Pretty shocking that there was only one tiny portable swamp cooler and it was blowing directly on the owner who was eating at a booth in our area. After she finished and left we asked if it could be moved closer to us and we were told no. Mind you, it was 100 degrees 😒 what a shame, as the food was delicious, but such a miserable experience. If they have to serve folks outside they need more fans and coolers. It was pretty telling that the owner made sure she was cooled off but the customers were not made comfortable. Would not recommend. Unless you're taking out. Maybe the main patio was cooler.

I've been here many times before but never left a review. Every time we come, the food is delicious, and the service is great. I love the tie tree they have in the patio. It's definitely different to see cats roaming around on the patio, but they don't bother anyone.

We absolutely love this place !! .. If you haven't been here you should go at least once .. And after that one time I promise you you'll come back .. They do have some tricky hours but they usually open after 4:00 on weekdays .. My best advice is to go in at about 4:30 .. overall just pure awesomeness !! .. Joe is an excellent server !! ..

I’ve been living in the HD for about 32 years and had never heard of this lil gem 💎 My husband and I both enjoyed the food, our awesome server NeNa aka Maria aka NaNa😉 The atmosphere was quiet, quaint and relaxing for our late dinner☺️ We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Good dinner with friends. My only complaint is that the dessert was served like an appetizer and not individually. I ordered churros and we all were eating from the same plate with ice cream in the middle, whipped cream on each corner of the plate and couple of little jars with melted chocolate. It was a mess... Oh! I got 4 spoons though lol

Taco Tuesday was 35 minutes late for no reason. We were hungry and had been waiting since 4PM, but the tacos were not ready until 5:35PM. The long Island ice tea is some weird version that was not smooth as it should be. It was harsh and acidic. The ceviche took a long time when the restaurant wad empty. Desi has to be asked 3 times and had a glass put in her face before she will give you a refill on water. The Taco Tuesday Tacos were very good as usual, but some improvements need to be made, like don't mess with standard drinks. They are standard because they are better than Las Brisas ideas.

Service was bad and extremely slow. Took them 20 minutes to bring the check after being reminded twice. The waiter forgot the beer he was supposed to get.

Food was okay, nothing out of the ordinary a bit on the salty side.

Won't be going back, too expensive for the food quality.

Best Mexican food in town!! Absolutely amazing service and food!! I have no complaints. Price wise, completely worth every penny. You pay for what you get for and it’s nothing but phenomenal service and food. Our Server was very attentive, and helpful. She made sure We NEVER had an empty drink and constantly checked in on us. Get the margarita flight!

Bad on Valentunes Day 2024. I don't think we ever walked out of a restaurant once we were seated, but we did last night. We've been here 4 or 5 times in the past couple years. Food was always "ok" not excellent, but we would come for the ambiance, the friendly service and the nice patio with kitty cats that came up to our table. There is always a wait for a table here, even if there are empty tables . Ok, so we waited about 20 minutes and got a table by the fire pit. The lady who seated us took off in a hurry and expected my 73 year old husband with a cane and his arm in a cast to follow her like lightening. She seemed irritated my husband lagged behind. Not off to a great start. We asked the server why the menu had changed and was so limited. She impatiently told us it's Valentine's Day and that's what they have available and walked off. Lasts years menu was a full menu, so this was disappointing and we were having difficulty choosing what we wanted from such limited choices. I understand some restaurants have a more limited menu on busy holidays and unfortunately they didn't have anything listed we wanted. My husband politely asked for mild salsa and instead of the server kindly obliging as other servers always have, she told us it was mild. It was fairly spicy, too hot for us. It seemed this server truly didn't like our presence, as if perhaps she was our enemy in a past life. 🤔 We are never rude customers and respect the difficulty of a server's job, but at this point, I suggested to my husband that we find a friendlier place to eat, so that is what we did. Our evening was salvaged by a different place with friendly service, good food and a full menu.

Las Brisas was a recommendation for me and my wife while visiting our kids. It was NOT a pleasant experience. The chips were overcooked, but the salsa was delicious. We also ordered their guacamole, thinking it would balance out the overcooked chips. Unfortunately, our meals arrived before they ever made the guacamole, which hurt the dining experience even more. The guacamole was very tasty.

My wife got the Chile Verde burrito, and I got their steak fajitas. Both were average at best. Service was slow, and our waiter was not attentive to our table. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I chose Las Brisas to bring my best friend of 55 years. I LOVE eating alfresco in a nice environment. The food was fantastic as always, and the service was superb. Thanks to Robert for checking on us numerous times to see that we were satisfied. A+ 😉

Yes I like this place. Deanna was a very outgoing server. Robert has always been very on the spot. Food always good and on point. Just go and check it out. Taco Tuesday, prime rib Wednesday. They have a full bar for all you drinks. Been serving the desert since 1991.

We were literally the only customers in the restaurant. If we wanted any service, we had to actually go up to the front counter and ask to have our waiter come to our table. Probably the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Obviously, No tip.

Food is excellent, have eaten here numerous times never had a bad experience or any problems with the food order.
Robert takes good care of his customers and all the staff is spot on when it comes to taking care of the customers.
You won't be disappointed at all.

Checked out Taco Tuesday and am impressed.Tacos are stuffed with meat and the tortillas are hand made.The salsas very tasty and at 3.00 a taco def.worth it.Have to try the Margaritas from what Im told are a must.

The atmosphere is beautiful!! It makes you forget that you're in Apple Valley for a while. The service was wonderful; our server was so incredibly sweet and helpful. She was also very thankful that we came. The food is amazing as well!! My fiancé and I ordered the steak fajitas for two, and they were delicious!! We would definitely come again!!

Ok, I found it our new date night spot.
The Service is beyond compare, and the food is really delicious, but not only that my husbands has some food allergies and the chef came out to our table personally to ask my husband how to prepare his food. That was such consideration. Later, the owner stopped by our table to ask if we were enjoying our dinner.....Yep, we were..Lol
The drinks were so good, and the bartender gave us a complimentary shot of tequila
If you want a date night with your lovey, I suggest Las Brisas. This hidden gem of Apple valley won't disappoint

Had a great lunch yesterday at Las Brisas. The food was great as always. Deanna our server was wonderful. I just have one small bone to pick. Seems like ever since covid, (The perfect excuse for everything now) every place you go, there is always some extra very annoying charges added to nickel and dime you to death. It has become ridiculous. To charge $1.50 for a tiny bowl of chips is bad enough, but to charge $1.00 for a tiny, and I mean tiny shot of extra salsa, nothing special even, for a $70 lunch plus $12 dollar tip is just ridiculous. Those kinds of slaps in the face may not seem like much, but trust me, they are enough to insult the customer and possibly chase them away. Is it worth losing your customers over ? Think about it 🤔

¡Absolutely fantastico! I will be back next Tuesday and every Tuesday moving forward. The tacos were great. The menu was phenomenal, and my dog was greeted and loved on the entire evening. We were greeted by family/owners too, and the servers were super friendly and attentive. The food was off the charts. Yummy all around!

Was not expecting such a nice place from exterior facing the road, but as we walked in from the parking lot, the decor was nice and clean, and our server was very nice and attentive. We were just passing through, but will make it a point to come back next time we're up in that area.

My husband brought me here for my birthday yesterday & it was absolutely fantastic! I love the atmosphere, you are consistently greeted & we were sat fast, our waitress was awesome & the food was delicious. As we were leaving we caught the the owners daughter & she personally explained the restaurants history. It was very personal and I love the family atmosphere. 10/10 will be returning!

I cannot believe I have never been to this hidden gem!!! So glad to have finally tried it! Everything was to die for! So good I Forgot to take photos!!! We had chili verde dip, best chile verde ive ever tried!!!! We also got the three entree plates and the shredded beef was so tender, juicy, and flavorful!!!! Yum is all i can keep saying as im writing this! Do yourself a favor and head over! Oh and the atmosphere is so awesome!!!!

Love the atmosphere!

First impression is fantastic as you pull into the parking lot behind the restaurant you are enveloped in lights from the walkway and the surrounding shrubs.

A peaceful little water stream flows as you walk into the restaurant.

Once inside the patio section is beautiful and charming. There is a fire pit in the middle as you dine.

We were lucky enough to have a few kitties 😸 ❤️ hang around our table.
So cute 😍

Waitress took our order and was super friendly.
Food arrived quickly and tasted amazing.
Sat and enjoyed a beer by the fire.

Very pleasant date night 🌙
A great evening out indeed!

Had the green burritto. The bomb for sure. Couldn't believe how fast I ate it LoL 😆. Expensive but well worth it.

One here with some coworkers who were local for taco tuesday. Robert our waiter did a great job taking care of our large group. Super on top of things great customer service. The taco bar is where this place really shines. They had sea bass as well as short ribs that were amazing. They also had Carnitas and polio. The real treat was the guy who worked the bar, Outer. His energy was infectious. Super great guy. Could tell he loved his job and if he didn't he faked it incredibly well. When I ordered my tacos he asked me how I would like them and I told him that I would have them however he would typically prepare his own. I wasn't disappointed. Amazing dining experience for a very reasonable price.

Las Brisas is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the High Desert. Their menu offers the basics such as tacos, burritos, enchiladas done their way. There is a great seafood selection, the sea bass is out of this world. The Cadillac Margaritas are some of the best I've tasted. So many delicious items and combo plates to choose from. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure your visit is memorable. Give Las Brisas a try and you'll become a regular.

Excellent food every time. Robert and his staff are very attentive and provide outstanding service. Not only is the food delicious, the margaritas are the best! Try the skinny margarita with Jalapeños. It won't disappoint!

We absolutely love Las Brisas!!! The owner Linda is marvelous! The wait staff is great as well. This time we had Robert! Always a pleasure! We had a large party and they were amazing.

First time here. Everybody was raving about this place. I wasn't too impressed. Staff was super friendly and attentive but the food was mediocre
Not sure if it was that we ate around 7 but nothing seemed to be fresh. Rice was really dry and fajitas were a little chewy. Had excellent pina coladas.

Our dinner was fair, nothing special. Very expensive. Our dinner was over 100 dollars, and they wanted to charge us another 3 dollars for more chips. Small bowl of chips.

Well I used to love this place very cozy outside food and drinks were great , but after this evening
I doubt I'll be back . Food had no flavor and i know i don't have covid ,my food was burnt and fell apart as i picked it up . Service as well was not up to par . Im gonna miss this place . 😢

The food was delicious, guacamole was very very good (hard to find good guacamole in the HD), environment was very exquisite and authentic, table service was great, this restaurant was not expensive and worth every penny for the food, it's a friendly family environment, the facilities were very very clean. It's ALWAYS a pleasure coming to eat here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Mexican food. 👍👍👍👍👍

I will never go back. ALL of the food was extremely salty. 15.99 for 2 small carne asada tacos, with salty rice and beans. The meat wasn't carne asada either. It was just a generic cut of beef. We also ordered flautas and a chile relleno, all very salty. For 3 people it was a total of over 80 dollars. I've spent that amount in other places for 2 people but it was high quality good food. I don't recommend this place at all.

My son died October 2021. His favorite restaurant seemed a fitting location to celebrate his fiancee's birthday. We had a wonderful family evening with delicious drinks, great appetizers and dinners, and a surprise dessert for the birthday celebrant. Everything was perfect from the atmosphere, wait staff, food selections and suggestions, to dessert. We dined, visited, laughed, shared and made great memories. If you like seafood, the sea bass with garlic shrimp was superb. What an enjoyable dinner and memory. Thank you, Las Brisas! Wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often!!
