Nick's Pizza II

Really love going here. The pizza is phenomenal, really thick pizza. The best part of it is the cheese that they put on it. I've been here almost every time the family is craving pizza. As well as the wings, they have such a variety of flavors.

Wow talk about great pizza 🍕🍕. Was so delicious 😋,cool location with a classic rustic feel. They do more than pizza 🍕 just so you know. Burgers 🍔 sandwich 🥪 calzone pasta 🍝 and they have a salad 🥗 bar. I will definitely be going back to this spot. 🤜🏽🤛🏽💥💯

I had a party of 20 people coming, the management was rude and made us wait almost 20 minutes to be seated although they had our tables ready when we first arrived. When I asked if we could order our pizza while we waited to be seated they refused. We ened up waiting another 20 minutes for our pizzas. We spent over $200 that night ans definitely will not come back.

I'm currently going through chemo and I can't even begin to tell you how delicious Nicks Calzone is! The sauce is so good, it's one of the few foods that I can eat, enjoy and get full. I come in with my family and I'm in a wheelchair and they have always treated me well!

Hubby has been going here since the first location was open. This was my first time. We had the calzone and (medium)cheese sticks. So so good! Like enough for 2 meals each! My one complaint was the bathroom. It's like all the good pizza smells went in there to die! Oy. Also the decor is very outdated but reminds me of other chain pizza places when I was a kid.

When I asked if we could order our pizza while we waited to be seated they refused. We ened up waiting another 20 minutes for our pizzas. "I strongly advise against eating here—this place is unsanitary. After dining here, my entire family suffered from food poisoning. The food quality is poor, and it's baffling how this establishment has remained open all these years. My last visit was over 10 years ago, and I returned hoping for improvement, but nothing has changed. The service is still subpar, and the food tastes like it’s frozen. The pizza dough is all wrong."

We've been here many times in the past, their pizza has improved so much what a delicious Crust, and the nick sticks are sooo good very cheesy. We ordered a Pepperoni pizza and pastrami pizza (just needed more pastrami ) but it did not disappoint. We also ordered wings mozzarella sticks and zucchini sticks all of which were a 10/10
Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We'll be back!

Pizza was decent (a little doughy for my taste). The breadsticks were pretty good. The wings were the best part of the meal. Service took a while even though we called our order for pickup over 20-30 minutes a head of arriving. 6.8/10

This place has really fallen over the past 20 years. It used to be decent, but now whenever I go the pizza is hard, the crust is terrible, and the pasta is so overcooked it's falling apart. I don't know what people like about this place. The best thing here is the coca cola, and that's only because it's coca cola.

Ordered a pizza and had my mother in law pick it up. It wasn’t what I ordered and it tasted horrible. When I called they told me to drive back out there 35 mins away with a receipt that wasn’t given to me and they would give me a credit for a pizza in the next 30 days. I will not be eating there again but they refused to give a refund even if I drove out there. Would recommend not going there.

It’s been a decade or two since we ate here, we moved from the area, and decided since we were in town we’d stop in. After a little confusion between myself and the young lady taking our order as to whether we were eating in or taking out (lol), it was perfect. Great pizza and great service. I wish we lived closer so we could eat there more often.
Great job to all there and thank you for making our experience well worth the stop. Great old time pizza parlor atmosphere as well and plenty of games for the kids and the kids at heart.

We would order pizza just about every weekend from here. Sometimes adding wings, spaghetti, salad, Nick sticks, etc.....always the Nick's special which is a Supreme and a pepperoni puzza..Sometimes adding sausage pizza ....we picked up wings on one occasion they were burnt to the point we couldn't/wouldn't eat them...called to let the manager know as we live a good 7 miles from here...she apologized and that was it...did not offer to replace them..we just let it go..recently we picked up another order of wings..asked for plain, received barbecued....called the manager she said return them. We will replace it with the right order..drove back and returned them...again recently placed an order for spaghetti...got home and the spaghetti was made with fettuccine noodles!...on another spaghetti order we received it with meat sauce and no meatballs....did not order it that way. By this time I had become frustrated and called upset with the manager and explained to her it seems every week something is wrong with the order and we live far away...I requested if she could have the right order brought to us and that was a definite no!..she said you need to bring it back or I can't help you...wich in the past we had done but we were tired of driving back to have them fix their mistake once again!...she actually argued with me over the phone and brought up "well you didn't pick up an order back in August of 2023"!..(due to accident by the way)
What!!!!??......she would not even fathom the idea of crediting the item...she was just abstinent and rude in her manner..(just the item, not the order).....Needless to say, we have stopped ordering altogether from Nick's Pizza...the food was good when made properly, but the customer service is absolutely horrible!...

I honestly don’t leave reviews very often but I couldn’t just let this one go, about a week ago I ordered online… for one my order kept getting cancelled so I caved and downloaded the app and order there instead I ordered a fettuccine alfredo pasta with a chicken the chicken was extra so I paid also got bread sticks and a small pizza. I waiting close to an hour went in was greeted and served I won’t disclose the employees name but he was professional and courteous I ended up talking for a bit and paid for my order I even left a tip at that point I was happy with the service provided. But when my family and I sat down to eat we noticed no chicken in site, I called and the refunded the chicken portion of the order which was reasonable but as we continued to talk he the employee in question said come in and I got you to which I responded to it an awesome I’ll let you know when I’ll be by. A few days ago I called and they found a note stating something about refunding the chicken portion of that order but advised that they would not be covering the meal because I was refunded 4-5 dollars so I went ahead and paid for another order out of pocket( the woman who served me was extremely rude about the whole ordeal) So I asked for the gentleman’s name so I could go when he’s was there I finally get ahold Of him only to be told we refunded you the chicken… that didn’t included my time and effort and not only that I guess I got you mean’s different things to different people. He shouldn’t have said I got you if he didn’t mean it.

Have been almost 20 years. Would eat there on either Friday or Saturday nights. Nick would walk around talking to the customers and we got to know him. My family misses Nick's Pizza and him.

Went in for lunch buffet at 12:55 pm.. Noticed there was only a pepporoni pizza and a cheese pizza to choose from..I asked cashier if they were going to make any other pizzas to choose from and she stated that they were coming out of oven.. Needless to say i waited for 1 hour for other pizzas to choose from and they never brought any other pizzas out for buffet.. They should have a meat pizza, a supreme pizza, a pepporoni pizza, and at least a cheese pizza.. I will definately never come back to eat here.. And not to mention the buffet is 15 dollars a person

Had a prepaid order to pickup. Stood at the front for like 20 minutes for the cashier to finally show up. There was a waitress on the floor cleaning stuff up, but she didn't acknowledge the small crowd that eventually built up around me waiting. The cashier finally got there, looking like she had just finished her pookie-smoking break, didn't apologize for making us wait, and handed me my overpriced cold pizza and fried zucchini. Pizza was okay, but cold. Zucchini sucked, it was the frozen French fry cut kind that seems to have replaced REAL fried zucchini everywhere around here. Bad experience. Won't be returning.

We could have eaten in Big Bear where we drove from to eat at Nicks, which was our intention all day on the drive home. Kids fell asleep before we got there so I went in to order to-go because we were set on eating here since it was somewhere that my dad used to take us growing up, whom recently passed away. As I was waiting for the pizza, the kids ended up waking up in the car so the family wanted to come in. We were told since we ordered to go, we could no longer sit down or it would be a 30 min wait to get our drinks because the manager was too busy to serve us. Mind you, this must have been after their dinner rush because the restaurant was just about empty other than the sports room and the tables were full of dirty plates, but there were still plenty of other open tables… so after the wife gets the baby and our other kid out of the car, we have to load back up because apparently you’re not aloud to sit down if you already ordered to go lol… love their food, but the service felt like a slap in the face tonight. Never be “too busy” to take care of your paying customers that would have paid more if we were to have sat down…. I hey did try to ask if we still wanted to sit down after I had pizzas in hand and was walking out the door, but I was already too mad to come back in at that point.

I was born and raised in California. Two years ago I moved to Texas. I came to visit family for two weeks. My grandbabies wanted pizza and I was so excited to get Nick's pizza. When I lived here it was a special treat to get Nick's. When we brought home the pizza and nick sticks we were all disappointed in how greasy both items were. It bummed me out. Nick's pizza was a treat and it was so awesome years ago. Now it was just a disappointment. I wish I could say something better. The customer service was still great though.

Ordered via grub hub. Calzones are only mini pizzas folded in half. Not very authentic to the Italian eateries I’ve been to. Mozzarella and chicken wings were cooked, but cold. Maybe that’s a “new” thing. Cold wings and folded pizza calzones. Oh well….never again.

I worked here when I was a teenager, so anytime I am in town I have to stop. The lunch buffet is great and the cheese sticks are a must try(my friend and I came up with these)

This place is gone downhill. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it was terrible. The salad bar was all brown everything looked like was frozen and defrosted salad bar was terrible also. Everyone seemed to be on the cell phone not paying attention to service. I will not be back. I'd rather driving Hesperia and need an Italian kitchen. Good luck in the future. Huh

This has been my favorite pizza place my entire life. The classic pepperoni pizza is the best. They have the "good ranch" too! I've been to pizza places all over the states and none have come close in my opinion.

Made a phone order was told it will be at least 25 to 30 minutes. I drove from Maine and the 15 freeway and got here to pick up order and it wasn't ready. And for 60 bucks worth of food I expect my order to be done when told.

I called in this order and had to repeat the Garlic Cheese Bread 3 times. We picked up the order and got home to burned garlic bread with no cheese. We drove all the way back and waited for it to be remade. After getting it I saw it did not have any cheese. The associate wanted to charge us for a dollar and wanted to look up the receipt. We Were in a hurry and offered to pay the dollar, because our pizza at home had been getting cold. After the 3rd try they got it right. My boyfriend and I had been going here since high school. Probably never going back.

Ordered online and paid using PayPal. Went to restaurant to pick up order and they had no knowledge of it. Had to contact PayPal and some other 3rd party this restaurant uses. Still waiting to find out if my money has been returned yet. Terrible ordering experience.

Undercooked for the 4th time. I am done here..consistently undercooked dough and over melted cheese..like..maybe take a look at your ovens. If the top is molten and the dough is raw..your oven is not working. Its almost impossible to imagine a pizza so over melted on top..it becomes one with the box..and to still have raw disgusting dough underneath the pizza. Who is making this trash and letting it out the door? Your company is run by children that do not care about their jobs. Shame on you

I ordered two calzones the sausage and the vegetarian: stay away from vegetarian unless you love olives (about 60% olives). The vegetarian was dry because it comes without sauce. but the sausage calzone was pretty good. I would not come back considering the distance…
