Every time I come in I always enjoy the environment and the vibes. The workers are always so friendly and helpful. You can tell when an employee likes doing their job. You can see the passion and their hard work. I really recommend for anyone to come in and enjoy the pizza. Honestly it's the best pizza in all of San Bernardino.

I used to get papa John's very often for my kids on weekends and all their bday parties too. Our last couple orders have been very dry and kind of stale. My last order I placed two orders, canceled one. Called to make sure it was canceled and the women was rude that I was calling to make sure... she said it was, they still showed up to my home two hours later with the canceled order and charged my card. Anyone I have spoken to is incompetent in dealing with it. So not great pizza anymore and horrible customer service. So after all this, I will happily pay more and get pizza from somewhere with quality food and quality customer service.

Ordered delivery through door dash. Beca was really helpful. Honestly probably the best pizza and bread sticks I've ever ordered from papa John's before. 10 our of 10 from the service to the quality of the food. Thanks Beca you deserve a raise.

It took 1 1/2 hrs to get my pizza and it was cold and gross was told they are busy but yet the app said pizza was 19mins away and over a hour later it arrived it's great the wages and prices go up and the portions and service goes down 👎 it's pizza not running a Microsoft company not rocket science

Had a double cheeseburger papadia and it was a waste. Very thin bread, over cooked, and very skimpy on all things... cheese, meat, sauce... waste of money and time. Service there wasn't good either, possibly training someone

I came here once a week, can't come here anymore. I understand the wages have gone up but the pizzas are way too small compared to just a month ago. This is twice in a row now the pizzas came out really light in the box. You should really just up the price instead, I would understand that but as it is now, I won't be back.

Pizza was delivered folded in half and only partially cooked. This was absolutely disgusting. When I called and asked to speak to the manager about our delivery, the person that answered refused to give me their name and refused to tell me the name of the store manager. Not only did we waste $50+ dollars, we were still hungry. Would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Beware Apple Valley!

Very rude experience. I placed an order online for my husband, when I called to ask if the order was ready I was told someone picked up my order with my name. I then asked how is that possible since I didn’t go in and neither did my husband. The manager named Oliver then told me he would only do it this one time but I was confused why I was being talked to as if I was lying and given attitude. I felt like they were putting the blame of their mistakes on me. He hung up when I asked for his name and I gave him the benefit of doubt that we got disconnected. I never received such horrible customer service anywhere and would never lie over a pizza. He then hung up on me again when I asked for his name. Never going to this location again.

Worst Papa Johns I've ever been to. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Called and asked them if my pizza had already been made because I placed it for pickup at 6:15. Guy said it hasn't been made and I'm good to go. Arrived at 6:15 and my pizza was sitting on the shelf for over an hour. Got home, pizza is luke warm, my little girl can't have olives, go figure first bite there's olives under the cheese. Took it back immediately, place is a joke. HORRIBLE SERVICE

My order was marked ready, but when I went in they told me it was still in the oven. I waited around 20 minutes before they realized it had been sitting on the rack the whole time. All they offered was to make me a new one, but they had already wasted enough of my time. Incompetent employees, do better.

They sent me on a wild goose chase to get my pizza! They said my pizza was at the hesperia store. So I left their store and went to the one on hesperia and could not find this store anywhere in site so I called the original phone number again and the guy that answered said yes that they had my pizza. So I drove back to the store on Apple valley now it’s almost been an hour and half. I walk in I’ve spent over $30 on a cold pizza and no apology no comp nothing and I’ve been there a dozen times. Needles to say I will not be back to papa John!

Won't order here again. Pizza was under cooked with raw dough, toppings were skimpy. No place to sit while waiting for the pizza. I called to voice a complaint and Apple Valley store directed me to the Hesperia store and I kept getting the run around. Very disappointing. They once had a very excellent, tasty pizza.

The food was great and so was customer service ! But however ,,,!!! You managers , superviosors , and owner need to fix your air conditioning asap ! That is just so wrong of all of you higher ups that don't have to run in circles in that building and to let all your employees die of heat ! It's 102 outside and its hotter in the facility then it is outside ! These employees need a bump especially working underpressure and in this heat !

I love Papa John's. My favorite fast pizza. But I feel like they are getting stingy with their toppings. I have been going to this location for 2 years with the victor valley coupon book you get from the fundraising kids around the high desert. Recently this location it not honoring the victor valley coupon book. When I call the coupon company the man who owns it said that they are in contact to do so. When I went in last week they still gave me a hard time telling me that the book was wrong and I could not get my coupon again after that day. On their contract it states buy any regular price pizza get equal or lesser value pizza free. They tell me it's large only. The contract says different. I won't be going back.

Today I ordered a small gluten free pizza by accident. It arrived with my other orders, when I opened the box, the pizza was very thin and very burnt. To Papa John's credit, they sent me out a regular small with the toppings I requested. Thanks Oliver (Manager)

Just ordered 2 medium 2 topping delivery. Came out to $21 and change. Pizzas are poorly made and very generic. A 5 dollar large hot n ready is the better deal by far ! I wouldn't recommend this papa John's, unless u like wasting your time and money.

It's just not good pizza. Plain, uninteresting, doughy pies with very basic ingredients to choose from. Nowhere to sit so you must take out which is unfortunate because these pizzas have a shelf life of roughly 15 minutes. You want a decent, no, a really good pie? Go down the road to Mojave Pizza... That's what I'm talkin' about - - capiche?

They literally have one of the best doughs of any pizza place. It's a nice crunch on the outside, and soft fluffiness on the inside. My favorite pizza is the specialty 6 cheese (with no sauce), and sometimes I'll add jalapeno and pineapple to that. Their plain breadsticks are also good, again because the quality of the dough. The downsides are that the prices are kinda high, and it really bugs me that they give only a little dipping cup of sauce with like 10 full sized breadsticks.

The pizza was super yummy. The children enjoyed it. The delivery man was pleasant. And the food was worth the wait. I recommend this fine dining establishment to all my fellow pizza eaters. I believe they do sandwiches also. Even during peak delivery dining hours, these guys rock the big giant pizza boat.

Even though you order a special they somehow get you, pizza is great but trickery pricing! Plan on paying double from the total you add up as you order! To me that's disappointing and a poor business practice!, also I paid five extra bucks for extra sauces and they weren't in the delivery as the driver insured me as I double checked, so they are suppost to bring them but it's been 1.5 hrs and my 30 dollar ten dollar special is cold, so dissappointed

We order pizza pretty often and Papa Johns has the best pizza up here in this area (in my opinion). The drivers have been super nice - several of them call when they're going to be more than a few minutes late (extremely polite). We will continue to order! Thank you.
