When did this place tank? $40 for: 1. A pie where apparently only the center gets toppings, 2. Most of the softdrink choices were unavailable, and no iced tea, the cheapest beverage in the universe. It's even cheap to make on Mars. 3. Service substandard. Had to chase down someone who was avoiding us to get parm cheese... lol. And irritated when she finally had to acknowledge us. Weird. This place used to have an amazing vibe because of the employees. I'm writing this in the middle of lunch rush on a Friday. It's dead in here. Used to have to fight for a seat. Bummer.

I came here to get a gluten-free, vegan cheese pizza and a regular pizza. They were very helpful in making sure the ingredients were used from the back so the gluten-free, vegan cheese pizza had the least amount of cross-contamination. They also added enough cheese to cover the pizza. Many times places don't put enough vegan cheese on the pizza.

Loved this place and understand if its late you want to close. But if we show up before you close. We shouldn't be told you have cleaned and packed everything and are closed.
Your hours then should reflect when you want to start cleaning instead of saying your open and doing things early because you’re lazy. Of your open until 10 then you should serve if its before that time. Teach your employees about store hours or change your times to reflect your lack of ability to serve your customers.

The kid with the black hair and glasses needs to fix his attitude with customer service. He forgot my after bake pesto sauce, almost gave my pizza to someone else, and didn't even apologize for getting my order wrong. He didn't even say thank you or good bye. NEVER AGAIN

Its a great place to enjoy a pizza you design yourself. I enjoy the availability of cherry tomatoes, pineapple, and jalapeno.

The pizza are somewhat more than a personal pizza. Remember they have plenty of sauce options besides just the tomato red sauce.

Everybody who works here is extremely welcoming too.

🍕🥃🍕🥃I tried Pieology for the first time and I'll be going back soon!! Mostly because of the option to get cauliflower crust and unlimited toppings(Wish the fountain drink cups were bigger or has another size). Overall Everything was good. Customer service was on point. Only complaint, one of my pizza crust was slightly burnt but still enjoyable.🍕🥃🍕🥃

**update** Sadly, it's gone downhill. I remember hearing before how they were only allowed to give so much extra even if we PAY for the extra.. Well, apparently the hard workers I knew before, have now been fired for their portion sizes and I found out that the rules are EVEN MORE strict on portions. The owners are requiring workers to make pizzas with much less. It's definitely NOT worth the price anymore and nobody likes cheap or greedy owners taking hard earned money for measly portions in return. I feel bad for these new workers. They DEFINITELY don't look happy. Yikes. Felt like I was carrying home one pizza rather than the two I bought. At 13 dollars for a personal pizza? So disappointed.

I went in on July 6, 2024 to get a pizza. I was disgusted at how dirty it was. All the toppings were old looking. One of the two men who worked there stuck his hand in the crushed garlic because it was really dried up on top. He used a glove but who knows where that glove was previously.They now measure out how much you’re allowed. Its such a little amount of cheese and toppings that it’s not worth the money. Most of all there wasn’t any customers there during dinner hours and i could see why. We ended up leaving without ordering because i was afraid of gettIng food poisoning. Im calling corporate on Monday. I use to go there often so it was really disappointed . ZERO stars!

We came into the restaurant right at noon to an empty dining room area aside from a single patron already seated. We walked up to the counter where I made eye contact with Daniel who immediately looked down at what I assume
To be an online order he was very slowly preparing. We then waited another 3 minutes quietly as he then placed that pizza in the oven, still not one word or acknowledgment. Finally he walked over to where we were,and another potential customer was now waiting behind us. My daughter says “hi” when he still didn’t reply and then grabs another slip completely ignoring us and then starts to prepare another pizza. Not a “hello” or “I’ll be with you in a moment” absolutely nothing. Daniel certainly needs to be overseen and properly trained to have basic customer service and I wouldn’t recommend he be at the front of any establishment until he can in the very least acknowledge a 5 year old girls kind “hello”, let alone do his mindless job of being coached step by step by a customer as to how to prepare a pizza. With all of that said; we went elsewhere and will not return.

The woman who has a Ring 💍 in her nose 👃 sprinkled a pinch of cheese on my pizza and I had to keep asking for more. Very unhappy with the service. Would give 0 star if available. Imo having employees who have facial pricing is un professional and the few slivers of cheese made it worse by just eating sauce and bread . WOULD "NOT!!" RECOMMEND!!!!!!! ZERO 0⃣ STARS

Hi, if i can start with zero stars i would. Our server Christina S. Was horribly rude and provided the worst service. Our pizzas were made the smallest ive ever seen, like kids personal pizzas. We asked for extra toppings and she said no. I asked to pay extra, and she still said no. She said "its unlimited possibilities, not unlimited toppings". She made the rudest remark. She never made eye contact with us. We were not done adding toppings to our pizza, and she just ignored us and put the pizzas in the oven. We regret not just walking out. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. We paid way to much for the pizzas and service we got. My family and I will never come here again. I recommend everyone stay away from this place.

Honestly, I walked out without ordering. The wait time was astronomical. There were 5 groups ahead of me, with 3 workers, I waited 30 minutes before I shot the deuces. Then I saw what looked like an online order that had at least 4 orders.

We love going to Pieology. There are 4 in our family and we don’t have to decide on one pizza, we can all get what we love. The quality of Pieology pizza is outstanding and the service never disappoints.

My family and I went to this Pieology for my husband’s birthday celebration and we all were highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. The so called, “Assistant Manager,” had a horrible attitude and seemed bothered by doing her job. Her awful service was also followed by more awful service when my family and I tried getting our toppings for our pizzas. I do not recommend coming here if you want quality service and food.

Customer service was horrible and unfriendly besides Terrance the cashier. The cheesy garlic bread dough was undercooked while the bottom was burnt. Very skimpy on the toppings and they said, "no" to putting more toppings on. Would not recommend this place. HORRIBLE!!!

I met Azarian yesterday at Pieology and I was amazed at the customer service that he provided me and my family. He not only was able to assist in answering many questions (we were first time visitors), he actually presented such a welcoming and pleasant demeanor that made us want to return to this eatery.

Azarian was a breath of fresh air! You're blessed to have him representing you! We will be back!

Walked in at 440pm. No one said welcome in and there were 4 pieology employees present. They always say welcome in, but not today. My daughter and I waited 8 minutes before ever being asked what we'd like to order. The employees don't even make the pizzas with love and consideration of you returning again. I have been coming to this Victorville location since it opened. I do notice a huge turn over of employees at this location. I use to get the best service at this location. Unfortunately when the staff makes the pizza they make it likes it they last day working there. I would make the pizza likes it's my own. The prices go up and the service goes down. The location was out of bags for the pizza boxes, and no ice water? 😳 Wow to that!! Even the salami looked like it had sat out in the sun 🌞 all day. It was turning brown!! I ordered a salad and it's half the size it used to be. Pieology we are paying for a meal and the ingredients are being shorted consistently. Spread the sauce evenly, cover with cheese stop leaving open spaces all over the pizza 🍕😞.

We tried Pieology for the first time in the LA area and loved it but we went two more times and had horrible experiences. We avoided them for awhile and decided to give them a try since we're in a new area. We're glad we did. There apparently was a management problem and not a corporate problem. This location has great employees who are always friendly and attentive. They offer a good variety of toppings that are always fresh, and unlike one of their competitors (hello, Blaze) I don't think we've ever had a burnt crust. Lesson learned: Don't judge a chain by one location.

This place is very clean and the service is exceptional. They have gluten free options, which is nice if you have an allergy. Lots of toppings for your pizza and you can order pick-up if you want your pizza to be made ahead of time.

I come here when my family wants pizza because the pizza is customizable so everyone gets the pizza they want. The pizza is personal pan size, so small yet filling. I often have leftovers for the next day. Will continue to come here with the family

The pizza was delicious. The workers tried to put as little as possible of extra items for toppings. This is a place where you order your own pizza and pick whatever toppings you want without having to pay an arm and a leg for more than two items.

Here on a Sunday at lunch time, and we’ve been waiting for 15 minutes to place an order and there’s no line, because the pizza prepper said they have to take care of all their online orders first. Y’all need to hire more staff or something this is crazy

Ordered 1 pizza and a couple salads, took 45 minutes. When i arrived i was 3rd in line still took 25 minutes before i was able to order. Food was good, server was friendly but i am still annoyed enough to never come here again.

Very slow , with 4 workers...Victorville is faster with one worker.....from the time we arrived (one person in front of us) till the time we had our pizza, took 50 minutes.....pepperoni has changed, Canadian ham is dofferent.....will be going to Marios from now on....enjoy

Great food & great service! I eat here all the time and I went in tonight and it was not a disappointment in fact I got exceptional service. One of the pizza doughs didn't press out properly so when it cooked the pizza came out kind of weird looking and big on one side and the stuff kind of slid off strange and it just didn't look good and didn't cook evenly and when I said something about it not only did they have a great attitude about it they remade the whole pizza no issues. A lot of times if you have a complaint about food staff will get very defensive and take it personally but not here. The gentleman working were very professional friendly and really apologetic and went above and beyond to make it up to us. It's really nice when you go into a place and you spend a decent amount of money on a food item and the staff are approachable and have good customer service skills. I did give them a really good tip and that was before I saw the pizza but after they took such good care of the problem I feel no regrets leaving them a good tip.

Good pizza! The deep dish style was not as good as the regular crust...too doughy. Service was fast and our orders were all done correctly. They don't have the various flavors of lemonade founain drinks at this time. We really appreciate that they offer nondairy cheese as an option!

Went down here less than a month ago. I saw that this place closes at 11pm. I went there around 9 or 9:30pm, I saw the chairs up on table thinking that maybe dine in is closed. I went through the front door and asked the woman at the counter if they were closed. She looked at me awkwardly for a few seconds and then looked at the manager who just walked in from the back. She made a rude comment and so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

My online order was messed up by the website. When I went to pick up the order, I spoke with the manager, Jazmin, about the error. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make certain that my order was done right. What might have been a very frustrating experience, was handled so nicely that I will definitely be back!
