The pizzas here are consistently made with a high quality ingredients and my guests rave about the pizzas every time I order here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and very welcoming. This is my go-to pizza joint!

This is my third time ordering from these guys, and they never disappoint! Their pizzas are just AWESOME! I picked up my pizza for the first time and got to see the inside of the place and it's not bad. So I'll probably be coming in to eat there next time around.

***Update 12/23/23***
I haven't bought food from here in a long time but thought I'd give it a try again. I called to order takeout to be delivered to my house and I did tell the person who took my order that I had not ordered in a long time and I told the young man that I had had a bad experience and that I really didn't want to order from them again but they are really close to my house so I knew I'd get the food faster and kids were hungry anyhow just figured I'd give it a shot. Sadly I was very disappointed because the prices were extraordinary High at a total of $66 for one medium one topping pizza order of cheese ravioli and an order of spaghetti which was supposed to have meatballs but mine arrived without any meatballs and an antipasto salad. The pizza was okay and the antipasto salad was okay however both pasta dishes were shocking. I took pictures because I want management to see what was sent to me for the total of $17 per dish actually I think the spaghetti was more than 17. And bear in mind I did not get Italian sausages or meatballs with it this is just a spoonful of regular spaghetti oh and I had asked for extra sauce. I told the young man taking my order that I wanted tons of sauce and you will see it in the pictures it was dry as you could be. My daughter had the cheese ravioli and she brought it into my room and told me she couldn't eat it but she said it was rubbery and almost impossible for her to bite which to me indicates it was either microwaved or it had been frozen for a long time which causes pasta to get rubbery and hard. So she didn't get dinner and I ate some of mine but it was very bland and dry and I was so bummed out over not getting any type of meat with it and that it just sort of skipped it and ate some of the salad. I did call the restaurant and let them know I was very disappointed with my order and I asked them was there some mistake. What happened to my meatballs and did I get a child's portion instead of an adult portion? I was told no that the food was portioned out by weight. I think if they're going to be weighing the pasta and giving only such a tiny amount they should put it in a smaller container and charge less for it because 1 lb of pasta is only $2 and as I said there was barely any sauce on it at. You can make a gallon of pasta sauce for five bucks so charging $17 for plain spaghetti is highway robbery and then giving a half empty container on top of that it's like adding insult to injury. I will not go back. I will not order from them again and I will not recommend it to anyone. I'm going to be sharing these pictures. I don't know if anybody else is having this experience but you can see the pictures attached here.

I would have given five stars except that on the different occasions I have ordered takeout from this restaurant the product has been different. For example one time pepperoni pizza was really good had a nice amount of topping and sauce and cheese and was cooked perfectly then another time ordered the same pizza but it arrived burnt on the edges, soggy in the middle with about six pepperonis on the whole pizza. Similar experience happened with an antipasto salad. One time it came absolutely beautiful with ample amount of meat and cheese and veggies then another time it was very lackluster old iceberg lettuce with about half of the toppings that the previous salad had. It gets a little frustrating because they're not exactly charging low prices. I don't mind paying more when I get a good quality product and a good amount for my dollar.

The pizza was good. A decent amount of toppings and it wasn't greasy. However, the whole pizza sizes are quite small compared to other places. Overall a good pizza. The chicken wings were terrible though. I didn't specify that I wanted bone-in wings so got boneless by mistake. They feel like old, dried, fried crusts drenched in buffalo sauce 😝 And they're so tiny. Not worth the $14 plus tax for wings!

I rented this place so low because I had a delivery and when the food got to me it was cold. Don't waste your time by any of the sandwiches they are overpriced and they're very small, the pizza is good but sometimes they do tend to overcook the crust. I think I prefer to dine in it's a really basic American style pizzeria atmosphere they serve beer and you can take a family and sports games and hang out.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday. The food was DELICIOUS. Pizza was so tasty. They even gifted my daughter with a birthday cookie 🍪. The vibe was so perfect. Highly recommend this spot. Thank you Pizza Factory was a perfect night.

This was the second time we came here and sat at the bar and we were ignored, we sat for 10 minutes before we left. Several staff members would make eye contact with us and not say anything. We’ve sat at the bar before and have gotten served, one girl is always really good but anyone else who has served us was not very attentive, so I can’t tell if we can only order at the register or if they provide typical restaurant service as well. Either way, it’s very frustrating, so we won’t be back.

I was hungry for a meatball sandwich. This is the spot. Great atmosphere. Great service. And the food is terrific. You can eat in and watch the game with a cold brew. Bring friends.

This place sucks!! I’ve never been so disappointed with pizza like ever! I decided to try the brisket barbecue it was so salty and nasty, and over priced for the quality idk how people like this place. I waited like 40 minutes to get my order and while I waited I noticed that all the tables were dirty and it was extremely hot in there, the air conditioner was not on idk I guess I’m mad I paid $70+ on two pizzas that sucked… also the staff was not friendly they actually looked miserable.

The lady who took my order seemed irritated, the place was clean. When my order was done the gentleman who handed me my pizza was very happy and kind, which made my experience way better. The pizza was made perfect, and it was filling not like a lot of other places I've had. Worth the money your going to spend.

I don't know what happened to this location. It used to be great! The pizza was no good. Plenty of toppings but it just didn't taste like it used to. Pizza was bland. The bread sticks were the best thing we ordered lol. Customer service was horrible.

The phelan location is way better. I'm not sure why their pizza tastes better.

With a cook time of 8 to 12 minutes per pizza, service should be faster than our experience. Boneless wings were barely warm. But tasted good. Lots of bodies back there not sure why it took nearly an hour for 2 pizzas.... We'll try again soon and update the review..

16 bucks for 1 pizza is insane when you can get the same size for less than half at little Caesars or a large at domino's for under 10. Then it's an extra 2 dollars if you want pepperoni on it. Corrupt.

First time coming here and the food was amazing .way better then nicks II. The breadsticks are amazing. Brought the wife and 4 kidd and they loved it too. Thank god for their cherry coke.

Food was good so that's what made the experience worth it but the place lacks customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas, mozzarella sticks and a dozen wings for me and the wife and our 4 kids. Was not given napkins or plates. Worker just dropped and dipped, no smile no words really at all. It wasn't busy and plenty of staff, just can tell no one is trained to take care of their guests. It would have been a while different experience with simple service and follow ups. Especially since it cost a little over 60 bucks

The staff are so friendly and willing to help. The atmosphere is typical of a pizza place. Next to your own brick oven pizza, this place is some of the best Pizza anywhere. THey have ice cold beer on tap with frozen glasses to boot! And a full bar for those wanting something other than beer. They broadcast local sports on the many tv’s that are there making it the best spot (and affordable I may add) to watch a game, enjoy great food, and have great service.

The food was delicious! Waiting time was less 30 mins. The only thing did I wish they did was put napkins on tables, better cushion on the seats they're kinda hard to sit on, and no pizza spatula to grab pizza. Overall good.

They accomodated a large party on a busy Sunday evening. Pizzas came out hot and relatively fast. Some of our party waited a while for their food. Topping dropped off the pizza easily. But overall good experience.

Of are missed pizza setting in boxs.

To the owner ...you gave a false response ..about check ing time on video of seeing me up there placing my order ...no way ! did you know who I was ... and secondly. You state .your manager came to are table and apologized...false my wife and daughter ..........that didn't happen.

Unfortunately you failed on handling the messed up order ..and tried to flip the coin that. Everything was timely ..from time we ordered.

Our order was to dine in . After 60 minutes
I went up requested wheres are 1 extra large and two mini pizzas.2 family salads . The girl said ill lookin to it and let you know..Great I went back with group . After another 30 minutes . No show no information.. went back up ...
Second girl checks. .what !! .
Oh they were made to go setting in boxs.
I'll get them. No way hour half later. ....

No I want fresh $120. .... .older guy was like yes you will get new ..thxs

We celebrated my Grandson's 9th birthday here. We were a party of 8 and were accommodated right away. We ordered alot of food and were very pleased by the prices! Everything was delicious! The pizza and crust were perfect! We had side salads and a greek salad, along with their homemade meatballs and bread sticks. Each item that came out was amazing. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff. Best of all the kids enjoyed the arcade games and had a blast winning stickers and candy. I had heard great things about this place and we were happy to finally check it out! We will definitely return!

I placed in order all the way from Texas for my family that had recently relocated from Chicago back to Apple Valley. I wanted to give them a taste of home as they settled in. Was pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza is here! Topping portion is off the chain! 16.99 for a XL 1 topping can't be beat for the quality you get. Friendly staff as well even though I showed up 25 mins before closing time, they smiled and were friendly. Thanks!

Such an amazing experience for going for the first time! Thank you Mark for taking the time to explain everything! Even took the time to show me the price differences with a coupon book i had and it turned out that the deals they had were a better price! Such an amazing great customer service experience will defintley will be coming back again! Giving you all a 10 for outstanding! Thank you again! And the pizzas were great my family loved them!

Used to love this place. It is under new ownership and not nearly as good as it was. Also, the prices have gone up and menu is inaccurate. For example, an extra large cheese pizza is listed at $17 in the menu but rings up as $19 +tax.

Came for the $8 lunch buffet with my daughter. The staff was prompt in greeting us and taking our order. They even asked us what type of pizza we liked and made it for us! The crust and sauce were amazing, and the salad bar had fresh and crisp veggies which were also amazing! They are under New management and their commitment to customer satisfaction definitely shows.
