I did an online order. The food was so bomb! They order was ready when It said it would be. The employees were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. For it to be a Saturday night they were on the ball and didn't seem stressed out. They had 4 people come in for orders in my 5 minute visit. I definitely will be eating here again! We got 1 extra cheese, 1 sausage and pepperoni, 1 Hawaiian, penne pasta, garlic cheese bread, boneless wings and jalapenos poppers!!! Yummy to the fullest.

Ordered a Chicken Pesto pizza that we always order. It showed up just cheese. Nothing else! When I called to get it resolved they were NO help. Told me I ordered it wrong. It shows exactly what I ordered on my receipt. I ordered it the same exact way I always do. Probably won’t be back. At least not to this location.

Always on time with great pizza service. And no hassle delivery . Good , good pizza. Better than the hassle you get at the foods joint Winzo's . ( they don't accept credit cards , or ebt at the pizza of Wirco's pifza, bicausa).

First time experiencing this establishment. All I can say is thank you!!! Only ordered your wings after a horrendous day, to be delivered, and right from ordering by phone to asking questions, excellent, excellent service. The gal that took the call was amazing! She took her time with me and answered all my questions with personality plus. My order was received quickly, tasty beyond belief, and by a gentleman who also was also amazing. We will definitely be back and next time to dine in. Thank you again!

I would give 5 stars but, unfortunately, the person I spoke with over an important omission on a pizza was not helpful and made me feel like it was my fault. We order from Pizza Guys at least once a week and have since they opened. My husband stops on his way home from work and picks it up and it's always ready.....always very good. Last night I placed an order online for one of their extra large "Crispy Club" specialty pizzas which we've had before and enjoyed. Whilst eating this pizza, we noticed there was no flavor and we couldn't figure out why since all the cheese was melted and we didn't study it in length. Today I took 2 slices for lunch and heated them in the microwave and, since I don't overly heat them, I was able to tell (after picking it apart) that the white garlic sauce had been left off. I called them to let them know what happened and the man who came to the phone told me it's a white sauce like I probably just don't see it or something. He told me to bring the pizza in and he would look at it and, if he doesn't see any garlic white sauce he can "maybe" refund half the cost. It's a little bit of a drive for us and I told him I could not do that at this time and he got defensive and said I should've brought it back last night. Well, we didn't realize the sauce was missing last night as I had explained. It would have been nice to have, at least, gotten an "I'm sorry for the mistake". His bad customer service and lack of people skills when things weren't going smoothly are not how you get or keep customers who were happy with pizzas in the past. Sadly, because of his attitude, we will probably not be back which is a shame because the pizza is usually very good.

Extremely unprofessional so unfortunate as well we always order pizza from #4 store off bear valley tonight was worst exsperiance I called place my order #116 we get pizza delivered pizza was not correct person that took our order over the phone got our order wrong so I called girl answer phone about 630 says we can resend it out but we have to charge you delivery fee or you can come an pick it up which is not correct policy seeings I work for Dominos pizza place as well so I respectfully asked to speak to manager she proceeds to put me on hold for 20 minutes why I wait to talk to the manager he was rude and but resent pizza out and did tell me no they cannot charge me delivery fee and I told him may want to speak to employees letting them know its not ok then pizza got here the delivery driver they sent was extremely offensive and rude especially when my children were present as well he proceeds to say unprofessional things very disrespectful I also asked who there general manager is he proceeds to Lie an say we dont have one he was bald white male with glasses came to the house he refuse to give his name as well stormed rudely to his white van I never delt with anything like this sense we been ordering from this store I do hope there district manager as well as there GM and there franchise owner look into it completely horrible anyone would ever treat a customer like this at all

I just tried to order food and the lady had a bad attitude so I asked to speak with someone else and he also had a bad attitude, so we didn t even bother ordering from them. Last time the food was salty and they ruined my order, I tried to give them another chance but they obviously aren t changing their ways so I m not ordering from pizza guys anymore.

I guess the staff preparing the pizza dont have enough to do with just making pizza; seems the order of amusement for the evening was slicing my large pizza into a 32 slices. It all eats the same but it is alittle embarrassing to ask for 6 more slices. I may be forced to get my pizza from Marcos; they slice thier large pizza Into 8 slices.

First time ordering from this pizza guys and the last. My start is a negative one. I ordered a extra large pizza, garlic cheese bread and oven roasted chicken wings. The delivery was late, pizza cold and burnt, wings under cooked, raw inside and the garlic cheese bread taste like rubber. I called to complain, management didnt care or to correct this issue. I will not recommend this pizza place to anyone. If you choose to order I wish you the best.

I ordered online with a coupon code(3010) 15.49 for and 2 large specialty pizzas for delivery! I paid 17.49 each for 2 specialty ones directly from their own menu (combo and all meat) I also selected delivery and added a tip for that. To my surprise I received a text that it was ready to pick up! Don t fall for the coupons they are deceptive! The pizza was delicious that is the only reason for the stars.

Ordered pizza today and I was excited to have yummy pizza. Ive ordered a couple of times and its been good but today they really did not meet the expectations at all. I ordered, the 3 cheese blend, it barely had cheese! I ordered Applewood smoke bacon and gave me ham! BACON! Also, I ordered half black olives and half green olives; very generous amount of black olives and it looked like they hand picked how many green olives, literally barely any! I was very disappointed and most likely not order from here again.

Originally ordered a small pizza along with 8 chicken wings. Called couple minutes later to ask them to add more wings to the order, because I thought 8 wouldn t be enough. When I asked to add more wings a lady rudely said that they don t want to do that. I ask them to please change the order and finally they said ok. When I came to the place to pick up my order, it turns out they didn t add any wings to my order after all. I told them that they didn t add any wings to my order and they said I need to wait 15 more minutes. I had no time to wait so I left. When I came home, I realized that they messed up on my pizza crust thickness too. I called the manager of the store and told him the whole situation. He did not apologize. He said he would refund my whole order. 15 days later no refund. horrible customer service.

Do not order your food online. For some reason online orders are always wrong. When I visit the store I have no problem. Every time I order online for delivery my order is wrong. I wish they would get it right but so far the delivery orders are not worth it. Order in store or go elsewhere.

Good service the pizza was kinda meh the breadsticks didn t have must garlic taste to them either. I d stay away from the double cheeseburger pizza it s semi sweet so it taste off the pepperoni was decent but the sauce on the pepperoni was bland. For the cost it s underwhelming.
