Great service, delicious fresh food, and good prices. This is is great combination. Kudos to Applebee's at Jess Ranch Marketplace.

Good service although the waiter seemed a bit overwhelmed, but he was still good and attentive. Had drinks with the wife and a steak dinner. That $10 bucket is definitely worth it.

Went to eat with my family. We were told there were no Mozzarella sticks for appetizers, halfway through our meal we saw Mozzarella sticks being given to the table next to us, they arrived after we did.
My daughter ordered the kids mac n cheese, it was more like macaroni soup, watery and not cheesy. They did remake it.
I ordered the 6oz sirloin, it was difficult to cut, so much, slightly undercooked (I asked for medium rare) I used th love this place but the quality of food is so bad now.

I was offered a free promotion for an appetizer, but cannot receive it. I was told the ticket was closed out. I was charged already. Why does it matter if it’s free thanks for nothing. I won’t waste my time dealing with this location ever again.. wishing I could take my tip back

The food was so delicious. I and my friend ordered the ribs and spaghetti and we loved it. The restaurant ambience was cozy. Parking was very easy. Highly recommended.

The food was simply made, it wouldn't take a genius to make this food. Working in a kitchen for over 10 years I guarantee you you are wasting your time here. The customers sitting around us were complaining about the food, and the excuse I heard from the manager was their main cook is on vacation. In regards of the salmon being dry, the manager "said would you like some butter to moisten up your salmon." The salmon should have been thrown out and should have came out with a properly cooked one but this place is nothing special since the table wasn't properly cleaned and there were forks and napking all over under the table. Would I recommend this place for a good family dinner, no. This restaurant is on my do not return list due to their customer service, management, and poor food quality.

We were made to wait over 10 minutes for a table. The place was more than 50% empty. No one left, so I'm not sure what the delay on the table was. History just kept disappearing. Charity was excellent

This location on three consecutive visits has refused to seat a party of 7, 5, and 2. They insist on trying to make you sit in the bar. Each visit the dining room was almost completely empty but gave us a sitting estimate time of 15 to 20 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting, each time, we left, never being sat. We will not be returning to this location until they have new managers. It is sad to think that they only want people with children to sit in the bar. I will not take my children into the bar and will take my family to a restaurant that wants me to sit in the dining room. And that likes my money.

I usually love this Applebees for girls night but this time around we came for Sunday dinner and I got food poisoning, customer service was terrible from our server.

My family came here on 9/14/24 and ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. We found a dead cockroach at the bottom of the chips 🤢 I couldn't believe it. Absolutely disgusting. We showed the other people dining around us. I will be calling the California Department of Public Health on Monday morning. I would not recommend dining here ever again.

We came here for the first time in years for the advertised All You Can Eat boneless wings. We gorged to the point of feeling nauseous LOL. Our server Lidia was amazing and hardly let a plate go empty before returning for the next order. Drinks were always full as well. The restaurant wasn't busy on a Wednesday evening, so we're sure that helped.
If we returned we would order something else from the menu. The AYCE promo has very little nutritional value.
Store is well kept.

I went here recently. I was a little bit upset that the prices went up. No more 2 for 25!!!! Now it is 2 for 28 and 2 for 30 and 2 for 32. Ughhh. Other than that. It’s my favorite place for my wife and I to go.

Management is Top Grade and down to earth. You feel like you belong there when you are there.in whatever capacity. I'm a delivery driver and am treated very well there , especially by Management.

We took our family and friends here for a graduation dinner. It was around 2 and not very busy. We happened to be seated in the bar area at a large table to accommodate us. The bartender ended up being our server as well as attending the bar . He was very nice and personable yet seemed very rushed. The food was good and was delivered quickly. However any condiments ,refills and other wise were very hard to get because he was so occupied. Not his

fault but it would have been nice to checked on more attentively. I definitely also don't recommend the Asian chicken salad...unless there is someone available to bring more dressing...it was dry and not tasty. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

The hosts were trying to pass us off to the next host down the line until the last host, who looked annoyed to be taking us to our table. Besides that the service was great. Good was on point. My wife and I enjoyed watching the baseball games that were on.

I had a wonderful time and had great service. They serve big portions, and I couldn't finish it all.

The atmosphere was chill. Prices haven't gone to that unreasonable place yet, so it is worth it all the way around to dine there and treat yourself without the guilt of overspending.

We go here a lot because we like many of their dishes. Service is always good and we don’t have to wait too long for a seat. However, there has been several times when the guests here are very loud. The overall atmosphere is good so I try to ignore the occasional group of party people. Last time there was a table of drunk people celebrating a birthday. OMG! These people should have been asked to calm down! I almost walked out but I already had been served. Couldn’t even talk over this group of loudmouth idiots. I don’t mind some folks who talk loudly, but these buffoons had zero consideration for the other patrons eating at this restaurant.

My wife and I lived in Apple Valley going on 2 years and we never thought to come here but we finally took the kids out. If it wasn't for the waitress keying in on all point before we even asked I'd have to give a lower rating because I ordered a rack of ribs and I'm a southern guy so the ribs has to be on point. The ribs were dry and had very little meat on them but nothing to be cast to fire over 😌 I think some improvement would help and the French fries carry way to much salt 🧂 but we will be coming back no hard feelings because I do understand that nothing and no one is perfect.

It's a decent place, walked in to a mostly empty restaurant but still had to wait 10-15 mins for some unknown reason as 60% of the available tables sat empty.. ended up being crammed into the bar area with all our kids which was weird.. food was decent but not as good as some other close by places in that area. Service was good. Likely will chose another place next time we go out with the family. Bill came to 110$ for 2 adults 3 kids and a baby with desert and top so not overly expensive.

The food was amazing, the rushers were good. My waitress however was questionable, in the time frame of over an 1.5 hrs that we were there, she came to our table and checked on us twice. Mind you we had 2 of our kids with us who finished their drinks within 30 mins of them having their drinks. It took forever to get our check and to pay. The only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because the food was fresh and delicious, and the other staff was amazing too. I'm not going to knock down the rating because of 1 person

My father, brother and I went to this location during the renovation of the location over on Amargosa, and I'm glad we went. This location had a friendly staff, fast service (We ordered the all you can eat wings, riblets and shrimp.)

I like the locale specific decor as I'm a mild history buff and my local cities are a matter of interest to me.

All around gr8 place to eat there 2 for $20.00 or what ever it cost as I forgot because we added sides and upgrades and so on the wife and I love there food so much our bill ended up over $60.00 for the 2 of us and was worth every penny, I very much recommend the Ribletts and the loaded mashed potatoes 🥔 so yummy but we tend to order one of each side dish even the perfect mozzarella cheese sticks and then split them...

The food was good but a $1.99 was charged for loaded mash potatoes. The problem was they never said anything about the charge until I got the bill. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was good and it had a lot of flavor.

Commercials looked so good so we went. Such a disappointment, steak was not cooked right & shrimp were soggy. The manager tried to fix everything but the cook still couldn't cook my steak to medium well. It was raw inside! The only good thing was the WONTON TACOS. They are the bomb!!

Always got a descent meal in the past but have noticed them skimping on the portions lately.Well last Sunday was the one that got to me...and my mom!
I was craving Fish n Chips and she wanted The Tomato Basil soup with a sandwich.The soup sounded good so I ordered some also.Well,as you can see in pic it was Half full when served to us...my moms too! They are seriously skimping on portions here! The Fish n chips just ok...Ive had better before here!Now the service!This guy we had was absolutely terrible...no other way to put it! Slow..never came around to check on us.I had to wave down other waitresses to have them tell him we need something! Was horrible.This guy either was new or whatever but there's no excuse for this!! Mgmt...train your people better and watch how they do too...its your job to make sure they're doing their job right!! Wont be back for a long while!!😡

We went to Applebee's to get my Veterans Day free meal. I had not been to an Applebee's in a long time. The food was great and despite how busy they were, the service was fantastic! When we got home, I re a liked we had not received our "Bounce Back" coupon I called the restaurant and spoke with Mario, who graciously agreed to give my wife one when she was nearby tomorrow. A wonderful experience in all ways. (The only reason I did not give them 5bstars in atmosphere was really beyond their control - the crowd!)

My waitress was rude, and unprofessional. She took 20 mins to come ask myself and my spouse did we want anything to drink. She came out with our burnt spinach dip. Also she just kept having snappy attitudes when me and my spouse were absolutely calm and patient. Meanwhile she was being nice and friendly with everyone else in the restaurant.
