The service was great and the food so so good! I really love the bottomless home-made tasting potato chips. Its a good thing they are bottomless! The specialty sodas are delicious as well. Can't wait to go back!

I love the people here. Been delivery driver for 8 years now and the Managers and employees Here I've grown to love. They are always kind and respectful and the manager remembered my name from the first day I met her. I still cannot believe how quickly she remembers names and takes the time to ask about my family and work. This is a great bunch of people to support. Take care everyone and God bless.

As always, I enjoyed my meal. I oppted to get the burger completely bunless rather than the lettuce wrap this time. They didn't disappoint. They will often allow customization. My son enjoyed his meals here, too. The staff is always friendly. It is one of our favorite family-friendly restaurants to visit.

Always excellent service, upbeat staff and incredible flavor each time. Timing is great, bottomless refills are a tad bit slower, however it is still very reasonable and I have dined here a few times. Wait times for seating is also very appropriate and they appear to have enough staff to run all the tables, one or two more hosts may be more ideal however. The servers walk quickly and efficiently and making your way to the restroom is a bit harder just due to the need for more staffing. Otherwise I have no complaints aside ideas.

I've been to a lot of Red Robin locations in my time, but this one is by far the best! One of my issues in the past was that most locations had for some reason or another, stale buns on their burgers. This place however has very fresh buns. Beyond that their service was impeccable. Our waitress was attentive and professional and handled or requests with ease. This Red Robin location deserves 5 stars for sure.

Saw our waitress 1 time during our meal finished my meal before and never saw her again I just paid and left probably won't be back very unfortunate saw employees leaning on the counters in kitchen areas very poor service

Was in tonight 12/20/24 and the manager there always does such a phenomenal job. Always a pleasure interacting with him and he is definitely good at his job. Food was great and we had a good time!

I ordered the new "HEAT WAVE-Burger" expecting an exclusive spicy burger 😔 but instead it was bland and not spicy at all.. it was a total let down, service was great though, next time if your a spicy 🥵 cat who like spicy foods like me, 🤣 I would recommend taking your 'own' bottle of hot sauce 😁 😋 🔥🥵

I haven't been to Red Robin in awhile and was pleased to find they were as good as ever. If I recall they stopped putting the seasoning on the fries or they changed it for a time, if I remember right. Either way, I really enjoyed them and I'm very happy. And the best part, unlike too many restaurants, they have gluten free buns and they taste great!

The main entrees and rootbeer floats were the bomb! However, the onion rings were overcooked, served darkened, and presentation was truly lacking. We ate in the bar and got our food without having utensils or napkins, no plates or napkins for the appetizer either. Had to flag down a server for these and for refills as service was really slow. The music was louder than usual and we could hardly have a conversation across the table. The place wasn't very busy, so I'm not sure what was going on because we eat here once a month and this experience failed to meet previous standards.

Never had any issues dinning in or delivery! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. With delivery the food always arrived perfectly packaged and nothing was ever missing! The food and drinks are amazing! Definitely one of my go to spots

Food & service have improved over the past 2 years at this location. Hubby's Bleu Ribbon burger was perfectly cooked and stacked high with toppings. My Donato's pizza was pretty yummy as well. Service was a tiny bit slow due the lunch rush.

We , my son and I had the best friendly, respectful and very attentive waiter Jayson . He was patient enough to hear our questions regarding our food when ordering. He checked on us continuously and had a beautiful smile. I recommend Red Robin in Apple Valley . if you are hungry and want a friendly smile ask Jayson the waiter and manager.

Our Family typically attends this particular location, I will assume due to the Mother’s Day weekend it was extremely busy. Our appetizer was cold, our burgers were room temperature, and the waitress was not as friendly. The forks were not clean😕However, the manager came and saved the evening! He was attentive and provided support for his staff. I am placing this review as a courtesy for the staff . Please remember to always be courteous and friendly 😊.

We had a terrible experience about four nights ago on Saturday night 😕 we asked to sit at a booth and got told it would be a wait. That was no problem and the wait was short. Once we got seated, the host slid out menus on the table and said nothing to us. There were two other employees at the table behind us that got our hosts attention and told him to get one of the female waiters over to their table. She came over without even looking at us and spoke to the two other employees about making plans for the night. I understand taking breaks to talk with coworkers but ignore customers to do so is inappropriate. We waited at our table for over ten minutes without anyone coming to greet us or acknowledge we were even there even though the tables around us were being served. As we left, the host didn't say a word to us. Just terrible service, unprofessional.

Just tried the crispy fish sandwich and it was really good. I like their fish and course and ordering this sandwich equals half a dinner serving so great for smaller appetites

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, quick service.
Food was served and there was a hair under my burger. I have long hair, so I was little grossed out but assumed it was mine. Tossed the hair and started eating. Saw my husbands knife was absolutely disgusting. Got about half through my burger and then felt something on my lips, pulled a hair out of my mouth, and to my horror realized the other end was in my burger. literally woven into the meat and cheese. I am not one to be confrontational, so I threw up in the bathroom, paid, and went home.

We were in a large party and the food did not all come out at one time. When my food finally came out my chicken sandwich was lukewarm and my fries were cold. The lady sitting across from me told the waitress that my fries were cold so she brought out fresh fries. After we finished I asked my dad how his Burger was. The Waitresses asked him what kind of cheese he wanted on the burger and he said pepper jack when I asked him how it was he said he never got any cheese on his cheeseburger. They sort of did a tag team with more than one server helping us and then nobody around at other times. It was okay.

Waitress got my order wrong twice (& it was ordered directly off menu, as is) and then tried to blame me for it. Then they mess up the receipt twice by charging me for the food I never ordered. Not to mention the bathrooms has no soap! No toilet seat covers. Trash bin overflowing. I can't believe this location hasn't been shut down

Our waitress Simone, was AMAZING!!! Super friendly, attentive and just went above and beyond, always with a smile on her face. We were seated in the bar are which was great because football was on. Usually at other restaurants, bar seating service is terrible! Best experience at this location so far and the food was perfect!

My wife chose this as her birthday dinner. She ordered the bacon cheeseburger with crispy fries on the side and added avocado. The fries were undercooked and the avocado was not quite ripe.

Ordered a burger. Came with unlimited regular fries. I was almost done with my meal when we had to flag down our server to refill my lemonade. She never came by on her own to see if I needed a refill. We were there for 45 minutes.

She was very nice, but a little lax in checking on my beverage.
$15.00 for a burger is a bit over priced.
