Was a total bummer first time I've ever been there, definitely not going to waste my time going back, the bread was good fresh not much for meat or vegetables, could have got a loaf of bread from the store.

We're big Jersey Mike's fans. Love their fresh delicious sandwiches, and the employees are quick and friendly. I don't know why anyone would go to any other chain. My only issue which is corporate wide is their dining area is too small. Janae is awesome!

Attitude…. food looks like it has mayonnaise she said it is all they had basically take it or leave it. Won’t be coming back I’m disgusted with the service and attitude this was the second location I went to. First one only had burnt scraps of bacon 🥓 sitting in it bacon grease 🤮🤢

0 stars for "atmosphere". The store was ridiculously hot and I started sweating almost instantly. These poor employees seemed exhausted and the tomatoes and lettuce tasted warm. I was hoping to get away from the heat for lunch but that was not the case today.

Always great food but it's impossible to dine in there with a broken a/c, it's unbearable; can't imagine working in those conditions, corporate should really get it together and spend a couple extra bucks to fix this. The heat creates such an unpleasant dining experience, and I'm just sitting, so I can't imagine having to stand next to a grill for hours at a time in such heat.

Just went today and their AC is broken... Again. It seems like every other time I go here, it's just as hot inside as it is outside. The poor workers couldn't stop sweating and at one point, I thought their sweat would drip in my food. This seems like a health violation. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because despite the horrible heat, the workers were still in good spirits and trying their best. Those poor kids.

Made an order online with Jersey Mike's. They were supposed to deliver it to my dentist office. I received a text stating that they needed delivery instructions. However, I had already put those instructions in so I had to drive about 15 mi to get to Jersey Mike's to find out that my order was gone and they didn't know where it was being delivered to. Now this says $152 order that they don't know where it went. Will never order from them again! 😔

We ordered #26 and #9, I'm watching while they made our orders, I asked them that we ordered have bacon then she said no bacon for #26 ,but actually have bacon so I said okay, then I asked my husband that why no bacon that in the screen have bacon, so we let them know then they gave us 2 pieces of bacon using there hands, so very un appropriate.., so I told them we return it and I order another one, they made it but we wanted for 20 minutes they keep yacking and laughing, and there's no customer that time.. thus employees is un oriented.. better the sub way..

you sent my DoorDash order & it was in a bag with my name, and receipt of what I ACTUALLY Ordered on it, and still sent me the wrong order. I received two super disgusting sandwiches that I didn’t want. I’m very annoyed. I called the store, even willing to pick up the order at this point and they didn’t answer. I will never ever go to this Jersey Mike’s ever again. The only reason I received this order was because it was the closest to my job. I’ll pick a different one & pay the extra delivery fee.

We love Jersey Mikes but this site was uncomfortable to watch. The girl cutting the meat was either on drugs or weirded out somehow. She didn’t get orders right and the amount of meat on the sandwiches was so low. They definitely can’t compete with Victorville👍🏾

We were just in town for a festival my bf was working and decided to stop at Jersey Mike’s. The girls working were extremely friendly and the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Kudos to the management here for having stellar workers. Thanks again!

Service is on another level! Even with the hectic lunch rush hour, the staff are friendly and work extremely well together. All customers were waited on in record time. The quality of the sandwiches was outstanding! Great place!

I walked in to pick up an online order and was ignored. Another lady walked in and was helped immediately. And then another lady walked in and was acknowledged immediately and I had to address the fact that I was there first and waiting. Sandwich was not made as ordered.

First and last visit. Bread not covered, cut on table near equipment, no change of gloves between equipment and food prep. Chose no tip, cashier pushed order in my direction and walked away. No cup for the drink I purchased, just disappointing service for a simple sandwich. If I wasn’t starving and didn’t over pay, I wouldn’t eat it. I hope I don’t get sick.

Great sandwiches. They are sized as mini, regular, and giant. You can add additional items like meat (extra) and all the vegetables you can desire. The bread is fresh and tasty. They have discounts for the military and first responders, I believe, ask to be sure. The price point is $7 - $19.

The Bad: Crew was more interested in talking about cold play than making eye contact and acknowledging our presence as the only people waiting to be helped. Once we were helped no more eye contact at all. One employees dreads were hanging down in front of him above the entire make line. This is against Ca Food Service regulations.

Food was prepared in a timely fashion and tasted excellent.

They make great sandwiches. I usually get the regular cheesesteak with onions and peppers or the Italian. This location is a bit awkward and the front parking area is tight and gets congested when you add in the Starbucks drive-through traffic.

This location (Jess Ranch Marketplace) is quick and clean. The sandwich had adequate meat and cheese so the sandwich maker didn't have to compensate by adding tons of lettuce to make it appear thick. The ingredients were fresh and tasty.

I stopped by for lunch today because I had a strong pregnancy craving that I couldn't ignore. I explained to the staff that it was my first time there (I've had Jersey Mike's before, but it was always purchased for me by someone else.) I wasn't quite sure what to get (I kind of wanted everything at that point), so the staff kindly gave me their suggestions.

When I mentioned that I'm pregnant and was hesitant to get the deli meat, a staff member informed me that their meats are on the safer side for pregnant women because it didnt contain a lot of junk that normal deli meat does. She also offered to throw the deli meat on their griddle for me to reduce the risk of listeria, which was so thoughtful for her to offer.

The store was clean, the food was good, and the staff was amazing and so friendly. I know it's just a sandwich place, but this team went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

My first time ever at Jersey Mikes. I decided to come at 12pm lunch rush but it’s okay, the staff was super friendly even though they were slammed. It had a welcoming vibe and was clean. Now to the sub, super good, super fresh and hot! I got the Chicken Philly, yummy! As I was dining in, I noticed all the employees working great as a team. All in all it was a great experience. Comparing it to Subway it is definitely a higher level of quality and service here.

Best Sandwitches in the high desert. Choices for sandwiches are abundant, with Salemi, Pepperoni, Ham, Prochudo, Turkey, Bacon, Meatballs, and Swiss cheese, American cheese, Provolone sliced fresh, while you wait and ⌚️ watch. Fresh Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions 🌰 and condiments galore. Have it Mike's Way with Oil, Vinegar, and Herbs. Number 13 is an Italian dream that my Hubby, John loves. I love the Turkey and 🥑 Avocado 🥑 😋. For weight watchers or Vegans they have more options.

Called ahead, for pick up at 10:25 am it's 10:52 still don't have our order. We showed up 10 mins early as well. Last visit for us. I understand bad days but they filled 3 walk in orders before ours we ordered 6 sandwiches to go. With 4 employees 30 mins is horrible considering we called in and that's our entire lunch break.

Placed an online order on 7/23/22 7:45pm. This may be a longer than usual post. Sorry in advance. Arrived from a 12 hr shift at work and the order had been placed just 10 min prior to my arrival and didn't mind having to wait a few more minutes to have the order finished for pick up. There were no customers inside and the staff was restocking the chip racks, taking out the trash and the only person there was standing right behind the counter using a laptop. I was told that she'd be with me in a minute and in a few moments she asked what I'd like to order and I explained that the order had already been placed. She told me that she had no orders and that I might have placed the order at a different location. I verified that the order was in fact placed at this location. It was at this moment my order was found and began to be processed. I used the bathroom while I waited. Not unusually dirty. The outside door handles were vere greasy and in need of a good scrub. The staff was very good and three team mates made quick work of the process. I could have got the same level of attention if my order was just a walk in. Being told to wait while my order ticket was clearly hanging in the order bar just two feet from the girl at the counter was a real turn off. The food was good, but I'm their haste, forgot a few toppings on two of the sandwiches. Low level of customer service in my book. Still, good food and I guess like todays workforce you get what you get. Good luck.

Always a great experience at this jersey Mike's. Really friendly and professional staff and very tasty sandwiches.

I ordered online and when I got there it wasn't ready, they had run out of white bread and plain ice tea, but the staff was really great at explaining and offering alternatives. They were obviously busy but didn't get overwhelmed and handled it all really well. Great food!!

We had our first experience here and we love it. Food is excellent. Hopefully they will get faster at getting the food out. My third visit was take out so I did t have to stand there so long. They had trouble locating my food so it was another long wait. It is like no one person is directing the team. HOWEVER, here I am again. And I do t even live in Apple Valley anymore. I just keep coming here every time we go to Apple Valley. GREAT FOOD

Headed in to Mike's location in AV, all the girls were nice and helpful. Everyone seemed happy which made my son very happy. Sandwiches were yummy. Had a bit of sticker shock, the giant is almost $20, yikes.

Awesome giant 13 Mike's way with a little mayo on the top yummy Italian sub sandwich not cheap but quality is there you get what you pay for at Mike's worth every penny and got my sandwich out quickly.
