Jersey Mike's Subs

I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's locations in my time. But this one here is probably the best by far. Just simply friendly service, attention to detail, professionalism, and all around great management! Particularly the manager Jason, makes sure that each customer is very well taken care of. And that goes a long, long way.

Friendly customer service and delicious sandwiches! If you’re not sure what to order I recommend you try the #8 - Mike’s way - add banana peppers and pepper relish. So good!

I usually get a regular sub (plenty for one person) and save half of it for later.

This is a fast casual restaurant. Also I recommend that you stop by next store at Crumbl for a yummy cookie for dessert :)

Good place to have a quick delicious sandwich. I haven't bought sandwiches in a while so I didn't know what's an avg price. I got the giant for a little over 16 dollars .

I like their cheesesteak a lot! It is true to the Philly sandwiches I love. White American cheese that melts into almost a delicious sauce. Hold the mushrooms on mine, but the grilled onions and peppers are great!
I also love the traditional Italian sub!.

We love this location and apparently others do too because they're always busy. Their sandwiches are delicious (why does anyone go to Subway?) Even better than the food is their service. No matter how busy they get, they greet in friendly manner and never make you feel rushed.

I used to love Jersey MIKES. But slowly, I have become disillusioned. The last 3 visits, I gave it three tries recently. Because the sandwich made was not as good 😒 😕. This one is located on Bear Valley at Jensen Ranch. Meats tasted gamey, the bread was stale and dry, and the servers 😑 seemed to be unhappy to be there. Not the usual happy faces. Or maybe it was just a bad week and bad timing. Service is quick and good otherwise not bad. But now I'm looking for a better tasting sandwich 🥪 place with softer, fresher bread 🍞.

Super bummed that I found a long blonde curly hair in the first bite of my sandwich 😩 we ordered ahead of time and my husband went to pick up our order as I was pulling the hair out of my mouth 🤢 it was long blonde and obviously curled I asked my husband immediately if he saw anyone with blonde curled hair. He said yes 😕 most likely they styled their hair in a curled pony with hair out to frame their face (super cute btw) but leaves out alot of hair and defeats the whole purpose of pulling their hair back to meet the health code requirements. 12 dollar sandwich wasted

I Ordered online for pick up and had to wait almost an hour past the “ready to pick up” time because they said they have to clean the counter to make the sandwich on gluten free bread This is the first time I’ve encountered such a delay at Jersey Mikes. I’m not usually one to write such a low star review but this was ridiculous. I won’t be returning to Apple Valley Jersey Mike’s.

Great sandwiches and really good service. Hard to find a great sandwich sometimes but this location of Jersey Mike's nails it. Great, fresh choices on delicious bread. Always a "go to" when nothing seems satisfying. Definitely would recommend this place for a meal!

ALL the tables were filthy when we got there. There were no customers when we walked in. I counted 5 employees on the clock. The attitude of one of the female employees was not good. The vibe, the feeling inside when we walked in was one of a lot of tension in the air. Also, the bathroom had no toilet paper.

Went in to eat today, with the free cancer coupon. The man behind us in the line was with his wife in a wheelchair. The man asked if someone would come out and do an extra wipe down of the table for them. It was not a problem at all, the employee also moved chairs out of the woman’s way. I was extremely impressed with the hospitality the employees showed. Great job! Wish I could give you credit personally but I didn’t catch your name

I went in around 6:45pm to pick up a sub for myself and for my 3 yr old. I tried ordering on the app earlier but it kept saying they couldn’t accept credit cards as method of payment?? Not sure how else I’d pay on the app. When I went in, there were no other customers. I ordered a #8 and a #31. The person at the grill started making my hot sub and the girl who took my order started making my cold sub. She immediately forgot what I ordered and had to ask again. I told her and she started slicing the cheese and meat. The cheese slices were acceptable but the meat was literally 3 little shreds of turkey and 2 little shreds of ham. I expected more, but didn’t want to ask since the girl already had a poor attitude. Another customer came in at that point to pick up an order. It wasn’t done and so the girl stopped working on my sandwich and started working on the pickup order. Once she was done with the pickup order she came back to finish my sandwich. I only wanted the bacon that was included and Mayo. The sandwich was so sad with it’s few shreds of meat (I know there weren’t other toppings, but I expect a decent amount of meat). The whole time, this girl looked like she hated life. She was very unpleasant, had a poor attitude and was tossing ingredients around like she didn’t care about anything. I added a drink, chips and a cookie. The girl who made my hot sub brought it over and the girl ringing me up asked if I got another sub. Umm, yeah. You took my order and here’s the other sub. When I finished paying, she didn’t give me a bag or the cup for the drink I paid for and she walked away. I’ve been coming to this location for years. It’s usually crazy busy and often slow, but the service is normally better than what I received tonight. I think it’s time to go to the other Apple Valley location. I feel like things are getting worse with this location. I’m willing to pay for expensive sandwiches, but I expect a lot more.

We like to go to Jersey Mike's all the time but I don't think we will be going back to the one in Apple Valley. The customer service there was bad. They refused to make the sandwich how we wanted(just wanted the bacon on the sandwich warmed up lol..) and then decided to tell me it doesn't matter how I want the sandwich they don't do that. They had an attitude with my daughter and I
and some other customers as well the moment we walked in.smh..makes me wonder how they were hired in the first place. So if you want to be treated like dirt and have your sandwich made the way they want and not you, go to Jersey Mike's.

It never fails, every time I place an order from this place they manage to mess up my order. It’s truly unfortunate that they do not have employees that take the time to read the order thoroughly. Besides that it takes an hour to get 2 sandwiches.

Super slow, ordered the food ahead and showed up and it wasn’t ready and I had to wait over 30 minutes for my sandwich. 5 groups of people showed up after I was there and all of them got food first. I guess they don’t care about online orders, they prioritize walk ins

According to DoorDash the vendor aka Jersey Mike’s either refused to release my order or gave the order to the wrong people. Tried to call to figure out what was going on with no response, we waited over before we were even notified by DoorDash and not Jersey Mike’s that there was an issue just to have my order canceled. Terrible customer service and now that I think about it the place is highly overpriced.

Writing this as I’m eating - Sub is delicious btw I would give a 5 star for the food alone. Taking 3 stars from the horrible employees that must be new. I literally come here all the time and it’s my favorite sub place here. The man who was slicing the deli was super nice and definitely should show the rest of the crew how to treat customers. He was a pleasure. As for the blonde lady, incredibly rude. I was in a hurry to bring food to my family so I saved her that embarrassment in front of the night rush. Rolling eyes and saying “uh huh” is super disrespectful after I thanked her for giving me the other half of my sandwich that I paid for. First, that’s my inconvenience not hers. From one hiring manager to another, your employees can destroy an establishment really quick and I suggest you make sure your employees treat your paying customers accordingly. I’m definitely going to give them another chance to prove me wrong since this place is my favorite. Definitely a bummer writing this but has to be said.

It’s a good thing they make a decent sandwich or I would never come back. Every time I come in I’m again surprised by the wait for 1 sandwich. Online or in person it doesn’t matter set aside a whole hour or more to eat. There’s always 6+ employees half of which are standing around because they are “just a bagger” or “just a cashier” terrible effort for efficiency.

Very slow. It took 45min from when I entered to when I left with a to go order. My hot sub wasn’t even started before I got my cold subs. When I got home the cold sub had some much vinegar and oil the bottom bun was a soggy mess. They are normal good but the new staff seems like things are changing. Not my first bad experience here in the last month. Maybe time to check out jimmy johns.
9/18/21: I had to change my rating to a one star. they are still very slow. The staff has no since of urgency. My 56 didn’t come with extra cheese as it is supposed to. The bread is hard. Another very disappointing visit.

I use to love Jersey Mikes, but I am putting them on pause. It's always something. Today I got a mini, the bread was hard or dry. Not the usual. Ordered the veggie, Mikes way, it didn't taste the same at all. I'm taking a break.

I was amazed with the prompt friendly service and the freshness of the vegetables available. The restroom 🚻 was well kept which is a lot more than I can say about other places. I would absolutely like to highly recommend this establishment to anyone who likes subway. I believe you will be amazed with the freshness of the food.

Just came all the way from Victorville for a sub the lady in there say she only have bread for online only. I will never go to this one in Apple Valley again. So sad we can do walk-in. Hesperia store is the best always get good service.

Ok. Subway is now kicked to the curb. My wife and I have never eaten at this Jersey Mike's before. I put that in the notes of my order. WOW. Notes on the wrapping about how they hoped we enjoyed our meal. Personal greeting when my wife went in and the person actually referenced the note!!! The food was HOT. The food was FRESH! We are so absolutely sold on this establishment we will not get our sandwiches elsewhere.

If you're a fan of vinegar, get them to put your vinegar directly onto the bread. It stays inside the sandwich much better.

New update got the buffalo chicken sandwich looks like someone packed barf in my sandwich.

Very poor experience at this jersey mikes.
We had to wait 45 for our food, normally id be ok with that but this time we were the only people who have ordered. I think the reason for this is because they made one man do all the work all the other 4 employees were in the back or in thw front just standing around watching. I hope they do better or let those workers go.
The man who made my subs did a great job though !

For some reason my food was not as good as it usually is,the Bread seemed old, barley got any Avocado but want to charge me $10.65 for my Reg size Sandwich🤨 I feel give me what I'm paying for,not to mention I was over charged for my other sandwich and get my over charged money back, its different people from the last time.

Jersey Mike's is my "go to" place for my cheesesteak fix no matter where I'm at. This was the first time visiting this location. The #17 with lettuce and tomatoe was as good as it gets, consistant with the other locations. The kids were hustling to keep up with the orders. The only thing I missed was the "Welcome to Jersey Mike's" that rings out when customers come through the door.

Kudos to all the workers for remaining calm and collected when a grown man (in his 40’s) threw a fit today because he claimed he didn’t have to wear a mask cause he’s handicap yet the elderly couple he entered with put their masks on no problem, his problem was he didn’t want his order to be taken outside, he wanted it taken inside and since they said they were not allowed to take it inside, he wanted their corporates number to call and complain. I get these masks can be a nuisance but if the majority of elderly people can wear their masks then the rest of us shouldn’t be complaining!

So i ordered a sandwich from this place after i was waiting for 20 minutes and than left i ordered online with doordash.
They are ok but the sandwich was the worst sandwich i have ever had from jersey Mike's.
I have a receipt and i didn't get what i paid for. Very unhappy and would like to hear what the manager has to say.

I went to the Apple Valley location on Bear Valley on 5/15/20. While the sandwiches are amazing, I'm very unhappy with the need to wear masks. I stood away from others as I waited to be helped for a good 10 minutes before someone who works there asked if " would you mind putting your mask on"?
Yes i mind. I'm not going to make myself sick just to please others. Stop with the bullcrap. Oh and for your information, it's not a requirement in CA anymore it's a suggestion.
My business will go somewhere else. Not supporting anyone that is buying into the hype. Lost 2 stars because of this.
