The girl in the morning was very nice and made my sandwich very well. She was kicking butt's and making people happy. My wife needs to take lessons from cashier # 4090. Can't get her name since this subway will not answer the phone night or day. Tryed 14x. In 1 hour. But much love to the worker on 9-25 at 10:55am for all her help, specially doing it alone with order after order coming in from doordash. Just moved here and found my new subway. Day 2 I went back, cashier 4111 at 1241pm. Wow. Very rude

After 5 TERRIBLE experiences at this subway, it’s time for a review. Just save yourself & DONT COME HERE. They never have what’s on the menu, & when I proceeded to ask why they didn’t have what I was requesting off of the menu I was told “I told you I didn’t have it. That means I don’t have it” in the most unprofessional manner. Sierra was the only person working, when asked if there’s a number I can contact to complain. She got VERY hostile & rude. I then asked for her name & she proceeded to ask me my name. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, honestly don’t know how this location is still open. I’ll tell EVERYONE I know in the high desert to NOT come here.

I was very glad to receive some Subway coupons in the mail last week. It's been a while since they had any. It's always nice to save a few bucks especially with inflation completely out of control the way it is. I shop at Stater Brothers, so this Subway right next door is convenient. It is always clean, and the service is very good. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and work hard. Really enjoyed my lunch today. I will be back soon

The atmosphere walking in was dead. The workers did not greet me or the person I was with. They did not have hardly any produce out of the regular selection of every other subway. I asked to get my sandwich toasted and the toaster barely warmed the bread. Overall worst subway experience I’ve had in my life.

Food is great. Would give 5 stars but I asked the girl how do I scan my rewards card with my cell. She said when she starts ringing up my order to just scan the barcode so I did and it didn't scan my. Rewards it scanned to pay which I didn't want to do. But overall great food will go back.

Slow worker that doesn t even acknowledge customer. No sense of urgency. For some reason only one worker. Spent half my lunch waiting in line. I will never come again. And advise not to come. When business is run like this they need to know to make adjustments. Since lack of attention to people s food. It was just sloppy.

I couldnt even order my family food. I needed 5 sandwiches to which the girl behind the counter freaked out and said she was 22yrs old and couldnt because that qualifies as catering and she was alone....There was another employee playing on her phone. We are a Family of 6, not a party of 20. Ive ordered one other time and it got canceled at 630 pm because the girl was tired and closed early. Ridiculous.

The nice lady on the line was the only one there, swamped, and informed me there were no tomatoes, lettuce, capacola.... So I improvised, got my lunch, thanked her and came to the conclusion that they could be doing better.... Subway is the bomb.... They have a reputation to uphold.... Get with it!

The girl who served me was working alone she didnt wash here hands and she didnt changed her gloves, the place was nasty not clean at all there were several people who came in and left because they didnt have much of anything no onions no olives no meatballs and so on. I will never return to this subway again..

Employees very friendly but they are always out of something whether it be the bread you want meat vegetables & soda went to get a sprite thank goodness I tasted it before I walked out it was just soda water there so no sign about the sprite but employees knew there were no sprite & were instructed not to put up sign so customers were just getting ripped off whoever got Sprite I will be going to the other subway down the street

We stood inside for 5 minutes before banging on the counter because no one was behind the counter or responding when asked if anyone was there. Then when the fat white guy came out he was very rude, seemed like he hated his life and was annoyed he had customers. Also he didn t wash his hands after coming from the back, just put gloves on. Anyone that works with food knows that, that is a food hazard. This Subway makes the name look bad.

Eat here if you want a halfass sandwich made by a miserable employee that hates their job/life. I can taste the misery in my sub. They never have their ingredients, they had a selection of 1 chip option, the guy didnt even offer to toast my sub and it was very uncomfortable and awkward talking to him. Go to Jersey Mikes instead, theyre already copying their menu so why not go get the real thing. At least employees there are nice and make your food right

Lately it hasnt been as good. This is the only subway that is always running out of items they literally have no chips. They have only American cheese, other cheeses arent available neither is ham or roast beef. How do you continue to have issues with your ordering and inventory this often?? Management needs a crash course!!!

Always ask before ordering if they have what you want. I ordered a sandwich then at the very end of finishing my order they tell me they dont have the condiments for my order. I told them they should told me at the start of my order.

Placed curbside pickup order through Subway app. Showed up 5 minutes after the order said it was done. Went inside to check on the order and was told it wasnt done yet. Waited another 10 minutes and had to go back in to pick it up. When we got home the sandwiches were not correct. My wife called the store and was told because we placed the order through the app there was nothing they could do to correct our order.

I usually go to this location two get my sandwiches because their employees are usually very friendly and do a really good job making the sandwiches. There have been a few occasions when an item has been out of stock and they have been very helpful with suggesting replacements. I watch them follow very good procedures, for example washing their hands and changing gloves between the cash register and making sandwiches.

Today was my very first time ever going to a Subways that didnt have any of the items I wanted. I wanted to use my coupon before it expired. So I ordered two six inch subs. There was no mayo so I had ranch dressing instead. No pickles, so I had bell pepper. No tomatoes , no lettuce leaf, so I had shredded. I made my sandwich work. What I didnt like was, No ice in the soda machine. No more lemonade. And I think she over charged me. One of my subs was to be free. And why did I have to clean a dead fly off the counter ? Where was her clean up crew ? Stores near this subway has bags of ice. Buy some and reimburse yourself. the meat bins were empty. Tell your boss to get on the delivery people or else in the words of Gordon Ramsay....Shut it down.

Not to bad I guess would have given 5 stars but the store attendant was a little rude. Also also no since of urgency when theres a long line both store attendants had two gears SLOW AND SLOWER. But my sandwich was made right even though I stood in line for almost 30 minutes, No exaggerations.

Great food and service with a smile. Food preparer took the time to communicate and provide options for our sandwiches. The food server also recommended the soup being offered that day as another option on the side. Business was clear of debris and followed strict compliance with COVID 19 measures for the safety of its customers.

Order was to be ready at 1pm, arrived and they hadnt received the order from yelp. The server prepared my order. My order was pre paid so I wasnt sure it would be processed and I had no receipt. The server was very polite, effficient and handled the issue in a very business like manor. This is the second time Ive had a problem with my order.

Not the best subway, manager sat at one of tables playing on her laptop, I think it was Facebook. One person about working behind the counter he was slower than you can imagine. He asked for the other girl for helping five times she finally came out. None of the vegetable containers were full, all empty, every item you for they had to restock. Very poor management. Need better training, when are these stores going to appreciate the customers.

Usually im not a huge fan of subway but had a great experience here tonight. The sandwich was great with with fresh bread and plenty of meat. They were so friendly, both Maggie and Fernando. Thank you, this will be the subway i go to feom now on.

The folks here not only make a great sandwich but are very conversational as well. My wife and I always have a great time talking to the folks while they make up your sandwiches. Good food, above average amount and great atmosphere. Good Job guys!

Initially, my experience at this particular Subway was poor, as I had come in a month ago and one of the employees humiliated my boyfriend and I for accidentally referring to Italian herb and cheese bread as rosemary parmesan . I don t remember his name but he made me anxious to come back in case he would be the one working. We ended up coming back tonight and the employee, Cody was far more pleasant. When I forgot to put a sauce on my sandwich, he brought it back up later even though he had already put the lettuce and other veggies on and added it for me. Overall, he made us feel welcome and did an excellent job working with his customers

I dont usually leave negative reviews but the last 3 times Ive been to this subway location, quality of food had been sub par. Ive been told they dont have brown mustard because it goes to waste if not used in a timely manner. I mean its subway you should be able to get brown mustard if you so choose. Also the bread is always stale and today was the worst i have had from any fast food establishment to date. Lastly this location seems severly under staffed as wait time has exceeded 15 mins. With only one employee making sandwhices and a manager sits at a table visitng with a near by jack in the box employee on numerous occasions. I hope the owners takes action.
