Great affordable breakfast and lunch spot. I tried their New York cheesecake pancakes in summer 2024 at another location, but by early 2025 the recipe was different. Instead of big pancakes with cheesecake bites within and sauce on top, they served smaller buttermilk pancakes with cream cheese sauce and strawberry syrup on top. Still good, but I loved the previous recipe more. Friendly service and clean tables.

Never going back to IHOP. They used to cover the Chicken Fajita Omelette with hot salsa which was amazing. But then years ago they made a change and now only give one very small container of cold salsa for the large Chicken Fajita Omelette.

That was bad enough, especially for how expensive their omelette's are, but now ihop is allowing restaurants to charge .50 per small container of extra salsa. That's ridiculous.

My family is never going back. We love Denny's and other great local breakfast places because they're less expensive and they give us as much salsa as we want, and so we'll continue to give them our business instead going back to ihop.

Classic IHOP…with excellent waiters who go above and beyond what that are paid to do. I thank them every time I bring my friend. And they have her booth ready!….(it’s a treat!) And she absolutely adores her time there and all of you…thank you for your patience. :)

So first off it is a little squished in here so taller people and bigger sized people, maybe don't go here. There is a good amount of parking but can get full quick. However, from every IHOP I've been to, I have to say the staff here, even if there is a little, always have a good attitude and are always doing their best. Not trying, simply doing their best always. So anybody who says otherwise, is just bitter and lonely. This place definitely does cook better and they made me fall in love with IHOP mozzarella sticks 🤤🤤🤩🤩 10/10 would recommend!

Went with friends for dinner and conversation. Got a steak burger and fries with chocolate milk. Enjoyed it with a friend. Great price. Took a little while to be seated initially.

Ordered the Colorado Omelette through Uber Eats. (Very quick delivery!!) The meat inside had good flavor but the egg whites were not seasoned. VERY watery though, and it was NOT condensation, 2 tablespoons of liquid. Had this come to me like that dining in, I would've sent it back. Buttermilk pancakes were yummy. They only sent 3 out of the four in the Syrup Caddy.

IHOP is the commoners go to pancake house. Everyone knows IHOP! They serve not just pancakes but a wide variety of breakfast and drink items.

I have never tried IHOP in my entire life due to lackluster experience by other customers. That being said I took a risk to experience it for wee self. I tried their coffee and pancakes. Reg Coffee was perfectly brewed and refillable; Strawberry pancakes were warm, fluffy and soft and not too overwhelming.

Staff and service were professional and on point, respectively.

Ihop is IHOP no more or less than what you'll find at their many other locations. They did seat me in a small table next to loud people. I would have preferred to been seated a bit further but it was a small location.

We had a great experience at the restaurant, as soon as we enter the cashier greeted us good a “ good morning and a big smile” and our waitress was excellent, her attitude was so peaceful and joyful at the same time she was checking on us often to see if we need anything else. I definitely recommend this place.

The food portions are smaller than before and the prices are definitely higher. They were very understaffed which seems to be the norm nowadays. Hopefully things will turn out better, but I will come here regularly regardless.

Went here with my family for breakfast, they immediately sat us down, restaurant wasn't busy at all, we waited over 10 minutes with nobody coming to the table to take our order, so we just walk out and went somewhere else, the guy that greeted us told us have a nice day...lol

This review is LONG over due but I promised Norma the manager I would do here we are almost half a year later. I had came in with my family of Father’s Day and immediately you can feel the warmth she had when we walked in she was VERY attentive when I asked if we could turn on the AC she apologized because it was broken but still offered an alternative. Food was great but what really made my experience was having Norma attend us. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of an to receive that kind of service nowadays comes less frequent so definitely will come back for her !!

I'm not usually a fan of IHOP, but the food at this location was great! Either they have upped their game overall or this location is just much better than others I have been to. It doesn't earn 5 starts from me because the location is small and a bit cramped. I wouldn't recommend if you have a larger party. Also, parking here is practically non-existent. It was a hastle. But that's not something I'm used to so maybe that's just me?

Never visited but ordered food. Overpriced plastic food. French toast was dry and flavourless. I could’ve just bought some bread and squeezed a lemon on it but I payed $20 instead.

This place has been here for well over 50 years. I remember coming here with my mother back in the 60s. Back then, it was referred to it as "The Pancake House." Many fond memories. I always had the child's plate: it was two pancakes with maraschino cherries for eyes, a pineapple wedge for a mouth and a scoop of butter as the nose. I always put strawberry syrup on it.

The decor was different... Nice to see they've kept the large blue roof. I remember how the hinges on the door always squeaked when we'd walk in or out. The cooks all wore tall paper hats; I could never see their faces but the hats would bob around over the high counter.

I am old fashioned and enjoy my trip to IHOP every so often.

This particular location is cute, small and very quaint. Humble is close, but unassuming is even better.

They have a full sized menu and their service is what I appreciate. Accommodating with a smile

My classic bottomless cup of coffee and a generous combo is my go to. Satisfying!

I recommend this location for parties of 2 or 3 only. It is not meant for large groups on weekends. You'll see. This is factual, not really an opinion.

I will admit that their menu has improved quite a bit when you look at it. We enjoyed our time there after I haven't been over 5 years. We waited unusually long for our dish and 2 of us got our dish when the 3rd waited another 5 mns. The pancake and waffle were a little dry and rough. I believe IHOP cannot get waffle and pancake wrong.

Food is decent and service is okay. When we come in the afternoons, there's usually only 1 waiter and 1 cook so service is ok and sometimes takes a little longer than expected. Food is what you would expect, it's decent. We usually go for the specials on their happy hour menu so it's pretty reasonable. The pancakes are ok, nothing special though. So don't expect anything great but it satisfy the breakfast food cravings.

Hugely disappointed in this IHOP and its management. My wife and I walked in on a Wednesday evening, approximately 8:30pm. This IHOP closes at 10pm, so one would assume everything on the menu is still available. We get seated and look over the menu, we have our order ready by 8:45pm. The server comes to take our order, we order two cups of coffee and the answer we got was a NO, coffee unavailable to almost closing. He then carries on to tell us that they are not expecting many more customers for the night so he is unable to make a fresh batch of coffee since they will have to throw away the extra. I do not know if he made the call or management but that makes no "cents" literally. How does saving the cost of a few pots of coffee outweigh the costs of an appetizer, two combo plates (easily $50) and more importantly two customers. How can you say breakfast all day and yet unable and/or not allowed to make a batch of coffee for two evening customers. Decided to leave and will not be coming back.

Update: A few days later, management reached out to me to apologize about the incident and clear any misunderstanding. I did appreciate the effort and time.

I'd like to start by saying the staff was very polite. That was not an issue. I ordered a hot chocolate and it tasted like it was made from water that had been sitting in the sink garbage disposal. I don't think they clean whatever they use for their hot water/hot chocolate. The waitress let us know she was going on break and that Danny could help us if we needed anything. I asked for ketchup and said if she could just please let Danny know. She very politely insisted she would bring it herself before going on break. She never came back and ironically Danny was helping a table right beside us and brought them ketchup on our way out. A bit of a disappointment. (Side note, very limited parking, not the restaurant's fault. Just an FYI for anyone trying to go here.)

It was our first time to eat at this IHop. We were seated immediately by MARCO, who also ended up being our server. The food was brought to our table without a long wait, it looked appealing, and we enjoyed our breakfast. MARCO was an excellent server. He was prompt, attentive, and courteous. We will happily go back to this location.

Just wasn't good. Portions ridiculously small. Kraft macaroni is better then theirs. Got a turkey dinner with no stuffing. The Portions wouldn't have satisfied a toddler. Saddest Thanksgiving dinner ever, even Dennys is better

When you really need some pancakes there is no better place to get them but IHOP. They go great with eggs, bacon, sausages and hash browns. The breakfast sampler is the best. Great coffee too!

I like this location because the one in my hometown is usually way more crowded. I do give 4 instead of 5stars because every now and then my order is slightly off and depending who is there you might feel a little rushed when they bring the check before you've even finished eating your food.
