Arcane Maid Café

Arcane Maid Cafe is a newer location of the maid cafe trend found across Japan, and this one doesn't disappoint. The service is exceptional, and they follow many of the traditions you find in Japanese maid cafes. They have a robust manga library within the store, as well as live performance shows on certain days. A highlight of the store are the collabs with anime/otaku culture related brands, such as one with Riichi City/Steins Gate, and also Vtubing properties such as the ongoing collaboration with Phase Connect.

The Phase Connect collaboration has a unique menu, as well as meet & greets with some of the talents as well as exclusive merch being sold. The menu has some unique dishes, such as a Dalgona coffee and spaghetti. I tried the dalgona coffee, and it was quite good, not too sweet but had a nice taste to it and wasn't that bitter, a part of coffee I don't enjoy. The rest of the dishes seemed pretty good as well.

Overall, a great and unique experience to check out whenever you're in the area.

Went here on my birthday on October 23rd this year with my family and Maid Nagi was very attentive, helpful, and very sweet. I ordered the SR Kawaii Combo and got the Omurice with Ketchup writing as my Entree, Ichigo Cheesecake for dessert, and Sakura Flower Milky Tea. The food here is made fresh and hot, while the taste for everything was really delicious and I had a good time here. Maid Nagi also wrote Happy Birthday on my Omurice as well as my polaroid included in the set which I thought was very cute and generous. The place was really elegant and clean. I recommend Arcane if you’re wanting to celebrate a birthday, just want to chill out with friends, or family.

My 9 other friends and I decided to come all the way from Dallas, Texas, after looking at all the posts and reviews about this cafe! This was our first time ever experiencing something like this, but it will remain as an unforgettable day! The food and drinks were delicious, and the maid, Nagi, was very kind and attentive to us! We thank her and the chef for providing awesome service and an amazing time!~

It was very clean place and looks like an authentic "Akihabara" maid cafe. I had never expected to enjoy maid cafe experience in the States but here is the right place! I'll come back here soon!

Maid Kay made the experience so much fun. She was energetic and super helpful explaining how to win prizes. We were a little shy but she got everyone up and participating in the activities. Such a fun experience!

Such a cute and cozy cafe! My friend and I stopped in out of curiosity and had such a lovely time. The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming and the food was both fun and very delicious, especially the Omurice dish! I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Maid Nagi! I hope to stop by again soon! ♥️ ♥️

Went here a couple weeks back on a really slow day, but wasn't an issue for me. It was pretty empty but maid nagi was still really nice !! The place looks really clean and modern, and the food was pretty good and they have some fun options. but I will say it was soo hot inside which kinda sucks because I would've liked to chill in there more since it was empty but the temperature was making it a little uncomfortable. I can imagine it affects the staff too because of their outfits, I hope that's something that gets solved in the future

Such a cute cafe~ I went with some friends after AX. Very friendly environment and i heard different maids have different “dere” types which is neat! Takoyaki and the dragonfruit lychee drink was yum

My friends and I visited this café during Anime Expo weekend, and even though it was super busy with a long waiting list, the experience was totally worth it! The food surpassed my expectations, tasting incredibly authentic and delicious. You won’t find another place like this! The service was impeccable, and the sakura flower milky tea was a delightful bonus. Highly recommend this spot!

Food takes a while but it's obviously why. They MAKE IT TO ORDER! You can tell since it is freshly cooked with delicious sides. Wish I lived closer so I can come here everyday. Bravo!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Everything is so adorable and fun! The desserts are so cute and actually tests really great. The servers are dressed all pretty and actually spend time and chat with you. Definitely go with friends since the menu is quite large.

Honestly definitely one of the best cafes I've ever been too. 10/10. As a fellow coffee enthusiast I can say that the lattes are one of the best you can get in this side of town. Best customer service also, with the maids cleaning and asking how everything is. The desserts are small but delicious.

I love this place but there are too many people who take seats with their laptops. Really busy especially afterschool. Call in before you go. My favorite is definitely the katsu curry plate. Always made fresh and crispy flavorful.

Protect this place at all costs. Their competitors are posting fake reviews and trying to bring them down. The food, service, and ambience is great at this place and you know it. I ordered their okanomi fries and it was as delicious and authentic as it gets. Don't forget about their coffees too- they have hidden menu items if you ask them like their banana lattes.

Very clean and heavenly place, the maids are just as beautiful. Food is very authentic to what I had in osaka japan earlier this year. Served fresh and piping hot with cute decorations. Love the interior decorations and the music they place. Will come back with friends and family for private events.

Stepping into Arcane Maid Café felt like stumbling upon a hidden treasure. Despite arriving after closing hours, Maid Aoi graciously welcomed us in to order Boba, their hospitality setting the stage for a whimsical experience. Although arriving too late to order a proper meal, it seemed every dish was a culinary masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Having just gotten back from Japan and went to maid dreamin in Shibuya Tokyo I was immediately drawn to this, maids are very friendly and service is good, food takes quite a while but that’s normal given how much time it takes to make the food here

Though food isn’t bad it’s not authentic and incredibly pricy too
