Wow. The drinks and food here are legit. What started out as a light snack escalated to a full on meal.
Ordered the popcorn chicken and truly the best I've ever had. Moist with great crunch and seasoning. I ended up ordering another. Also got the curly fries that paired well.
Also tried the egg tarts which were soft on the inside with the right crunch on the outside. Highly recommend you get it with icecream as well.
I ordered the black sugar milk tea and the foam on top really makes the drink. Very good blend of what you'd expect but with the added light/creamy flavor that sets this drink apart. Very solid. I suggest you mix it all up before sticking your straw in.

Added touch was the holiday jazz music playing and the board games which kept us around.

Recently remodeled and changed ownership around the beginning of December. Good drinks and snacks for a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than other places, but their cups were probably only medium sized. Their employee was super friendly and helpful.

The Hop Cafe. Tuesday morning at 1045am and was in the neighborhood and looked up the nearest boba shop on yelp. Good reviews so checked it out.

The girl, Elisha at the front was very nice and her soft spoken voice is nice. She helped me with a large order of 10 boba drinks. She handled herself well as other customers came in.

I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a relaxed, smooth jazz music playing and feel. I expected loud K-pop music playing, but it was nice to have a cafe give me a mature feel and less teenager vibe.

It’s a very well layed out place and feels very welcoming. It’s peaceful and a nice place to get work done on your laptop. They have yummy popcorn chicken and jasmine strawberry tea. Waffle bubbles are tasty too!

Location is a bit away from the busy Arcadia by the mall or on Baldwin. But it’s easy to get to and less crowded.

Overall, I love the vibe!! It’s refreshing to have a nonasian vibe sometimes in the San Gabriel valley. 😉

I will be back for more!!

I'm so glad I finally got to try this cute quiet cafe, it's located in the CVS strip mall and tucked away. It's very peaceful and perfect for studying and catching up with friends over some delicious tea and popcorn chicken! I got the matcha latte and it's really big for the price and you can actually taste the matcha and it's not watered down or dulled by the milk. I also got the spicy popcorn chicken to snack with and it was made fresh, so tender and juicy, they marinade the chicken with the right spices and it's perfectly crispy. The pieces are huge too. 5/5 for the matcha and popcorn chicken. The place is very peaceful and they play light jazz music so you can actually study unlike other tea places that play blaring loud kpop music..I love this spot n I hope to come back to try the white grape oolong tea and their tiramisu latte. The person at the cashier was very nice and informative.

Adorable little mom and pop cafe with great drinks and fresh food. The popcorn chicken was freshly made and so tasty, definitely recommend getting it spicy. I also got a sea salt matcha latte— genuinely one of the best matcha drinks I’ve ever had. Big portions too! Will definitely be coming back!

I was unsure of what to order but Jocelyn was very kind and patient and suggested a few drinks. I ended up going with the sea salt matcha and I loved it! 10/10 would come back again.

What a cute boba store! The name and the cute logo caught my eye while I was working. I decided to stop by for a boba break.

I ordered the popcorn chicken and the white bud jasmine tea with Agar boba. Popcorn chicken was decent and perfectly crispy. Came out within 5 minutes! And the white bud jasmine was sweetened to my liking and was so refreshing! Agar boba was nice and chewy.

Service was good and definitely has a small mom/pop vibe. Can’t wait to come back and try more menu offerings.

Really cool little spot. The ambiance is very chill. I love the furniture and the decor. The drinks were very delicious. I got the believe it's called brown sugar bubble milk. my daughter loved it. And then we got the fuzzy yuzu. I think that's what it's called. Super refreshing. Favorite zero caffeine drinks. Next time I'll try the little finger foods they have. The young gentleman and young woman that work there were very kind very helpful super cool.
