Absolutely vile onigiri, tastes strange, salmon does not taste like salmon, but it’s 89% rice 10% mayo anyway. Best onigiri is the spicy tuna because the spice masks the fact the fish is no longer good. The slight rot paired with the spice creates an interesting fermented taste. Owner and employees definitely have an attitude problem, and will likely be rude to you, which is strange considering the price of the hard and stale rice.

My favorite cafe recently closed and I have been on the hunt for a good homework spot with matcha. I've been here twice and I love it. It pretty quiet and the layout is lovely. The lady at the counter is so nice and incredibly grateful for every single purchase. The man who also works here is super kind and also speaks spanish which I found impressive. I wish the location got more business! It is well deserved! They have many drinks and plenty of food and snacks to choose from! My favorites so far are the matcha and taro pudding!

It was an okay place. Definitely has variety, but I am not sure if that was a good thing here. When a place has a large selection, organization of the menu is key. This place has some organization, but then had so many off menu items floating around it was hard to look for what you wanted.

Sometimes you know you want a milk tea, so you go to the milk tea section of the menu. Easy. But when there are numerous posters/flyers with other drink options floating around, it's overwhelming to keep track of.

Rant over.

The drink itself was solid. Good, nothing to brag about either though. The boba was soft and chewy, which is great, but was not that flavorful.

Honestly, everything is high quality, and pricing is very fair. The Lemonades are so good in the summer time and the rice balls are super good when your not extremely hungry but still have a bit of hunger!

A lot of the bad reviews are about the food being bad and the coffee tasting cheap. I’ve never ordered food here, and while I’m picky about my tea and coffee, I like going to Joker’s when I want boba early in the day (it’s the earliest opening shop in the area). They make it with powder mix but they’re not trying to sell it as something above that, and the mixes are very visible. While it’s not craft coffee or tea, it satisfies my cravings for mart snacks and boba before 11am and I don’t have any complaints.

I will never be back to this stinky place again, it smelled and I don’t even think they deserve a B rating. If it wasn’t for the high school students they wouldn’t last a week. The onigiri was slimy and wretched. The service is terrible, the woman wouldn’t last as a cashier in any other business if it wasn’t family owned. My stomach is spinning due to the onigiri being very disgraceful. They need inspectors in that place immediately. The tables were disgusting and most of they foods were expired. I have been on the toilet for hours because of this. This is the most sick I have felt in a while. I will never be back to this place, I suggest you shouldn’t go here unless you want you want to be on the toilet until tomorrow.

I bought a salmon onigiri and it was absolutely nasty. The salmon was melted and gooey and the rice was falling apart. I threw it away as soon as I opened it. I also dropped my boba on the floor on accident and the employee had a gross attitude. She started screaming at me and telling me it was all my fault. I even tipped the lady cleaning it even though she was rude. After I finished my food I had horrible diarrhea and when I rushed to the bathroom they wouldn’t let me use it.

My daughter and I went for the first time and had the pistachio latte frappe, vanilla latte frappe and an egg tart. All were very good and exactly how we wanted them. The lady serving and preparing the drinks was very nice. Courteous and professional.

Their ongiri is full of filling and rice, and is a MUST. My favorite are the spicy tuna and spicy teriyaki. Their espresso lattes are high quality and tasty.

Good spot to study with lots of chairs and outlets everywhere.

The woman working the counter is a saint. She works hard and is usually the only one there. She takes orders and makes the food and drinks. She'll go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied.

The iced coffee I received from the shady owners was undrinkable, as it tasted like poison. Unfortunately, my pregnant wife couldn't consume it due to its overpowering strength. I requested an alternative beverage since the iced coffee was unpleasant. However, the shady owner declined my request and provided no form of customer service. This incident exemplifies how such owners prioritize their own frugality over satisfying their customers when given the chance. I strongly advise against supporting this establishment. Additionally, it is worth noting that their advertised coffee is neither organic nor of good quality. Stay away from this disappointing coffee shop.

I ordered a chai latte and the flavor was delicious
Most chai tea drinks I get aren’t as flavored as this one
He had told me he added this flavor on the menu because it’s his daughters favorite ☺️

I ordered orange chicken but when I received it looked nothing like it. The chicken looked like it was covered in soy sauce than the orange sauce and it tasted bland.

Went this evening for the first time and I was not disappointed, I ordered a tiger milk tea 10/10 and also a teriyaki chicken rice ball 10/10 absolutely delicious. The customer service was awesome, the man was really nice and caring.

This store does not provide receipt and charge you 20% tip automatically.

I was here to get a drink. The lady was not outside till I was about to leave, she greeted.

I saw the tip selection and it disappeared before I click, and I signed and asked, "I haven't chose tip", which I thought I did not pay tip. She said she clicked 20%.

Instead of giving me receipt, she turned around to make coffee, and kept telling me how great their coffee is. Well, my drink has no taste of coffee.. Sad.. Worse than my k cup at home..

Terrible Koffee. Typical cheesy strip mall joint offering products from warehouse stores. They didnt even have salt and pepper for my eggs. Its near a high school and they havent even taken the time to adjust for adult consumers in the pandemic. Lame.

The lady who made my drink was very nice and the place was clean. It was a bit pricey ($3.60 for a 16oz Americano), but the espresso was very tasty and I really liked that they used Horizon Organic half and half. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back.

She also left room for more creamer/ sweetner and was happy to fill the rest of the room with more Ice when I asked. I appreciated the foresight on that.

It mostly snacks that they sell there but thins that need to be fried takes a long time. It's a good place to eat Asian snacks and instant ramen if you aren't in a hurry. Some of the things are pricy, depends on what you want to buy. A lot of Arcadia High schoolers go there after school so it's busy, otherwise its really quiet.

Coffee is made to order, only reason it gets 2 stars. Coffee tastes exactly like Costco (Kirkland) brand coffee. Coffee grounds were taken out of a generic container that's been reused to hold bulk coffee grounds. I'd rather go to a local coffee shop, like this one, but was completely disappointed.
