the standard black assam tea is legit, almost silky smooth, a little light. It says 4.50 but comes to 5.67 or something. Based on that, i'd try something fancy like brulee.

It has a standard generic office atmosphere with white lights and hard chairs, with a bored worker to match. It's what you'd expect on a strip mall.. you're better off in your car, though there were some students trying to get their work done there... (note: the arrangement is different from the pics people took years ago, not as comfy)

not really sure what to think about the SGV... reminds me of Virginia Beach (or any random American suburb), but with 5x more real estate value...

BenGong's looked the same, but with even brighter lights, no varied seating, full when I went (just two tables?), and a less interesting menu.

bad service,I should have stopped coming here if I had seen the comments below. Regardless of whether that woman is the boss or not, she shouldn’t be emotional at work. I never want to see her face again in my life. It’s like someone owes her 8 million 🙂

Service was really nice but OOPS it didn't taste good at all. Genuinely disappointed because I got the white peach boba and the taro one. Both were not good.

The drinks were good but the people were not. If the girl there isn't the owner then she shouldn't have been hired because the only reason we won't go back is because we don't want to be subjected to that attitude and see her face again ......

Cute tea shop in Arcadia. It is located in a plaza and there is extra parking in the parking garage.

They do offer a discount if you pay cash. I didn't notice the sign until I paid with my card later.

We got the following:
Osmantus oolong milk tea with boba
It was very light and fragrant. The boba was nice and chewy.

Tiramisu Ceylon milk tea with boba
The cap was very strong and creamy, so make sure to mix it well. The Ceylon tea was also very pronounced.

Work/study spot:
Outlet - check
Wifi - check
Bathroom - check
Parking - check
Music - EDM but switched to pop

This location is in Arcadia behind Capital Seafood. There is only one barista, and she didn't seem very cheerful. But she recognized the regulars.

I arrived at opening time on a week day and got my choice of seating - the large wooden table with access to outlets. There is a couch but only one nearby outlet on the wall behind the shelf.

The menu is extensive. They even serve coffee! Their most popular drinks are the oops drinks that look really pretty. I saw some pre-made cups in the fridge case, so I didn't want to order those.

I think they have an extra charge for using credit card. The lady verbally told me my total was $5.79, but when I checked my statement after, I was charged $6. I didn't see any signs about this, so that was annoying.

i usually come on weekends too where it’s typically busier … due to the wait time it doesn’t make me want to ever come back

It’s was my first time in a boba tea coffee place and the cashier was super nice to me and explained me how it works and the differences between the drinks. Since then it’s my new favorite place to go for a little break and so far all the staff being super nice and atmosphere is really nice inside too. I can’t wait to try all the drinks 🤩

Our friend recommended this place so we had to try it out and it did not disappoint! The drinks were good. The wait was kind of long but then again it's LA traffic like. Would definitely return whenever I'm back again.

Honestly, it is my first & last time I'm ever stepping in this place. The cashier was super rude. She didn't seem so enthusiastic & didn't show any emotion. I asked kindly where the restroom was and after that my boba was ready. I asked where the trash was, she pointed at it, but stared at me, like I was an idiot. Seriously, as a local food critic from OC, I would expect better service, in LA county.
Word of advise, learn good hospitality! Don't be rude to new customers.
And the boba was sub-par.

A classic boba shop. Delicious staff picks! Go for the staff picks, they’re very good.

My only complaint is you can’t buy food here. So make sure you eat before hand if you plan to hang out for a while.

I honestly come here for the aesthetic. The place is decorated very well and I liked saving the cups to propagate. They're very cute. My first time here the atmosphere was inviting, my drink took a bit long but it tasted good. The boba is flavorless but the tea was great.
I came in again today 20 minutes before close and was denied service because they were closing down. I asked what time they closed, and they said 8:30 but were closing down right now. It was 8:10 when I walked in. I personally don't think this is a good practice when you're advertised to close 20 minutes later. The doors weren't locked, lights weren't off. I believe someone was even waiting for their order when I went in. I don't understand it, but I'll just go elsewhere for better service and correct business hours and not waste my time or gas to come here.

I have visited this place many times and every time they amaze me. Introduce you these two fruity drinks on my top list.

They use real fruit bits for their drinks, it tastes very organic and fresh. The cheese foam adds on the savory side to the drink but it doesnt overpower the mango flavor at all. Very delicious!! Dirty strawberry is one of their signature drinks with a pretty high reviews, smooth, milky and naturally sweet. Can't wait to go back for more refreshing drinks and smoothies.

🥭 Cheese Foam Yogurt Mango $6.00
🍓 Dirty Strawberry Milk $6.00

We got bad service, and no soap in bathroom (literally water in a soap bottle, no actually soap). Don't serve just espresso, only as an addon to another coffee drink. Forgot boba in one of our drinks, lied about putting a topping in another that clearly wasn't there.

Stumbled upon this boba shop by chance and I'm glad I gave it a try! I ordered the Taiwan Tie GuanYin Milk Tea. It was a pretty refreshing and light milk tea. The tea flavor isn't super strong, but it's not overly milky either. I added grass jelly to this and it added a nice herbal fragrance to the drink! The jumbo size is especially very generous and the cup is sturdy. A pretty solid boba location in Arcadia!

The perfect way to end a Friyay is by having a refreshing cold BOBA tea.Without further ado let’s do this böba review.

Oops Boba Tea and Coffee is a cute small milk tea boba shop in a midsize plaza on Route 66 in Arcadia city. They have another store located in Temple city.

This boba tea/coffee shop has cute interior decor and relaxing atmosphere. Moreover, it’s very clean and organized and has plenty of natural light. It’s my first time on this location and it’s definitely larger in space and much cuter. Their tea/coffee drinks were extensive as well as their food snacks.

I ordered an Iced Coffee and Mango passion fruit tea with boba. Both 100% ice and 75% sweetness. Yeah Baybeee!

Service: Stupendous
Staff: Polite, amiable and professional.
Prices: Affordable.
Quality: Sexy good.
Wifi: Free and strong.
Parking: Free.
Conclusion: They met all of my expectation and requirement. Thus, I highly recommend this boba tea coffee shop.

Ive been here two times previously, their taro boba is HEAVENLY! Whenever we cross we ALWAYS stop by. The third time we stopped, the quality was lower for the price. And they dont have the cup lids. I want to keep and collect these cups, theyre definitely good quality pieces, super cute with the heart lid covers. But this one didnt give us the lid this time. Quality not up to par, not the complete set per the price that you pay. It was a sad visit ):

This is my new favorite boba joint! Their Dirty Strawberry is my go-to drink. Not too sweet, so no adjustment needed. They don't load it up with ice either, which is great. The popping boba is unlike other popping boba, and the strawberry chunks provide a nice bit of tartness. And did I mention how cute the star jelly is? This is a must try drink!

lots of Boba choices i had the taro, at 50% sweetness but will try less sweetness next time. It was about $6 for a boba drink. They have nice indoor seating. Both employees are kind and i liked being there clean location. I didn’t see food options (first time going there) other stores nearby with food. anyway, theres parking nice place to sit and enjoy your boba. They also have an oreo drink which i will try next time :)

Loved their matcha Boba. It was great. A little hard to find. The only reason I marked as 4 is because my fiance got the coffee and told me he was not a big fan of the fact there were a lot of tea flavors but no coffee flavors ( Caramel, mocha, vanilla, et cetra)

This is probably the cleanest and most aesthetically decorated boba shop I have ever been to. It helps that the shop offers many innovated boba drinks to differentiate itself from other boba places. It’s no wonder that this boba shop always has long lines.

Besides the nice vibe and excellent service, Oops does provide very good boba drinks. First of all, their bobas pop in your mouth with different flavor jelly fillings. That’s something new and attractive.

The different flavors also garnered a lot of rave reviews. The mango and lychee fruit drink tasted fantastic. For people like me don’t want to have too much sugar in my drinks, it seemed like this drink had just the right amount of sweetness.

The strawberry and matcha boba drinks were equally good. The popping bobas made the drinks tasted extra delicious.

During Christmas time, the shop put in some good efforts to decorate the shop to make it festive. I love the vibes here. Will be back for more drinks.

I don't normally get fruit drinks. I like my teas but the Oops Dirty Strawberry Milk that my husband ordered was SO GOOD. I liked it so much that I didn't even want my own drink anymore after a sip of his. 😭

If you love strawberry, you can't miss this drink. It was a party in my mouth with the organic milk, fresh strawberries, lychee jelly and popping boba. I was extremely surprised at how much I enjoyed it when I neither like lychee jelly nor boba, esp popping boba. But this drink was that good!

Their cheese foam was also impressive, really salty and flavorful. I think my favorite so far from all the boba shops I've visited.

As if you needed any other reasons to visit this shop but they are also:
- A small business
- Asian-owned
- Women-owned

This shop took over the former Journey location. It's super cute inside. I like the clean aesthetic and nice seating areas. We ordered over the phone, so the drinks were ready when we got there. Service was quick and friendly. A solid four stars— I'm still holding out for when boba shops become more environmentally friendly, like compostable straws and selling reusable ones. Overall, I'm a fan. I recommend those place and will revisit soon!
