In-N-Out Burger

All the way from Lebanon to try In-N-Out burgers! These are the best burgers I've ever had!! So juicy, and the meat was amazing! The fries were incredible too. I can't wait to go back to LA to have them again. 1000000/10!

The staff was so friendly and yhe burgers were so good.
If you dont like cheese, hamburger meal with onions are perfect, if you’re a chesse lover, try the double double!

Great location, friendly staff, and of course tasty burgers and fries! We aren't local, but never miss a chance to get some In-N-Out Burger when in Cali. I love the simplicity, nothing you don't need, but just the right amount of ingredients. This location was very good, and had a great view to boot!

Busy at 1Am but worth it. I came from the East Coast and expected just another Five Guys, smash burger or burger fi. This surpassed them all with quality and price. Amazing a must see.

Always a great experience at In-N-Out. Worth the hassle of long lines and hard to find parking, to enjoy the best fast-food 🍔 Southern California has to offer.

I haven't been in a long time. I ordered a double hamburger with grilled onions and chopped chili's, and swapped out ketchup & mustard instead of spread which takes 90 calories off the burger.

I pulled up on my BMW f800gs and enjoyed my burger and fries using my side cases on my motorcycle like a little standing Burger bar (table).

It was absolutely delish. 😋

Nice In N Out location. Food quality is consistently good, and the staff are very nice. Cant beat the price here. It can be a little loud with the outside seating and the cars wizzing past. No inside seating available. Drive thru can get a bit long, so the better plan for me was to walk up and order at the register. Parking: Difficult to find parking in the small parking lot.

This is an older style with no indoor seating and just a few tables outdoors. I hadnt been to this location in several years and I noticed that theyve updated the driv-thru to alleviate the backup on Santa Anita Ave. I was able to find a parking spot in their lot and are in the car. The food met my In-N-Out expectations.

In-N-Out always offers great food and customer services regardleas of the places Ive been. The only negative thing of this In-N-Out is the parking. Seating to eat is only outdoors.

Delicious burgers, you have to be patient since it is a very popular place and you have to wait in line until your turn arrives, even so they are very quick to serve and they will take your order to your car if the wait is longer.

Parking: REally really busy on most days lunches and dinner. Lines are long, Cars jam up the street, narrow in and out. Plan for at least 15 minutes in the ordering and pick up lane.

8 cars deep, fries were cold & crunchy. A first time expierence. Friday 5pm-discovered as we entered the fwy a block away. *timing was off here. 18 min wait.

I live in Pasadena and I try my best to avoid the In N Out in town. Why? The line to order moves so slow and the order process is the worst Ive seen at an In N Out. So, if I have the time to drive to this one, I do. Food - Im a 3X3 mustard fried guy! Though I think the patties have shrunk over the years, I still like this burger a lot! They have it right - one window to order and one to pick up your food. Ive never had a slow moving order line here and the food arrives relatively quickly too. Relative = this isnt McDonalds - they actually cook each patty vs pressed burgers at the other place. The eating area feels very sterile. Theres no character here. And many times were eating here, we smell someone smoking pot - either someone on the patio or from a car. I had not idea Arcadia had so many potheads! If you live in Pasadena and youre tired of the terrible order flow at the Foothill store, give this one a try. I have a feeling youll be able to drive here, get your food, eat your food and drive home faster than if you went to the Foothill In N Out. I highly recommend this In N Out!

Long time customer of this In n Out. have loved it for many years and recently have noticed the customer service aspect go downhill. The past several times i ve been there has been something made incorrectly, a missing item or service has taken exceptionally slow (even on weekday nights) It is frustrating to see one of my favorite places make me not want to come back and drive extra just to go one I know won t forget anything. The vibes here are off lately and I hope they can turn around again soon.

The food is great. This in n out does not have inside area for eating. It has an area to eat outside. Has bathroom but you will need a code to open the door. Thats good to keep out the few homeless people I saw in the area. The outside eating area can get cold, especially at night in the winter months. In the summer the nights are good for outside eating. The restaurant is a popular place to get food and has two drivethrus. I have ordered from here several times.

This location continues to suck. Went here cause it was supposed be more convenient for drive. Line was super long so I decided to just park. Tell me why I ordered way before the car in front of me prior to parking but I got my order 3 cars that was after me. It took the person to ask me what was my order number to then finally start fulfilling my order. Not to mention my shake was soup by the time I finally got my order. Again this location sucks so bad.
