Haidilao Hot Pot Arcadia

This was my first time ever going to Haidilao and both the food and service were amazing. I did not have any expectations of how it would go, but I was blown away by the quality of the food and the service. Shauna, our server, was super attentive and accommodating to our needs. Hotpot can be a confusing experience, but having staff that are so understanding and attentive is the key to a good dining experience. I liked how our table was kept clean and our waters and soups were always full. The atmosphere of my meal was enjoyable and filled with upbeat music. If you do come here, I would recommend Shauna as your server! I would definitely be back again for more! :)

Great food as expected of Haidilao! The ingredients were fresh and staff professional and quick to service. There is free dessert included as well as part of the service bar which I wish more hotpot restaurants could do as well. Xavier is our server and we were satisfied with his service!

Being part of a chain that existed over 30 years, The Arcadia location demonstrated a unique blend of atmosphere and dinning experience. The quality of the food is amazing and the Haidilao service is one of a kind. Great place to be whether for solo lunch or dinning with a group of friends! 10/10

Took my mom here for her birthday and we had such an awesome experience. Food is excellent as always. Servers are super friendly and thoughtful. They made my mom feel super special and happy. 10/10 service. Love the desserts and many cute little extra things they offer. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful family lunch together here. The staff was attentive and kind, and my dad had a heck of a time enjoying the level of variety they had here. Lots of interesting options I haven’t often seen at other hotpot places.

Wonderful hot pot location at the mall! The service here is always impeccable and they make guests feel well accommodated. They have free meals for kids, provide toys without asking, and when we came in December they even had hand warmers for our short wait. The food is a little pricey, but the side bar is unlimited.
