Ice cream shop and no soft serving like what they post on yelp. I only got to choose the flavors from vanilla, chocolate, taro and cooked n cream ( even Momo paradise across the street serve more flavours and it’s all you can eat) I saw they scoop that ridiculous taro ice cream from a white dirty plastic box and it cost me fxxx 6dollars. So ridiculous. I threw it into the trash can right after I walked out the store

The place was empty even though it was right after Arcadia High across the street had ended their school day, and about 100 degrees outside. I should have known not to buy anyway since they didn't have any flavors which were appealing.

Ended up getting the strawberry brownie and cookies and cream scoops. But ice cream is just mediocre; I could tell it was made from good ingredients, sadly it tasted gummy rather than the creaminess I prefer with these desserts. There were not many other ice cream places nearby.

Won't come back.

Stale brownies and over priced vegan soft serve that was mediocre at best. $25.57 was the price of a lesson well learned.

We tried the soft serve ice cream but the texture wasn't what I expected from soft serve. Not as creamy, but more like a sorbet. We chose blue cookies with mochi topping in a black charcoal cone and pomegranate with mango topping in a black charcoal cone. The worker was nice and carefully placed the topping, one by one on the soft serve, but unfortunately it still fell off lol. Presentation wise, it looks pretty. I take another star off because they charged $1.49 for the bit of mango topping and 99¢ for the mochi. We felt it was very overpriced for what it was, which was nearly $20 for two cones. Maybe I'll try the other options on their menu next time to see if it's better.

There was no line to order when I came in the evening. The flavors change everyday so there are many options. If you don't know about the flavor, they can give you samples. I got the hojicha soft serve 1 scoop in a cup ($6.5). They charge 99 cents per topping so I opted out of adding any. The serving size is quite small for 1 scoop and the price you are paying. Very not worth it for just soft serve. I know other places that give a way larger portion for cheaper. In general, the cup and cone prices are just overpriced. I would say only the drink prices seem normal priced. I liked the taste of the soft serve but the portion was just too small for the price. Also the menu is confusing to understand, like you can't really tell what is the price for soft serve cone or cup. Would not be coming again. I would say just to come here if you are curious about the ice cream.

Customer service was terrible. When we walked in the boy didn’t even say a word to us. He almost looks surprised that he even had customers. The girl who was accompanying him had to keep looking at her notes to tell us what toppings came with which flavors because it wasn’t posted on the wall. They played rap music with swearing making it awkward for brining any kind of family outing, were playing on their phone and laptop while we were still sitting there, and just were not friendly. The chocolate rolled ice cream didn’t come with enough Oreo topping. The only reason we’re giving this two stars is because the cereal flavor and toppings were actually pretty good, otherwise would’ve been one star. Also way too pricey. Would not recommend.

Usually pop in for their soft serve after having dinner or errands. They change their flavors every month but their Instagram always updates so you can find the flavors of the month there. I've only gone for soft serve but the place is cute and the staff have always been friendly.

I first came here a few years ago when it had its grand opening and I thought the flavors were a little weak. But I came again recently and thought the flavors were much richer.

I ordered melona and rose with frosted flakes in a cone. The melona and rose were both creamy and rich and complimented each other well. The free 1 topping is a nice touch and remember to check into Yelp for a free cone! I'm not a fan of charcoal anything, but hey, free is free. I only wish they offered more flavors.

Staff was nice and allowed me to sample all of the flavors. I came around 9pm on a Sunday and it was empty. There is a small parking lot in the back and also free street parking. I've never had trouble finding parking.

Overall, it's a decent dessert for $5. Might come back if there is a new flavor that I want to try.

This is a nice hidden gem ice cream shop in Arcadia. Located next to the sharetea and had a large back lot in the back.

I like they rotate their flavor and always has some new interesting flavor like the vitasoybmilk and now durian flavor. Definite stuff that many asian American familiar with. Price is very good consider this is soft serve and they even had happy hour too:

The flavors are pretty good. I wish the matcha flavor is stronger though and the ice-cream a little less sweet. But overall it is pretty good and aesthetic as well. The milk tea and matcha combo does pair well together as a swirl.

The place is spacious and has a modern feel to it and have ample seating.

The new go to yogurt joint in Arcadia. The whole ad minima vibe.... Only 4 flavors available at any one time, on a rotating basis, matches well with the minimalist decor and hushed atmosphere. A sanctuary and antidote to the amplified bling bling reality of Arcadia today and the over proliferation of flavors and secret menus of its ice cream bars and boba palaces. So go against the trend, come to Ponds for the yogurt and stay awhile for the vibe.

This is not your typical ice cream shop. They have 4 creamy flavors and they rotate at least one every month. They have a great selection of toppings that compliment their unique flavors and a charcoal cone that adds great texture. I come here every time they come out for a new flavor. Follow them on Facebook and Instagram for updates and specials. Their logo is really cute too! 🦆
