My children and I love Olive Garden in Arcadia… great atmosphere , food and specially all the staff, Joe and Olivia the managers , and our servers Chris, Danielle, Ayana , Franco , Osmar ,Johnatan just to mention some of them are very special and always make us feel welcome <3 we truly appreciate them all.

Staff is great. They have stepped up their game. Food is great. Atmosphere is great after the remodel. They sub the pasta for broccoli for those with allergies. Leo the manager is a great dude, ask for him. He’ll pair your food with a great wine or a mojito.

This is the first time tve had such a great server/waiter without knowing his name. He was excellent. The entire staff was nice, professional and welcoming. It was such nice evening with my family and no one had ANY complaints. Awesome job Olive Garden!!!

Wow, where do I start??? First of all, the service started off friendly and then it went left quickly! My wife and I arrive at 3:05pm, 5 minutes past the 3pm cut off time for the lunch unlimited soup and salad special. The first thing we ask the waitress is if we were too late for the deal. Her response was, "it might be, let me check and see if it'll go through. Let me go get my ID badge". Then she went and quickly came back and told us that we weren't too late if we knew what we wanted, she'd go ahead and put it through. She asked us which of the options we wanted with the soup and salad. So my wife initially ordered spaghetti and I ordered the Alfredo pasta. After about a min my wife realized that she enjoyed the spaghetti with the chicken. Chicken parmigiana! So she asked if could change her order since the waitress was still at the ordering kiosk. She was like let me let the kitchen know. When she arrived back she returned with a salad. We were wondering when she was going to take our soup order. We then asked about the soup. She said we ordered these other items instead and that it came with one soup or salad. But that's not what we wanted at all. We only came for the unlimited soup and salad. She was like i'll give to you anyway (sorta frustrated). She then without asking which soup we wanted came out with two different soups and placed them down in front of us. When the main entree orders came she brought the spaghetti and chicken parmigiana. But I had placed the order for the alfredo pasta. Yes my wife had changed her mind understandably from the spaghetti to the chicken parm. When i think that I politely said that i ordered the alfredo pasta she plopped the tray down and frustratingly walked off stating i'm going to have to have someone else help you. From that point on all the other waiters that passed by glared at us. It was so uncomfortable. I have never felt like this at a restaurant before. We should have just left. I don't feel like I can ever go back and have been going to this establishment for years. The manager came out shortly after the waitress stormed off and asked us what was going on. She seemed nice, but didn't seem very apologetic about the waitress. We felt so humiliated.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience there last night. The service was phenomenal, and the food was great. Our waiter was working so hard serving our area. It was so cool to see the managers (we had Matthew) make their rounds and introduce themselves to the customers and verify that everything was going great. We will definitely be back.

Service is very good and fast. In my opinion, Zoupa Tuscana is a perfect soup with breadsticks because they are not too heavy. Breadsticks are hot and tasty. The Seafood Alfredo is very good here. The calamari is decent. Prices are good which includes soup/salad, breadsticks (unlimited) and pasta. I will come back to try different types of pasta and soup.

I enjoyed my visit at this location. I ordered the chicken scampi, and it was perfect. Nice hot and very flavorful. I especially enjoyed that they offered a little deal when you order one entree from the menu. They offer a few items for 6 dollars to go. I ordered the chicken Alfredo to go, and it was packaged in a microwavable container and was super awesome as a lunch for the next day. The best part of our dining experience was our waitress. She was very exceptional. She was informative, polite, swift, and very classy. She was especially kind to my daughters. As a parent, it warms my heart when my children are treated respectfully and kindly. I will definitely be back here.

Go to BJs next door. Came here on a Saturday night with my family and immediately regretted my decision. The place was understaffed and had to wait an hour to get a table and another 30 minutes just to have our server to take our order. This place seriously needs new management.

The food was great, as always. We got the Veterans Day meals, which we chose the chicken Parmigiano and fettuccine alfredo (I added chicken for a small fee extra), thank you Olive Garden. What can I say? I went despite my previous experience at this restaurant chain to please the person I was with. It's still the McDonald's of Italian food. I'm not much of a cook but I can do meatballs better, I can do any number of pasta sauces better. That said folks love the place so your mileage may vary, rinse lather, repeat.

Came with a large group of there was only 1 server for the table. I ordered the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks. The server never came back to ask if I wanted an additional bowl of soup. Someone else at the table also never got the drink he ordered. The food was great and the server was doing the best she could, but there should be a requirement to have more than one server for larger parties.

Haven't been to this Olive Garden. It was nice, it's a 2 story restaurant. Very very busy, though everyone one was still friendly. It was a 40-minute wait to be seated. Though my nephew really wanted to check it out. Then our waiter, Lenny, was excellent. Very friendly, kind nd professional. Checked on us about every 10 minutes or so. With customer service being on the decline in restaurants since covid. Lenny, you are an asset to the olive garden.

This location has a 2 story seating layout meaning if your on the top floor you have the choice between a small sketchy elevator or two flights of stairs, and also expect a nice delay from the kitchen to your table with your food due to the commute. We had to ask sometimes more than twice from our over worked waiter for basically everything from sides of breadstick dip to our silverware and even 2 missing meals. And when the meals came most were luke warm or cold. The management did try to recover by comping the side dip and an entrée but the experience was quite short from enjoyable. Not a good way to end a day that included the loss of a close family member. We couldn't even enjoy a peaceful meal as a family to honor the loss of a loved one.

They were busy with a wait of an hour, we arrived at 5pm on a Saturday though. They dont take Reservations. Once seated service was fast, not rushed. waiter Zack was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious.

Time flies when you’re at olive garden, we were told we had a 25 minute wait and seconds later we got seated!! The service was a bit slow to begin with but once we ordered everything was very quick and our server was amazing. The food was below average for olive garden in my honest opinion. Had a crazy Saturday evening stuffing my face and going fatty mode, feels like a blur. Honestly was a wild night would go back.

I had a fantastic dining experience at the Olive Garden in Arcadia, CA! The service was top-notch—A+ all the way. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The pasta was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection with rich, flavorful sauces. And of course, the unlimited breadsticks were a highlight—warm, soft, and addictive! This location is perfect for a great meal with family or friends. I’ll definitely be coming back, if I hve a chance to be in the vincinity again.

The waiter we had was so nice the service was absolutely amazing always asking if we wanted refills on anything and by the end of it I was SO FULL, and very very happy. I went with a party of 6, got the Fettuchino Alfredo with broccoli which was absolutely delicious + those addicting breadsticks + even the salad is stellar. Ever so generous with cheese, which the kids adored. ALL the staff was very polite, and they even showed us this feature they had where you can look at an "Allergy Guide" on the tablet to check what might be featured in your dish! 5 stars across the board!!!!

My elderly father went to eat there on Saturday. being elderly he asked for help with the checkout machine on the table, the sever tipped themselves $33.00 and when my father realized and brought it up to the server. The server made no attempt to correct the error. My father being embarrassed did not ask for a manager. He feels as though he was taken advantage due to his age and race. He feels as though the server deliberately did this and did nothing to correct the issue. Just be weary of your server and make sure you are paying attention to your bill.

Phenomenal service by our waitress Anahi. I went to eat dinner and decided to order the unlimited pasta. I was promptly asked what I would like for my drink and asked if I wanted soup or salad for to start off with. A few minutes later, my soup arrived and gave me enough time to enjoy my soup and asked what I wanted to order. Once my pasta was ready I decided to ask for a Flavored iced tea and at first it was too sweet for me but my waitress made sure to get the sweetness level right for me. She then asked if I wanted more pasta and asked if I wanted a different pasta option (which I did not know we could do with the promotion). She made the whole dinner experience amazing, thanks to Anahi. I highly suggest going here to eat.

I had a great time, the food and service were great. I just wished the atmosphere was a bit more intimate, more relaxing. The food is great, and because of that, it should feel like you're in a great restaurant, not like a buffet kinda thing.
