I had the Spicy Stir-Fried Squid with Rice and it was absolutely delicious! The squid was tender and packed with flavor, perfectly complemented by the rice and side dishes (banchan). The portion was generous, and the spice level was just right for me—enough heat to keep it exciting but not overwhelming. The service was friendly and fast, making for an overall fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Korean flavors!

Got the Spicy Rice Cake. The spice is not overwhelming and the dish delicious. Making it a welcoming spicy dish. The hard boiled egg helps cut the spice because the creaminess of the yolk. The side dishes are ok but isn’t counted towards the dish. Bonus: The Kimchi is fantastic. Has a crunch that’s appealing.

Have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got to eat it for lunch today. I ordered the beef tofu soup (13.99). It was ready in about 15 minutes, which felt a bit long but the taste made up for it. I was so excited to eat that I didn't take enough photos.

They were generous with the amount of tofu and the soup was very flavorful. It also comes with purple rice which is nice! The rice was the perfect texture and I almost finished the entire bowl. They also gave many side dishes. I really liked the tofu and bean sprouts side.

Their prices are reasonable for the portion and taste. It seems like the tofu soup is cheaper here than at other places. I would come back again to try some other dishes!

This is inside a food court with 3 Chinese food places, 1 Japanese, and 1 Korean place. Theres also a dried food place, a jeweler, and Coway and a slew of other strip mall stores. There’s plenty of seating to dine in. Theres also plenty free parking. The food is very good, healthy, tasty, fresh, and made to order for spicy levels. You get a raw egg to break into the bubbly hot soup and it cooks. And they add a lot of clams to the tofu soup if you ordered the clam one. This tofu clam soup is the best I’ve had because of the number of clam pieces (even when I ate most of the soup, there were still 10 clam pieces) and the soup base. For $15 for most of the hot tofu soup bowls w side dishes it’s a great meal and deal. I could eat here everyday! I appreciate food that tastes clean and fresh and Oma’s is it. They also give free cold and hot water (barley tea).

Update on 9/13/22

First time ordering my food to go and thought the transaction couldn’t have been smoother. Ordered via phone, given an ETA of 15 mins and food was ready when I arrived. Not only was the food delicious, but it was packed really well and made it home nice and warm. I liked the banchan packs too. Four delicious sides to go with my jajangmien, beef tofu and kalbi. All really good and perfectly satisfied my cravings. They even followed instructions perfectly as my GF doesn’t like green onions and they were left off of both the kalbi and tofu soup.

Probably closer to 4.5 stars, but will round up for the great service and free tea. Food was good, really good especially for a food court, but had sit down restaurant prices so expected a little more.

Kalbi ribs had great flavors, but were a bit chewy in parts. Not bad, in fact very good, but just a fact - 4 stars
Tofu soup was some of the best we’ve tried - 5 Stars
Cold noodles!had a great, but strong beef broth flavor. Not what I am used to, but good. 4.5 stars
Banchan - very tasty seaweed salad, potato salad, fish cake, bean sprouts and Kim chi. Non of which my GF liked or can eat. 4 stars for me, 2 stars from her :)

Service, free tea and water was 5 stars
Prices were fair, but seemed high for a food court, so 4 stars from me there.

Overall a great experience and someplace I want to go again. The location and casual seating allowed us to take our dog and explore a little while we waited.

Pro tip - food is made to order so expect to wait at least 15-20 mins. Call ahead or explore the are while you wait. There are other restaurants, a watch repair shop, boba and other little shops in the court and in the shopping center to explore while you wait.

Quick and yummy Korean food. The banchan was good - I loved the seaweed salad. We got the cold noodles combo with galbi, beef short rib soup (broth was not clear, but instead creamy - still very good! Also comes with purple rice), and the dumpling tofu soup (comes with purple rice) combo with spicy grilled chicken. Water and hot water are self serve on the side. There are also extra bowls for those who wish to share or for kids!

We enjoyed our dinner and the ladies were very nice!

Hope they would add tangsuyuk one day as we would like to get a combo with the jjangmyeon!

Same price as dining in restaurant.... very small portions compared to restaurant. Over price at foods course..... No refill for side dishes. Think twice if you want to eat omma tofu house. For sure first and last here

근교구경하고 La로 들어오면서 구글링으로 가까운 곳이라 방문했어요.
계속 한식을 찾아서 라스베가스에서도 La에서도 매번 불만족스러워도.. 어쩔 수 없는 선택이였길래 이 집도
별 기대 없었네요.

고소한 누른밥이 별미입니다.
또한, 갈비는 진짜 딱 적당한 간으로 저는 이게 젤 맛있었어요~👍
비빔냉면도 튼실한 생선구이도...

이전 먹은 음식들은 ..한식인데...
뭔가 어색한 맛때문에 입맛이 당기지 않았는데...여긴 그냥 한국맛집~

Omma’s is solid for a quick bite. They’re always on point and will throw in the potato salad if you ask. This is a once a week visit for me and my family. If we don’t go in person at Ari Rang Tofu House, this is the place to go when we do takeout.

I’m Korean and my mom is an incredible cook. I’ve never had food at any other Korean restaurant that was even close to as good as my mothers. EXCEPT this place. It’s consistently delicious, all of it, the soup, the croaker, every single banchan dish is perfect every time. The only one thing I would change about this place is I wish they would offer flavored mineral water, or unsweetened iced tea. I like to have a beverage with my meals but I don’t drink sugary sodas. Other than tho, everything else is fantastic! They give you such high quality food at such a reasonable price. Great place!

The quality of the food here is top notch Korean food I’ve ever tasted in SGV areas, so is the services here. Food is so authentic, fulfilling, and satisfying—no msg and additives added. My family and I are regulars here. We must eat at least once a week. My top favs are galbi, bulgogi, and deep fried croakers fish combo with the seafood spicy tofu soup along with refillable side dishes if dine in.

Such, such delicious food that tastes even better with the friendly service. Very good selection of banchan to go with the tofu soup, which has a very flavorful broth. The setting is a humble food court, but the food is top-notch.

Food tasted fresh and good. It's in the food court, so don't expect a nice atmosphere, but that also means no pressure for tips.

Numi is a kind owner and easy to talk to. Food is a bit slower in coming out but that is because it is fresh and piping hot. This is also the only restaurant in the food court that takes credit cards , +1 for you Numi. We'll be back!

Love coming to this place. Always great service and great food. My kids love it too. We usually get the Galbi or Grilled Yellow Croaker combo. The mild spiciness is a bit stronger that other places, we usually askfor tiny spicy.

Great spot for korean food in an unassuming food court. Food comes out piping hot, super delicious. Banchan is really good - service is great. We got the naengmyun, soondubu + galbi combo and everything was great.

Got the C1 combo. 1 soup. 6 pieces of galbi, charged extra for rice to share w someone. $35?

To share a soup, bowl of rice, eat 3 pieces of galbi… for 17.50$?

Something doesn’t sound right, and I’m not blaming Biden.

For the price you guys charge, up the portions. You’re operating in a Food Court half a mile walk from a tofu house..

Overall excellent quality of food. Taste was just what your looking for. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The free side dishes were fantastic! And if you are looking for great Jajangmyeon, this is one of the best places I've found so far. A+ rating all around.

P.S. - don't let the food court vibe turn you away. It's restaurant quality food and service!

If you're looking to grab something refreshing, order the Cold Buckweat Noodle (S11). They provide banchan, and also offer free hot tea and cold water. My hubby was craving something hot so he got the Mushroom Tofu Soup and Short Rib combo.
Everything we ordered was delicious and tastes like a home cooked meal.
I'll definitely find myself coming back here when I'm craving Korean food.

This is my new spot for Korean tofu soup. I’ve been going here every weekend since grand opening. The clam tofu soup hits the spot every time. Today, I decided to get an extra item, so I tried the seafood pancake. Oh my, this pancake is so huge and delicious. 🤩😋

Had the soondubu and it tasted rich and flavorful! The banchan was good too. So great to have a good authentic Korean restaurant in the area—will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.
