Good location for quick service and an inexpensive meal. Consistently great food, I love getting a build your own with as many toppings as I like.

Ordered a large pizza for pickup at 11:45 am. Arriving at the store at 11:40, the pizza was already sitting on the shelf ready for pickup. It's the greasiest pizza box I've ever seen. I actually hesitated if I should pick it up. Anyway, I brought the pizza home and arrived at 11:52 am. The pizza is already in the room temperature. It still tasted ok, but it will be much better if it stays warm and in a cleaner pizza box

This location is great. Close to many different stores and plenty of parking available. The employees are nice and the pizza is top notch. I was reminded of quality pizza the dough is amazing and reheated pizza did well too :) a nice variety of toppings I got mushrooms, bell pepper and pepperoni. they have lots of seating in here and i would definitely go again.

Pizza is good, but the service is atrocious for them taking their time for online orders, I labeled ASAP where the timer said within 15 minutes the pizza will be done, but I watched them only take one walk in order as I sat there for 45 minutes, the workers seem to not pay attention to the online orders nor check to see if I was waiting for something so they can prioritize it, the workers are very slow and seem not to care. Please think twice and know that you'll be waiting longer than posted for a online order.

I love Blaze, the pizza is really good. I like having a lot of topping choices. The only complaint was I ordered curbside pick up but when I called they said they didn't do that. Not a big deal but they should take that option off.

Staff not as friendly. We with family/friends and 5 toddlers. The group of people in front was ordering things with meat and touching everything. We are vegan and asked the guy if he could change his cloves and to this he got upset and said his cloves were clean. I informed him I’ve been standing here as he prepared everyone else meal and it would be beneficial to us if he could change his cloves before preparing my meal. He got visibly annoyed and walked away while someone else came and prepared the pizza. Later on everyone was having a good time and the staff told us to have our kids be quiet. There was no one else in the store except for the 10 of us.

Today I went back there again to pick up a large vegan cheese pizza. Upon getting home the pizza was burned and not even cut properly. This is safe to say we will not be going back to this store.

Blaze Pizza is all about fast, customizable pizzas made fresh with quality ingredients.

I got the blood orange lemonade. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but adding a little water helped tone it down.

I get the following toppings for my pizza: pesto crust, topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, artichokes, spinach, and a side pepperoncinis.

Edwin provided exceptional service! He was friendly, quick, and super attentive. His positive attitude truly stood out and made the visit so much better.

They clearly don’t know how to make pizza and completely messed up my order. I specifically asked for two sauces to be mixed, but they refused to do it. Every other Blaze Pizza location has accommodated this request without any issue. On top of that, the customer service was unprofessional. If you advertise ‘Make Your Own Pizza’ on the menu, your staff should be trained to fulfill customer preferences properly.

1. Ordered curbside pickup but waited 30 minutes for it to be delivered so I walked into the store to pick it up, only to find it was ready 20 minutes ago.
2. I ordered build your own, got home and found out it was missing about 3 items, but had 2 extra items I didn't want.
3. I chose drizzle olive oil, but the whole pizza box was full of oil. And when I picked up the food, I saw the chef pouring a lot of oil on other people's pizzas, so I reasonably suspected that the chef was doing the same thing to my pizza.

This is probably one of the best Blaze branches. Staff is excellent and when I mentioned it's a Veg Pizza-they took extra precautions when making the pizza, changing their gloves and using a clean cutter... Pizza always tastes amazing!

I ordered delivery. Driver had problems finding a major hotel. Driver did not bring napkins or utensils and said they were not available and the driver lightly tapped on the door and set my food down on the ground which is disgusting. I would not recommend this place for delivery!

It's in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Safe and well lit. The build your own with dough options is great. It was the end of the night, so tables were not specifically cleaned. Open till 10pm is a bonus. Nice staff and friendly.

Floor is dirty. Temp in restaurant is cold. Employee that made my pizza doesn’t care how much toppings I want on the pizza. He put too much garlic on the pizza. Asked for a brand new pizza. The lead made me a new pizza.The Blaze in Pasadena is much better.

The custom pizza tasted great; get the exact right amount of toppings we wanted. However, 4 times in a row, the trash is overflowing from the bins, even though there were not a lot of dinners inside.

All right! Here's the pizza place that's just like Burger King, you get it the way you want it and that means putting all your toppings that you want on build it your own style pizza! I always get a personal Pizza with about 10 different toppings, and the best thing about it it always tastes great, because it's always made the same and the toppings are always fresh, and for the low price of $13.99 I can make it into two meals, stop in and try it it's very tasty Pizza, yummy yummy yummy for your tummy tummy tummy!!

Avoid mobile/online ordering for this location. Placed an online order for 2 pizzas and scheduled it 2 hours in advance. Arrived right on time and the app was showing order completed. I saw many others were waiting as well so i took a seat. Either someone checked off order completed for many orders or the app is garbage at estimating order time because many of us were still waiting. I had waited 40 minutes past my scheduled time.

Pretty good. Price is reasonable n pizza is in good portion. A pizza is cut in 6 pieces. If one eats with half, drink, desert, the other half can share with another or save it for lunch tomorrow.

Moreover, it's like your own customized pizza because you choose what cheese, what sauce, what toppings u want.

I ordered 2 pizzas and one of the pizzas is not the one I ordered. Very disappointed Arcadia blaze pizza:(

Went here for a school fundraiser night so probably that's why they were so slammed.

Also, not 100% sure our spending was counted towards the fundraiser since some of us had the code FUNDRAISER and some didn't ... On our receipts.

But they only had 3 people working the whole place which seemed very understaffed.

So the overall feeling was extremely rushed and not friendly at all.

Nice toppings but they are slow to get the order done. Plus it’s cold as a meat locker so we take the pizza home. Twice in a row. They won’t change the thermostat settings. We still come often because the pizza itself is great.

This lady was hella rude. Yelled at the lady in front of me and my party. She was very impatient and aggressive towards the people waiting in line. She obviously hates her job and didnt want to be there. Also the service was really slow at this location.

I want to inform all my guests: this is our favorite restaurant and come here at least 2 times a week. My sons love the pizza here! I am very touched and thankful to the staff here today, because I left my wallet in the restaurant last night, they kept it well and I found my wallet as soon as possible this morning. The cash, bank card ID and ID in it are all there . It's so inspiring. Thanks again to the store staff. They are the best...

Prsicella went above and beyond for me, a pick up order. I was picking up an order and there was a small mixup with the sauce, without hesitation she let me know about it and offered to remake one! She was extremely considerate and polite, and I just had to make a review because the service was top notch! Thanks again!!

Glad to see friendly service and a good Cauliflower crust pizza. Only 2 starts because completely out of hand sanitizer and out of soap. No way to wash hands. While dining in and during pandemic shame on Blaze for no way to wash hands. disgusting and poor management. I went ahead and risked it but if I end up with COVID, Blaze pizza is at fault!

The manager seems so rude! Worst service ever - there were 4 customers in a queue at 9:40 pm. The manager rudely said she could not take any orders. Even after requesting further, she just declined the request! Worst experience and never coming back again!

Apparently if you order online, you should technically wait 20 minutes because that’s how long it takes for the location to actually receive the order and then wait 20 minutes after that to go pick it up because a slow day will be a busy one and a busy one will be you walking out with no pizza. I don’t want anyone to contact me from corporate talking about a free pizza. Blaze has a great concept and a decent pizza quality but you need an actual staff to be able to run it. Very disappointing in the customer service and an explanation there of as far as their online ordering process goes. I’d rather walk 10 feet over to the Vons next time and go home and make my own pizza. Good luck !

Came here for their Pi Day $3.14 special and it did not disappoint. Ordered my pizza for takeout on the app and even though they were busy got my pizza to me accurately and on time. Definitely will return! Staff is friendly and free parking in lot.

Staff were incredibly accommodating to my gluten allergy, and they were heavy on the toppings which I LOVED! Probably the best Blaze I have had to date! Delicious!

Came in just past 9pm today 11/24. Empty store and they just had my pizza to make. They managed burnt it and so I had to wait for another one. Not a good look and did very little to make up for their mistake. Wasted so much time waiting for another pizza to be made. Also pretty sure my friend got food poisoning here because their chicken looks really raw before and after baking.

Juan is really holding it down at this location. He was checking in with customers, and making sure quality was at the Blaze standard (excellent); I even noticed as other employees were acting lethargic, Juan found a way to positively motivated them to pick up the pace and help the team perform successfully.

As someone who is new to the area I am looking forward to visiting this location in the future. As a customer, nothing would make me happier then giving recognition where it is due. You have such an exceptional employee. He should be recognized in exceptional performance.

Giving 5 star based on following points:

Place is clean, staff listen to customer needs I am vegetarian so I asked them to change the gloves before starting my order they did without hesitation and they clean the cutter before cutting the pizza. I usually goes there and each time they give their best service.

Pizza is fresh and atmosphere is appealing too.

Build your own! Totally fresh and worth the cost. I’ve never been to a Blaze Pizza before and been wanting to try…. Wow, delish. Ingredients line up is amazing first of all. The pizza maker to the line chef at the oven, great execution. I requested for crispy and he asked if it was good enough I said yes but next time will be requesting more time though center crust was still soft for my liking! I put extra classic red sauce, shredded mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, olives, red onion, roasted garlic and tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper and herbs to top it off before it hits the heat. After they took it out I request drizzle of EVOO 👌🏽I will be choosing Blaze Pizza when I need a quick pizza fix every time.

BEYONDDDD disappointed. We were friendly and ordered. They told us they lost our order because it was busy. We kindly reordered (45mins in) then 5 mins later a staff member casually walked by said they were there the whole time and didn’t even tell the checkout staff member and WALKED AWAY. We approached the counter and let them know what we were told. They boxed them, didn’t ask if we wanted drizzles or anything and didn’t apologize.

Pizza is maybe a three. I am giving such a low review because they no only forgot to make my order, but repeatedly tells me it's in the oven and coming right up. Dude I am watching you make my order and putting it in. It's ok to tell me you forgot so I have to wait ten minut s. But it's not ok to lie to my face. Also, the manager offered to refund me when I asked about my order for the second time,. But when I was leaving and asked about the refund, he told me he can't do that. Again, I don't need the refund, but if you offer, you need to deliver. So they lied to me twice. Lastly, they screwed up all three pizzas I got. One they forgot two of the toppings I ordered, another they added sauce when I asked for none, and the last they didn't cut the pizza. Won't be coming here again due to lying managers and general incompetence.

Horrible.

Everyone working here is amazing! I have a fairly severe allergy to gluten, and was able to rest here without getting sick. The staff was extremely careful about cross contamination and amazing dealing with my multitude of questions. I really appreciate all the effort that went into getting me my order without and sass or attitude and even more the effort that was put into ensuring my order stay gluten free!

The food and beverage is fine. but while I was sitting there enjoying my lunch one of the workers came to my table and asked me if I had paid for it. I offered him to check his receipts against my credit card since I didn't ask for a receipt when I paid for it. The place only had 2 customers and 6 employees so crowd size was not an issue. I packaged my food and left. The place is being run by people who don't understand customer service.

Thanks to the coupon received in the mail, my son and I got buy one get one free!!! I wanted to try the cauliflower crust but they were sold out!!! So asked asked about the keto crust and they said they sold out!!! Sunday night at 6pm!! But overall good experience. I love the balsamic glaze!!

New Arcadia location.
Only fresh pizza here. You ordered they made it. Fast and delicious. Store layout was quite nice. Warm and cozy. This place is for everyone, especially great for family. Unlimited soft drink refill.
Service is outstanding. Pizza is delicious.
