This place is a lovely excuse to eat pizza. The setting is lively, and pleasant. I love their cauliflower pizza crust! It's crunchy like thin crust pizza, but totally guilt free for me. No worries about bloating or weight gain. Gluten free! The other pizza crust was good as well. We enjoyed the lettuce wraps very much. They give a good amount of filling. It's very tasty as well. Good for birthdays. They have a club for that.

Me and the family had a good experience here. Was able to find a seat quite fast. Keep note that if you do have a stroller you most likely have to park it in a stroller area. The server we had was very nice and patient. The place has a good amount of tables.

Food
We went with one of our favorites; the bbq chicken salad full, and one of my kids favorites the bbq chicken pizza. Feel like these are a must for each time we come by. We decided this time to try the shrimp zucchini pastas as well as one of the corn appetizers.

I was seated pretty fast but after we got seated we saw a huge line of people waiting. Quite nice having a CPK in a big mall like this one. Until next time!

I've always had great memories at CPK, so when I saw their lunch special advertised online, I just had to give it a go. It had been quite a while since I last visited, reminiscing about the good times shared with friends over pizza and endless conversations. So, I went for the half soup half salad deal, which was a steal at $8.99. I went with the BBQ chicken salad and tortilla soup combo, and boy, was it delicious! The flavors were on point, with the salad bursting with freshness and zingy barbecue sauce, and the soup giving me that cozy & slight spicy kick. Even though the person at the front said that things were taking longer we still had great service. California Pizza Kitchen remains a fantastic spot for a tasty meal and a good time, just like I remembered. There are a few outdoor seating if that's what you prefer.

Heard great things about this place so decided to swing by for pickup on a weekday afternoon. The restaurant is located inside the Santa Anita shops and there’s plenty of parking for the mall nearby. Lots of seating, very friendly and helpful staff. I tried their popular BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza came out quickly but the crust seemed a little chewy/undercooked. BBQ sauce had good flavor, cilantro on top was refreshing and worked well with the pizza. Chicken was somewhat dry. Was a bit pricey for what you get but would stop by and give it another try. If you’re looking for a quick pick me up CPK is a solid choice.

It took us 35mins to receive our food, so we were almost late to our movie. My partner’s pizza had no color on it at all (onions and pineapples were undercooked, and the crust was super pale). I ordered the shrimp scampi zucchini where the pasta was al dente but the zucchini ribbons were somehow overcooked so the whole dish was super watery. Didn’t have much flavor in it at all. Overall, can’t say I’d recommend.

I am a CPK customer for many years!
I asked the Receptionist for a bigger table. She gives me a bad attitude and throws the menus on the table. Good thing is I have had a good experience previously for many years so I did not leave. I hope the manager can improve the service like it used to be before.

It was fine. Prices are unbeatable during happy hour (3-6) the staff are nice it was fine. It’s a good location. My kid wanted to watch the game that started while we were still there. They have tvs with the game.

I'm cool on this CPK... are server informed me that I couldn't bring my psychiatric service dog, who is legally registered. She is not an ESA dog. She had to stay under the table, instead right next to my chair , nor could I give her a bowl of water. Now I had her travel bowl with me, nor could I order her a chicken breast have it placed in a to go container. The older male manager was just as foul as our sorry server. We left. I reported them to corporate. I have never had any issue with my service animal at any other restaurant.

So over all place is a pretty good part of the chain. Things to watch out for though is when there is a massive rush or huge parties their service and food quality declines a bit (had to wait an hour for food before after ordering due to the rush and a couple of huge parties). If you are able to swing in on an off time though, service is great and the food is well prepared.

Enjoyed my time at CPK this past weekend. Got the chicken fettuccine and it tasted just as good as I got it last time.

The only thing that will hold me back from going there in the future is the price increase. I can live with once a month dining there but I didn't enjoy the smaller portion of food being served now. I thought it was my imagination but I asked my kid who went with me and she agreed the portions is way smaller.
It used to be about 2 meals for the chicken fettuccine but it's about 1.5 meals worth not.

Conviently located in a mall. Came in for the pi day special (dine in spend $25 for a $3.14 pizza). It was a good deal and it has been a long time since I've had cpk. Can ask for more appetizer bread and currently the cpk gift cards are on sale at Costco ($80 for $100) if ur looking to go.

The food is excellent, but the service was terrible. We got a nice table at the edge facing the mall. Unfortunately the food took a very long time to come out and we could never get hold of the waiter. I had to get up and flag him down. Many servers were standing around looking busy talking to each other but not attending to the customers. Finally my server came over with a bunch of dirty plates to check on our table. It was disgusting. I had to finally pack everything up and take it home. This is a well-known chain but that particular location needs to step up on their server training

Good spaghetti and kids fusilli with meat sauce. Asking for extra cheese (not take out) will give you hand shredded cheese for free! Very delicious food, if you happen to pass by, why not give it a try. Also the bread was sourdough, which i enjoy. Thanks CPK for this wonderful experience.

My waitress was very rude. Took forever to bring our bread. And I gave her my number for the points and she didn’t add them. Never going back. The CPK downtown LA has way better service. The girl was the tallest waitress there. Wish I remembered her name.

This place(in the Santa Anita mall) used to be OKAY in the PAST but not anymore. Seems they have forgot HOW they used to cook some of the dishes. To name one ex: Spicy Buffalo Colliflower (which used to be our favorite) was served absolutely taste less. It's NEITHER CRISPY NOR SPICY. Seems they either forgot to put the toppings they used to PUT in the PAST or they have removed that topping option!!. This is not the first time we have such experience we had almost similar experience during our last visit but we thought that would be one-time but we proved WRONG!!!.

Also not sure why we kept waiting too LONG even though there was little tp no crowd when we visited!!

Only reasonable thing was SERVICE but NOT the FOOD. Tried multiple items but unfortunately nothing met our expectations nor we get the feel of the taste that it used to be in the past!!

Its worth mentioning that the other CPK at a nearby place is still very good and we will stick to that.

I wanted to be a CPK regular but i had such a bad experience yesterday at this location. They are completely understaff. Takes a long time for them to check up on you and I waited 15+ minutes to pay via apple pay. I had to get up and pay at the bar cause the guy was so overworked i could have been there 30 mins. waiting.

The last straw was that they raised their prices and they didn't update their menu. So scummy. I made purchasing decisions like their 1.75 fruit that's now almost 4 dollars. Will it break the bank? No but i want to know the real price at least before i make decisions.

Way to overpriced now with too many limitations on deals along with long slow service means you can skip. If they are gonna raise their prices at least have better service and show the actual real price. : /

Average food, nothing special about the atmosphere. Our server missed a few things. We had to ask for plates for our appetizer. By the time they came, we were already served our main course. We asked for dressing on the side for our salads, but they came already poured on the salad.

It was Grand daughters birthday. We dinner there, the food was outstanding. Allan was are server.

I encourage any undercover food inspector and food critic to come and evaluate the service at this location. As a loyal CPK customer, I usually go to the Pasadena location but I was shopping at the Santa Anita mall and therefore thought I’d give this location a try, even though it was an overstimulating environment (busy Saturday nigh), for this #ActuallyAutistic.

I decided to sit at the bar due to the long wait list. The bartender and entry host are the only reason I’m giving this review a one star (otherwise it would’ve been a zero). The management team (Tai & Brittany); including their favored staff who stood idle, ate in the cooking/service area, texted and huddled in the corner, while the other team members were non-stop servicing, are the reason I’m taking the time to write this review.

I waited for approximately 15-minutes to get the attention of both management and idle staff, for a water refill. Brittany had the audacity to challenge my concern of her poor management and customer service (e.g., poor leadership - setting the example to the rest of the staff and patriarchal treatment - interacting with the gentleman sitting next to me, who came after me, while ignoring me), by invalidating my frustration of my food growing cold (inedible) as I waited for a water refill, by pointing out that I had the glass of wine I had ordered available, if I was truly thirsty.

The management duo took no ownership of their unprofessionalism and were visibly annoyed by my feedback, assuming I wanted my food to be comped (which I declined). Instead I requested that management team “do better” at their job in the food service industry. Brittany’s and Tai’s response to my customer service request, was huddling in the corner with the idle workers and looking at my direction in laughter.

As someone who works in a multidisciplinary team, I will definitely not be coming back here under this unqualified management crew. I simply wanted to enjoy my dinner while watching the Jaguars/Chargers NFL game; which unfortunately, didn’t happen.

Our food was great. The service was good from the server, but I believe he had the most tables out of all the servers. We waited quite a bit for drinks multiple times. I truly believe he had a difficult party to handle. All in all, it was a good experience.

It was the worst type of pizza ever a small pizza for 28 bucks super thin six little tiny pieces like really for that price I expected something delicious and way more bigger for that price I do not recommend the pizza I do recommend the avocado chicken raps those are good but this place is very pricey

Always a good place to get good pizza. Usually busy on weekends. Service is good, but we've had orders wrong on more than one occasion. The menu is small. ( they should change it up once in awhile) We will continue to visit CPK it's still a good time! Enjoy
