I had dinner here on a Friday evening with my family. It was pretty busy but we were able to find parking and were seated quickly. Our server was friendly and helpful, and the food came out not long after we ordered. The chicken barbecue pizza was delicious! I enjoyed the strawberry shortcake Pizookie, although the center of it was not cooked completely.

We are back to this location. Our kids always love BJs restaurant, and we are close to this location. We signed up for the wait list, and the table will be ready about 20 to 30 minutes, so we went out to get some grocery nearby. When we got the text, we already rushed back to the restaurant, but they said tables were assigned to others, and we had to wait another 15 mins or so. They should have called us to verify if we are coming back. We ordered the kids' menu for our little one, and we had their double bones in pork chop that came with soup or salad with 2 sides and dessert, sirloin steak with baby back ribs combo also come with 2 sides, and chicken parmigiana. Everything was great! Our server is quite attentive, although he did make some mistakes on our orders but was corrected later. We also ordered their holiday drinks "the tipsy snowman", it quite good more like Bailey's with cinnamon stick. We end our dinner with their famous pizookie with ice cream.

We went for the spooky pazookie and a cocktail. The blueberry bourbon cocktail was good the unlucky ducky was super cute but tastes like pineapple. You can pay more to keep the tub. The pazookie was really good. The cookie was rich and chocolatey the ice cream was orange but not orange flavored. You get to pour the magic shell on which was cool. The service was good and location was clean. The wait wasn’t bad and somethings were kind of pricey but if you have the app they have some good deals. Parking can be a little tricky. The restrooms were clean with only two stalls. The hostess was very nice and helpful. Ten out of ten recommend.

I hadn’t been to BJ’s in a while, but I recently visited with friends to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Overall, we had a great experience. The food was good, and I particularly enjoyed the prime rib special with grilled veggies. While the prime rib was flavorful, it wasn’t as tender as I had hoped.

However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the Pizookie. It was heavenly—freshly baked and topped with ice cream. Our server provided excellent service, making the evening even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Came in on Saturday for a quick and simple bday dinner. Turns out our server Kaitlynn made it exceptional with her professional and friendly service!! It was a pretty busy Saturday around 9:40pm and the majority of the restaurant were seated with customers. Kaitlynn still went to all her tables and greet/check on all her customers. She came over apologizing for such a wait and got our orders. We ordered our usual, Avacado Egg Roll, Couscous Mac and Cheese Balls, Prime Rib, Clam Chowder, Strawberry Dream and etc. As soon as we finished ordering, our soup and drink had already arrived. I never experienced such speedy service at any other BJ's before. However, as we were finishing our soup, our Prime Rib dinner came before our appertizer (which was confusing but we were hungry and didn't care anyways!) Later, as we were finishing our Prime Rib, our appertizer came at the same time Kaitlynn came and checked on us. She noticed that our steak came before the appertizer and apologized for the service but we understand that it wasn't her fault anyways. It wasn't a big deal to us anyways as long as we get the foods we ordered. Later we got the famous pizookies and we got both the salted caramel and chocolate chunk. They were both amazing. Kaitlynn lighted a cute candle as she wishes me a happy birthday! At the end, she also wrote a happy birtdhay on my receipt!!

I can't express how Kaitlynn made my day so much better with her cute, friendly and professional service!! She is one of the best server I had experienced at any BJ restaurant!! She pays attention to her guests and noticed all the little details! I rather drive a bit longer to have such an amazing experience than to save on commute time!! Again, thank you Kaitlynn for such an amazing experience!!

I found a hair in my pizza. At first they didn’t want to accept then i took it out from cheese to show them and after that they just say sorry and replace with the other one . I really didn’t lime their customer service i thought they are gonna take care of that but it didn’t happen

Love the yummy pizookie selection! Good pizza! Food is expensive though! Came in to pick up my pizookie.....make sure to check that your pizookie comes with all the ingredients before you leave the restaurant. Mine was missing the hot fudge, and there was barely any whipped cream in the to go container!

Came here for Veterans Day and was surprised to see that they have a parking spot designated for Purple Heart recipients, mad respect to BJs for that and supporting our troops.

Ordered a steak salad 8:25 on a Wed night, and after the app showed my order ready for pickup after 30, but it took another 30 min wait in the restaurant because a large catering order was being boxed up ahead of my order. The meat was cold (but tasty) by the time it was brought out and there wasn't very much greens or other vegetables, it felt like just a garnish for the (fairly generous) meat portion. Maybe don't let large orders stall small orders that are ready to go.

Kaitlyn is was a fantastic guild through the menu. She was kind and helpful. I also had the margarita flight. I almost never enjoy a spicy Margarita.This was a pleasant surprise ( to love it ) as it was perfectly balanced. Hilda is a fantastic bartender.

Arcadiaのメイン通りにあるビールを売りにしたレストランです。もちろんビールの種類が豊富で、食事は全般美味しいです。パスタは茹ですぎでイマイチでしたが。スポーツ番組を見せるTV画面が多くあり、スポーツバーのようでもあります。けっこう混んでいました。この辺りで、スポーツxビールx食事を探しているならオススメの選択肢です。

Food was pretty good, drink was good. It would have been nice if we got plates, utensils and napkins BEFORE all the appetizers arrived, and I didn't have to wait to see a server and ask for these. And apparently my friend could not get a cup of warm water.
There were plenty of empty tables but we got a 25 mns wait time so we sat at the bar

Last time we came we had amazing service, so we came back, but unfortunately had the opposite experience. We spent 1 hour and 40 mins here total, for lunch, despite coming with 2 kids and an infant. Literally every item we ordered had an issue and the waitress forgot something. I asked for blue cheese for my salad, took at least 20 mins to receive it. Then when our pizza came it wasn't cut, so we had to wait for it to be cut so we could eat it. It was cold by the time we got her attention. Then we asked for a box for my daughter's unfinished kids meal. The box never came, we were so frustrated with our experience we just left without it. Lastly, we ordered a pzookie, when it also never arrived, we asked where it was and we're told it was given to another table. We could wait for another, after having already waited 1 hour and 40 mins. (To paint a picture: My infant had a diaper change, nap, and eaten herself all in this amount of time.) Because we never received all of our food, we left still hungry. Still hungry, with a bill of $60+ for lunch that consisted of 2 side salads, a $24 pizza the size of a personal pizza, & 2 kids meals. It's ridiculous. I wish I never came here, it was a waste of time, money, and my infant's patience. I now have to go home and cook anyways. Worst experience dining out I've ever had and wish I could get my time and money back.

Came on Tuesday for the $5 Pizookie deal. The “fresh strawberries” are frozen. You know when you get fresh cut fruit and they have the taste like the onions or vegetables that were chopped on the cutting board before? That’s exactly how they tasted. Maybe the chefs didn’t wash their hands or the cutting board but it was not pleasant. The cookie in the pizookies are all not fully cooked. Very gummy, soft, and undercooked. Not many people in the late afternoon and there is a free parking lot. They have a bar with the games playing. We were greeted walking in by staff. Our server was alright. Nothing extraordinary. He did let us know that if we signed up on the BJ app, all our pizookies would be free though so we did take advantage of that deal. Overall very underwhelming experience.

We got very attentive and great service. Marie was patient and would give us napkins and refill our water at just the right times. I came in a group with my special needs daughters and she kept checking to make sure that she could get what she needed.

Marie is one of the best servers we’ve ever had.

All the appetizers (wings, calamari with lemon salt) were delicious along with our main courses (prime rib, ahi salad and tri tip).

It’s just a little loud so conversations are a little harder.

Kaitlynn was awesome as our server. She valiantly protected me from the basil 🌿 while providing plenty for my mother. Great smile and attitude left me feeling energized! The spaghetti and meatballs was delish and the new cinnamon roll pizookie was tasty but a little doughy in parts. The only downer was the super awkward loud date going on next to us. I never thought I’d miss social distancing.

You can't really go wrong with BJs. But what stood out most for me this time, is the experience, and the main experience has to be the service, for this particular visit. 氛围不错，装修风格豪放大方，很有美国西部狂野的特色，有许多电视，有吧台也有卡座。服务生热情有活力。牛排很经典，肉质鲜美可口，火候刚好，且分量足。猪排分量更足，口味尚可。薄饼披萨也很有特色，分量很大，可以多人分享，我觉得略咸。沙拉很好看。也有许多简便午餐可选。上菜略慢，或许是因为我们中午点牛排的缘故，但服务生很有礼貌的过来打招呼和follow up过好几次，我们也没有很着急，所以还好。邻桌大约是点的午餐，上菜特别快。适合多人聚餐，小孩特别喜欢圆形卡座。总体来说体验不错，推荐。

Our first time at BJs was an amazing experience! We immediately noticed a fun family friendly atmosphere and the service was amazing. Our server Anastasia was an absolute sweetheart. Since it was our first time, she gave excellent recommendations and was very well informed on everything the restaurant has to offer. She truly cares about everyone she serves. This was an overall great experience and we will definitely be asking Anastasia to be our server the next time we decide to come. By the way, pizookies are also SUPER DELICIOUS!!!

Family friendly with great service! Our kids loved their meals (mini smashed burger served on sweet buns w/ a side of fresh fruit), and we loved ours (prime rib special). The Oreo cookie pizookie was divined and we devoured it in 3 minutes. Will definitely be back.

Came in around noon on a Saturday, moderately busy. I didn't have too much time so I sat at the bar. For the first 5 minutes I never saw any staff in the bar area. Not sure where they were but it wasn't a good start. Maya came in as the server and after checking on some others she noticed me and came to help. She was friendly and attentive from that point, much appreciated! I ordered the nachos dish, bowl of chili and a pomegranate margarita. The drink was kind of like Hi-C punch with salt on the glass, pretty lame and disappointing. Chili was also very average, could have come from a can of Hormel. The Nachos were the best item, loads of goodness with fresh guacamole and a flavorful salsa. The broiled chicken cubes were tasty and tender. Overall it was just above average. Lots of room for improvement at this location.

I came here with a big party and sat in Fatima’s section. Haven’t been here in a while so we asked for suggestions, she was very attentive and polite. She suggested the hickory brisket burger and the Mac n cheese balls which were both really good! Overall had a great experience and amazing server!
