Cheesecake Factory has done a great job keeping their restaurants up to date and relevant. There are so many choices and options from big eaters to health conscious.
Our choice is to come for weekend brunch and then a visit to the mall. So we can get in early enough to get decent parking, lunch and stroll around the shops to walk off the food.

This was our first time at this location. The food was delicious. We did water down the cucumber lemonade because it was a bit too sweet, but we enjoyed it. We took home the cheese cake slices and they were very tasty. Service was great from the start to the end. The restaurant is clean and great decor.

My wife and I enjoy the food and the service at the Cheesecake Factory everything we order a meal the food looks so good and the aroma coming from the food from other table is overwhelming no wonder everybody enjoy the Cheesecake Factory. The Cheesecake Factory in Santa Anita mall in Arcadia gets really busy we notice right away.

We came early to have our dinner then dessert with a piece of their delicious cheesecake. We wait for couple of minutes to get our table then they text me our table was ready. The hostess hand us the menu and we were looking at the menu what to order. My wife order the Bristo Burger and I order the Cubano sandwich and we also order our drinks.

They brought us bread and butter they were very good. The waitess bring us our meal it looks so good. The Cubano sandwich look so like an the original you see in Miami,FL in Calle Ocho. I order a side salad instead the fries. The sandwich was incredible good with so much flavors like the roast pork and the ham and the Swiss cheese,mustard and pickles bring those flavor in one classic sandwich. The side salad was really good.

My wife enjoy her Bistro burger very much after we finished with our meal we decided to order dessert. We order a slice of Triple Berry this Cheesecake is incredible good with so much flavor in a cheesecakes.

Great service every time. Staff is great! Friendly service. Delicious food and drinks. Filet mignon cooked perfectly. The margaritas hit the spot. Don't forget the slice of cheesecake🍰 for the ride home🤤 Recommend making reservations online and Skip the wait! Atmosphere is great for date night (and getting bread thrown at you by other guests 😂)

Really one of the very best locations for The Factory. Beautiful ambiance. Amazing mall and restaurant location. Spectacular scenes. Food is consistent and tasteful. Service was good; not the best but good. House bread was a little hard to bite as it overbaked a bit. Tropical drink was very nice. A lot to be desired in a prime area. Cheesecake is always the staple.

The Cheesecake Factory. Food here is always consistent in terms of taste and portion. What isn’t consistent is the service. Sometimes good sometimes bad, but today the service was amazing . To be honest Harleen is probably the best waitress I’ve had at Cheesecake Factory. I usually come to cheesecake during lunch or happy hour. Today I came with my family and we had the street corn ( these are addicting ) , the happy hour burger , and the friend Mac and cheese.
Harleen was super quick to always check in on us if we ever needed anything. Not once did I need to look for her cuz she was already always attentive . Each time we asked for anything or help , she always did so with a nice warm smile. You know the feeling you get when you ask for something but you feel like a bother ? Harleen never made us feel like that and she always made us feel welcomed.
The service was the highlight of the visit along with the street tacos .

This review only reflects the visit I made this evening every other time has been 5 stars.
I ordered the French Dip burger with onions. Sandwich was cut in 3 parts with a small clump of onions in the middle section only. The meat was room temperature with the cold cheese slices stacked on top unmelted. (as you can see in the attached pictures) We also ordered a bacon burger mayonnaise only that we received it doused in the garlic dip sauce. My son also asked for a cheesecake slice for dessert before we left and the waitress neglected to put in the order and brought us the check instead. The manager was courteous in correcting the mistakes after the fact, but the waiting staff was unapologetic.

The food was as usual and great, service provided by Noah was amazing. Starting with the ordering, it was done with attentiveness, and all the orders arrived correctly and timely. And of course, tasted great. Every time anyone needed refill, he does it before we even asked. We enjoyed our meal from being sat down to ordering to dining to packing up and payment was amazing.

I deducted a star because this was a Saturday, and the restaurant was supposedly open at 11am, but due to some difficulty all of us, with a reservation or not, had to stand and wait outside in the 80°F heat. I understand that it's unforeseen, but as a customer, it was not a good experience.

Safe choose for family dinner. I think the price went up a lot after the pandemic. service is always good, but there are not enough service people. We shared two main entrees and a couple small dishes for three people and it was enough. It’s very

*UPDATE*
I believe my last review was years ago. I'm pleased to say that things have improved EXPONENTIALLY! Our server, Andrea, was AMAZING and we had a wonderful meal with our Ohana. The food was great, especially the calamari. There was no need to find a manager, and I'm extremely happy with how our dinner went. I look forward to more dinners here!

What can I say about this place that hasn't been said already? It's the Cheesecake Factory. Kinda loud, some pretentious patrons, overworked but kind and respectful waitresses with tons of tables to serve, damn decent food that's a bit overpriced, and... wait for it... Cheesecake. It's like Baskin Robbins for cheesecake here. Good stuff tho. Wouldn't go out of my way to return, but wouldn't say no to an invite to dine here again (hint, hint!) Overall, good experience, good food, good service, tho.

As much as haters gonna hate, they're consistently good though the decades (service, food, value). Honestly, their free bread 🤤. My fav hack is showing up at 4pm monday-friday for their happy hour in the bar (until 6pm) AND partaking in their lunch menu (until 5pm). Lunch menu items: cobb salad, fish and chips, and grilled salmon. Happy Hour: whiskey smash, happy hour burger (+fries for a small charge), and chicken pot stickers.

Took my friend for her bday. I joined the cheesecake rewards and received nothing. The email said to let them know and I felt stupid when he said no we don’t do anything. And smirked. The pasta was a bit tough. The waiter gave her the smallest cup with whip cream. We spent almost 100 and he couldn’t even do a scoop of ice cream for her. Kinda sad most restaurants do at least that.

The Cheesecake Factory. Food here is always consistent in terms of taste and portion. What isn’t consistent is the service. Sometimes good sometimes bad, but today the service was amazing . To be honest Harleen is probably the best waitress I’ve had at Cheesecake Factory. I usually come to cheesecake during lunch or happy hour. Today I came with my family and we had the street corn ( these are addicting ) , the happy hour burger , and the friend Mac and cheese.
Harleen was super quick to always check in on us if we ever needed anything. Not once did I need to look for her cuz she was already always attentive . Need a place to come and completely modify the menu items and serve you even after they're closed and a place were you can get mediocre defrosted cheesecakes that were made off-site in a commissary kitchen? , you can even bring parties of 10 or more 1 min before they close and force the servers and cooks to stay longer just for you. Heck you can even stay and chat 1 hr after they've already closed. 10/10 will come back again

Extra Extra read all about it a new bar tender name Andrew. My boyfriend and I order a piña colada drinks they were the bomb. My boyfriend and I just got back from Hawaii. It brought us back reminiscing of Hawaii. I been coming to Cheesecake Factory in Arcadia for years and always ordering the piña colada’s drinks and no one can ever make are drinks so delicious and dynamite. Andrew you hit it on the dot.I even inform the manager from cheesecake factory who is the bartender. He informed me a new bartender in the house name, Andrew. Manager asked us if we wanted another piña colada my boyfriend and I looked at each other. We turned around and looked up that manager, and we said yes that’s how good that piña colada is. Andrew keep pumping up the jam on those hands 🙌 and the measurement on those drinks. We are coming back for more… especially since it’s summer those are the best drinks 🍹 to have. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

It's always a bit of a wait for large parties 6 or more. But once seated, Zach, our server, was amazing. The food was delicious. Great portions and plating were perfectly delightful for pictures. The chicken costolletta is a must! As for cheesecake, the mixed berry summer slice is magnificent. Wait time for a party of over 6 people is 1hr to 2hrs. It is a bit loud and can be hard to enjoy a conversation.

I was really disappointed with my visit today. I brought my girlfriend for her birthday because she really loves the food and of course the cheese cake. By the time our food came out another table was sat nearby with 3 screaming children (about 10 years old). It was just us and them sitting outside so while we were annoyed we tried to ignore it. Until the kids started running back and forth right next to our table. This one kid almost knocked our drinks over. The server sees this and I just ask "can you do something about this?" He says yes and gets someone to come ask them to please stop the kids from running around. A couple minutes later they start running around again, literally less than a foot from me rolling around on the floor. I asked her "can you do something about this", obviously frustrated, but I was still cordial. Shes says " yeah but you don't be like that there just kids playing around" less than a minute later, running next to us again, climbing the poles for the outdoor heat lamps. I didn't say anything when they were climbing and jumping on their own table. But now I'm mad, So now I go in to talk to the manager. The manager comes out to ask them to not disturb the other guest, and this woman straight tells him no! she's gonna let her kids run around if they want. At this point she actively starts encouraging these kids to yell, be loud and disruptive. The manager felt bad enough about it to take a couple items off the bill, which was appreciated as a gesture but it was the worst restaurant experience I've had in a very long time. And I've worked at restaurants for years. Some parents let their kids act like animals, but you don't let them ruin your other guests'experience. I'm still just very disappointed.

for over 20 years, Cheesecake Factory has been one of my favorite restaurants. The best burger I had was there, the best pasta I've ever had was there, I was always impressed and very happy with my food no matter what I ordered.

Sadly, this place has gone way downhill. I ordered a Jambalaya pasta a week ago and I couldn't believe what I got for a $30 plate. The taste wasn't there, the spice wasn't there and it was portioned correctly for a squirrel.. I came hungry and left just as hungry having to buy more food elsewhere to finish dinner. It felt more like a appetizer as it was gone in 5 or 6 forkfulls. I was soo mad 😠! Needless to say, it will be my last time eating there! don't waste your money on a sorry excuse for a meal. You will feel very cheated! cheers

I ordered a slice of cheese togo at around 3 pm on Jun 19, 2024. The cashier didn't hear 99.99% of what I'm saying (I rarely have this problem) and gave me the tiniest slice of cheesecake I've ever seen in my life.

Also, the back of the cheesecake is burnt. I'm greatly disappointed by the service and food quality at this location.

I’m visiting family in Los Angeles from El Salvador. I was turned away because I didn’t have a California I.D. I’m way over the age of 21 and had gone to previous restaurants around L.A. with no issue showing my Salvadoran I.D. It felt almost like discrimination. Manager is rugged and had no interest in being understanding.

Went to eat here yesterday for my birthday and when the waiter asked if we needed anything else I said yeah and he rolled his eyes. My dad gave the waiter a $20 tip so I don’t know why he rolled his eyes. That kind of attitude makes me not want to return to a place.

I ordered the American cheeseburger. It was big , packed with cheese, onions, tomatoes. The only complaint I have is it's too wet! They smother too much sauce, the lettuce was wet too which made the burger way too slippery. The bun got soggy too..Next time I'll skip the secret sauce...

Lunch time during the week has little to no wait. Servers are usually very attentive and check in offering refills as they should. The have a large menu with tons of options and different sized plates in case your not too hungry.

It was okay atmosphere and I would not recommend getting the Chinese Chicken salad. The day after I had a bad stomach ache and got food poisoning from it, been in bed last 6 days sadly, something was off about that dish. The food menu is massive here and they may have let quality slip with that dish. Also, the Chinese Chicken salad, it was too much dressing on it and the mixer didn't match well. There are plenty of free parking and nice mall locations. The atmosphere is loud, but the lighting is nice. The dessert are more of what they are known for, so better to stick with ordering that like I did last time, then I would have not gotten a tummy ache. Waiter was nice, but he was super forgetful, entire experience was off this time.

I recommend this place. If you don't eat alot like me. I would suggest to split an order or if you are a party of 4. Then order a couple of things and split it in 4. The plates are big. You can get a Free Cheesecake slice on your Birthday if you sign up for their Rewards Membership. It's a nice place to go on a date, to meet up with friends or family. You can meet there for a meeting, for a drink, Lunch or Dinner or if you love cheesecake! ♥ They have such a variety of cheesecakes. Great Service, the food is good and the atmosphere is good. If possible make reservations or get there early because it gets busy. I give it 5 Stars!!!!!!

Dinner with family and feel satisfied with the food and the server. His name is Rafi. He is very nice, give us the recommendation and suggestion for our Rib eye steak, and pasta. Highly recommend it.

The only bad experience was changing my granddaughters pamper. The Changing table in the woman's restroom is not elevated properly. Didn't find out til I layed her down. Scary experience. I had my niece hold it up and used my own knee too. Please fix it. Thanks

Dropped In for lunch on a Friday. Ordered a turkey burger and it was surprisingly decent. Topped with avocado, red onion and a well cooked patty (that actually was seasoned), this burger was not dry or tough like other turkey burgers I've had elsewhere. The salad that came with was rather wilty and unremarkable, however. Plenty of parking and it was not super busy thst day. Service was quick and attentive. I'll be back.

We like the spaghetti and salad. The manager is very professional in this branch. We appreciate the service of TIANNA , she is doing a great job. I highly recommend her because she had a good attitude, friendly, and caring personality. Indeed she’s very attentive and honest. We have a good time eating in this restaurant. My elderly mom was injured and they are refusing to pay her medical bill.

A couple months ago my elderly mom and I were eating at the Arcadia location and while she was eating Tortilla SOUP, she bit down on something that was clearly not supposed to be there. We heard a loud CRUNCH and a few seconds later she had a horrified look on her face and spit out her dental bridge.

Long story short, the corporate hacks are refusing to pay to replace her bridge because they said that since we dont have the piece of bone or whatever it was to PROVE she bit down on a "foreign object"they won't help her pay to have it replaced. So...in a very upsetting moment, since we didn't think to dig through what she spit out and find the culprit, we are out of luck.

My mom is 80 years old, on Medicare and doesn't have dental insurance. The cost to replace her bridge is going to be AT LEAST $5000. We figure this is why they went from "of course we will take care of it!" to..."sorry you have no proof this was our fault". She was eating SOUP. What more proof do you need???!! What is in your soup that is capable of breaking permanent dental work???

They have lost two very loyal customers and my only recourse at this point is to tell people what they did to us so maybe they lose a few more.

Went on Sunday nite revived are plates are portions size were small especially when your paying 24.00 to 30.00 for each plate! My son got Alfredo w chicken there barely any chicken i had got spaghetti and meatballs the noodles were to feed a 10 year old I’m not sure if this how you treat your guests cause we came in 30 minutes before closing time and were just getting the last picking of the nite! It’s better to turn people away! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

For a chain restaurant, they have consistently good food and service. Lots to choose from on their huge menu.

Terrible service. Waited for 2 hrs when they said it was only going to be 1 hr - 1hr and a half. Ridiculous. Worst service I’ve ever experienced

The food is good though never exceptional. However, the service is always great and the atmosphere is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

The service and atmosphere is still great, but the quality of the food has gone down a bit. It's not bad, but it's not great either. I had the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, and the noodles were soggy, and the flavor was bland. There was way too much chicken and not enough shrimp. My daughter's for cheese pasta was better, but again, it's not great. I need to come back try the miso salmon, which was my purge go to plate.

Went there for lunch and we were totally disappointed by the experience. Took forever to get our main courses and they arrived lukewarm, like they were ignored on a counter for a long while. We sent the meals back and offered to pay for the appetizer and beverages, but the manager waived the entire bill which was nice.
