I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I had a passionfruit green tea and a mango Yakult smoothie with boba. The second time I ordered a Oreo bubble waffle and Okinawa fresh milk. All were delicious!

Best drinks we got after a hiking day. I recommend Dragon Fruit lemon , it tasted amazing that we had to go back and re-order more.

The drinks are okay, I tried a few and the whole lemon green tea with honey possibly taste alright compared to all the others I tried here. I am very surprised though for the title of this shop, Happy Lemon and there no lemonade choice and the drink has to have a tea flavor in it, they do not give that option of no tea for customers, which is a bummer. I stopped in thinking it was a lemonade place and gave it a try. A lot of the flavors I find doesn't blend well for me, its just has a weird after taste. The waffle snack they have are good, but have to be eaten right away or its not very good once it gets cold, definitely not meant to be eaten later. The staff are hit and miss, some are friendly and some not so much from trying this place 3 times. There is a point online app systems you can sign up for if you want to sign up for to get a free drink once you reach the level of points. The location is not ideal, parking is free, but the lot size is tiny, sometimes very difficult finding parking. The atmosphere is small inside and the wait is very long whether its busy or not. Also, quite pricey, its $6 and up for majority of the items. There few restaurants and other snack places near this place too.

I recently had the opportunity to visit your new location, which opened less than two months ago. Having tried Happy Lemon from various states before, I had a good idea of what to expect. I'm pleased to say that the drinks were all delicious and freshly made.

However, I wanted to bring to your attention an observation regarding the staffing situation. When I visited today around 6 PM, I noticed there was only one employee, Shannon, who was managing all aspects of the front operations. She handled taking orders, making drinks, making waffles, and distributing orders. I was quite surprised that there were no additional staff members present at the time.

While I understand that the limited space of the cafe promotes a grab-and-go concept, the workload seemed overwhelming for one person. Despite this, Shannon handled everything efficiently, although it did result in a 15-minute wait for my order. To acknowledge her efforts, I decided to leave an additional tip.

I believe that having more staff members scheduled during peak hours could help prevent such situations and enhance the overall customer experience. Please consider this feedback as constructive, as it is intended to support the success of your new location.
