The manager Ebony, from this location is great. I had issues with an online/store purchase and she was able to help me out greatly. I highly recommend shopping at this GNC location. They communicate well and have great understanding of their products.

The location was clean and the guy working there was really nice and helpful. We got a few nutrition bars we were looking for and he recommended a few we might try. They didn’t have the protein powder we were looking for. They did have these cute little protein powder keychains with superheroes on them for 499. I didn’t get one, but they were pretty cute. I would recommend checking out the store. They might have what you’re looking for, but they don’t have a large selection.

Just like a few other customers said, horrible service…. I’m talking about the 2 very rude lady. We were serious buyers, and were planning to spend with GNC, but I would rather spend my money elsewhere. They also trying to push their protein powder by GNC for 2 times more expensive than the best brand out there lol Ridiculous service, will never return to them.

I was a GNC gold member 10 years ago. After a while I stopped the membership. Today I went to GNC store and the rep is super nice to me. He helped me with all my needs and also introduced me the membership benefit. His name is Nick. I bought the membership because of his friendly customer service.

Every time I get there, one of the sales keeps pushing you to open a gold member account. When you say no, she seems unhappy and keeps asking you to do so, I know you need commissions or something, but really? No wonder it’s quiet there all the time

Absolutely horrible customer service, very rude lady and manager who has no interest in talking to you . What I find funny is that you come for an original product and they automatically recommend you to the most expensive stuff they have . Ridiculous

有个男服务员的一直让办什么会员，很不专业，很打扰购物体验。建议查一下-A male salesperson kept insisting on signing up for some membership, which was very unprofessional and disruptive to the shopping experience. I was recommended the membership three times just for buying one item. I suggest this issue be addressed.

Really bad service. We want to return the items, but they are really unwilling to helping us becoz we bought too much online. They ask us to call customer service, but customer service told us we can come here to return.
They meant like it’s our faults to buy so many GNC products online so that they can’t help us in the retail store.
First of all, there were no rules saying in the Internet that we cannot return items in the store.
Then they let us feel buying GNC products online is a bad behavior.

So it’s a really really bad experience, lost my interest to be a loyal GNC customer.
