Food 4 Less

I stopped by this Food 4 Less this morning to get some flowers that we'll be taking to my wife grandparents grave. It been a while since I came to this Food 4 Less like years just because I don't like the area. But I came today because it's close to my house and I figure they won't be busy in the early morning. I found parking easily near the front and when I walked in, the place looks different. The candies are near the front since it's almost Halloween and all the other snacks are there too. I looked at their ice cream but none stood out to me. I got some crunch and m&m chocolates along with a coke bottle. I saw the flowers and I thought they were reasonably priced. I pay at the self checkout station.

If I could I would give this place a negative 1. Went to go get food and found this in there fridge. All of there fridge had mold. Mold on all the racks and back of the racks.

Not buying anything from here any more.

I like shopping here early on Sunday morning to get my basics for the week. Always clean at that time, easy to get around, cashiers are friendly, parking lot is civil. Easy in, easy out, and good prices.

They open self check out now and is effective and I like it. There a person there she is so adorable and very polite. She is always smiling and greeting everyone. This woman is always happy. I admire her positive attitude and she makes my grocery shopping fun. I can’t remember her name but I’ll ask her next time I see her.

I called the store to ask 1 question about returning 2 bags of shredded Kroger brand cheese totalling $4.00
Whoever answeres my question on the phone said "no problem! Come right in..."
I sent my husband in, he was refused the 4 dollar cheese return and given an attitude by the day manager who then accuses him of being dishonest and even so he said he cannot do returns that the reciept says are 3 days old ...
Umm..that's NOT what Kroger return policy states, not what the employee told us on the phone, and upon searching online that time limit isn't states either.
We had the products.
We had our recipet.
We had a phone number with a reward rad number.
It was only 3 days.
And my husband literally went from the entrance to the register to avoid any issues.
So why did the manager flat out Refuse our measly $4 return?
Food for less, please retrain your employees on policies and procedures and retrain and retrain again on how to deliver proper customer service to the customers who guarantee the employees retain employment and recieve a paycheck.
Cause without us they would have neither.
And we deserve a little respect, kindness and proper treatment while spending g our hard earned dollars at your stores when you are Not the only option to shop at.

The guards are useless.
One was falling asleep standing up.
Another time one was too buzy on his cell phone.
Another seems to be out of his mind chatting out loud movie scripts. Hahahaha
Another one is obsessed scratching lotto tickets, never looking up.
Maybe fire the security and hire more cashiers.
Lines are too long.

Nice store, great customer service, very clean and organized, not so crowded...but in the beer spot they don't have a great variety of beers compared to the store at Pacoima on Gleanoaks Blvd which I don't like because is always crowded 😃 So if you are looking to get different type of beers in this store forget it😬

Que triste es que siendo un supermarket muy popular tengan personal tan mal educado pusieron maquinas para que la gente sola pagara sus cosas y en las verduras no tenia codigo sè le pride ayuda a la cajera y tarde demaciado es entendible pero la sorpresa fue que ni siquiera ella Sabian el codigo de las papas y su respuesta fue busquelo por que no se que no se supine que para eso las capacitan ademas estaba molesta y nosotros vamos a comparison no a cer males caras

First: the bakery is irresistibly tempting. The variaty of cheese cakes was surprising. And they always have a really good deal on croissants. You can get 12 for 4 or 5 dollars, and they are delish. Their milk is just under $3. I dare you to find a better price. If you do, make sure the milk is good. Their prices are just what I need, as I'm on disability. The choices in the frozen foods will leave you stuned and wandering around to make a choice. For sure don't go there hungry. Cause then you might want one of each. Good shopping place. Definitely. LA

Just a good market. Nothing too special. Clean and organized. Friendly workers. Good deals. I think they have the most authentic rice, beans, and their red Salsa in the deli section for selling at a market. You gotta try it.
