Great prices and big portions. I enjoyed the chicken. I’m surprised I’ve never eaten here before.

We come here all the time once either Saturday or Sunday. Then we eat here maybe every two weeks during the week so minimum 6 times a month we tip the ladies everytime. They have made mistakes plenty of times, my husband literally had just said when we drove off "shes nice but they always mess up our orders". I called maybe a year ago they forgot to give me something they insisted they did then they wanted me to go get it now or they wouldn't give it to me. Today we went ordered bacon and eggs combo and added extra bacon. 2 pieces 16 dollars for this I'm including picture of what we got. We went to starbucks ran some errands at 830 we finally sat to eat . I'm serving us, I notice there is only 4 bacon strips 3 and 1/2 I think. I tell my husband look he watched me untie bag take bag out then container open the container for the first time. We both look and He said " See! see I told you they always mess up", I said, "did they charge us",they charged us, we survived it's just the point that we are being charged. This is. the 7/8th time being charged for extra bacon or a side and pieces are missing. I started calling it took me over 20 minutes to get through then someone answered stayed quite hung up 3 times. Finally I get through to someone and I tell then she instantly says how many did you want because I know they put extra bacon I said there was only the 4, she says hold on. She gets back on the phone and says see we know for a fast the cook said he put it in there and one of the girls looked in the box and said there was 2 extra pieces. I told her okay well obviously you don't care about your customers or what I have to say We come here a lot and I know for a fact you guys all know who we are. I never complain and why would I lie about this? The whole reason why I'm calling is just to let you guys know that it happened, which is ridiculous to be charged for something and then not get it. And then be told you're a liar. I have no reason to lie.I would not waste my breath. Or time to call. If I was being dishonest and I'm the customer and you're basically telling me screw you.We got your money and the bacon you paid for. I won't give my business to them anymore. Her response was yah idk what to tell you we put it. I instantly tool a picture I planned on showing them during the week when we go back. But nope we like it hear we share the bacon and eggs since it's pricey I think we get 2 sometimes the side of 8. My husband said 2 extra pieces of. Bacon she repeated it. Breakfast burritos for 2, please! Great, made to order perfectly. And the BISCUITS AND GRAVY are the best tasting that I've ever had! Fair prices for good food. And not greasy at all!! Hamburgers, fries and Mexican food is all great!

I ordered and paid for my food at 1:45 pm in the drive thru... After patiently waiting until 1:55 pm and not seeing the employee again, I knocked on the window to get their attention. The employee finally opened the window and asked my to pay another $12... Probably the car behind me. I told her I already paid and she disappeared again.
Finally after about 2 minutes I knocked on the window again and cancelled my order.
They refused to give me a full refund and "could not" refund the taxes even though I received NOTHING from the restaurant.

Absolutely terrible experience, and as a first time customer, it sucks that I did not get to try Tam's and will probably never try again thanks to the terrible staff and management of the Azusa location.

I drove around the block to the in n out and had my food within 6 minutes of getting there.

NEVER AGAIN! They almost KILLED ME. I ordered a Coke Zero very clear. I saw my receipt and asked the Lady at the togo window, Is this Coke Zero because I ordered a Coke Zero im diabetic. She said yes. It was a hot day, I took one big sip and that single big sip lead me to 366 blood sugars by the time I woke up from an unexpected nap. I had to use my insulin and have been eating nothing but protein and water since 7/7/24, it's 7/19/24 today. I finally feel a little better today to post this, because my vision was blurry since. I watch all my food I eat and drink. I ordered the combo because my husband asked for a grilled cheese and fries to take home I thought ok I want a coke zero might as well get the combo. 400-700 blood sugars can take you into a SUGAR COMA and possibly death. Please if you are diabetic, DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING HERE DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. Thank goodness I had insulin at home or I would have a hospital bill to present to Tams Burgers. I have been getting food from Tams for years, but as of this moment, Tams almost killed me. Karma to you guys.

The chicken dinner was excellent. Nice sized normal chicken pieces, not those little Cornish hens that others use. It actually came with fries, zucchini and onion rings (I ate them so you don't see in pix 😃). Very reasonable priced, fast service and great good options! 🥰😋

Wow oh wow! I hardly eat at casual burger places much, but today I drove by Tam’s in Azusa, and I have to say- I was pretty impressed with the quality of the food.
I ordered a burger and fries, pretty good. I also enjoyed the green Huevos Rancheros, and it was really good! The sauce is not spicy, it’s flavorful, and the carne (pork meat) was very tender, cooked well! Adorned with 3 eggs on top, and served with rice and beans. Plenty to satisfy large appetites!

We shared everything!

I highly recommend Tam’s for breakfast too, not just the regular burger spot 😋

Great food, great service, great place to eat...if you dont mind eating at the noise level of a day care center. It is a cacophony of loud music from several kids watching different videos blasting. Its the only thing that keeps me from buying from here more often.

Went thru. Drive and they got my order wring Manger was rude and did even give me my change back after they told us it was more money $43 bucks for 3 boxes they were not professional and nice!! I WILL NOT BE GOUNG BACK....KATHY

Always was curious about Tams, and even more when Kendrick Lamar brought up the name. Finally decided to try it out and WOW. The fries they give you with a large combo put any fast food franchise to shame and their burgers were just AWESOME. It just gives you that roots Mom and Pop style burger joint. Definitely worth a try

Ordered an avacado burger and asada fries. The avacado burgers buns were soggy and it seemed like they added so much dressing to the burger. They were generous on the avacado which was awesome. The fries was something i never seen before. There was so much going on. I had to dig for the fries and scoop all of the topping off. Only to find so little fries at the bottom drenched in a soup it seemed. They werent good at all. It was so expensive for what, nasty food. Never again going here. Trust me, there are better asada fries anywhere else.

Good burger joint with a decent variety of different menu options. Everything I have gotten from here has been pretty good. Theyre fries a nicely seasoned with a good crunch. I recommend the chicken salad, or the chili cheese fries with pastrami if you come with a big appetite and want to be full. The colossal burger is good too.

The burritos are larger then most burritos but some times they will give me a small burrito. I always order delivery so I can tell how big the burrito is by how heavy the bag is and the actual size and weight of the burrito when its in my hand. The burrito is the only reasonably priced item everything else is expensive but the salsa is good and is authentic both red and green. The burritos are about the size of a chipotle burrito just a little smaller but they are more dense and feel like if you hit some one with it you could leave a bruise or atleast a mark or kill a small bird.unlike a chipotle burrito that would just fall apart in your hand. The quality of the food is good too and tastes home made.

Ridiculous that we want to dine in, and there is a barricade not allowing customers access to 5 additional tables in the back. All the other tables were occupied. We left to Alpha Omega which offers more seating.

This is the worst burger joint I ever been to in my whole entire life. I waited 10 minutes at the menu for somebody to talk back to me. Nobody said a word number one and then a old guy was trying to park in a small parking lot and was getting upset at me for being at the menu because they were holding it up so he wanted to argue with me and then I got to the window and I finally was trying to order and the manager came to me and said I shouldnt be talking to them like that when I wasnt even saying that I was going to ask for a menu Horrible garbage I would never go back there or go back there. Ill tell everybody not to go there. My first and last time going to this place, I would not go to this place if it was the last restaurant on earth and I was dying of starvation thats how bad this place was.

Every tams location has different recipes for certain items. The quesadilla here was not the worst Ive had, but still not as good as their Rancho Cucamonga location. Area isnt the nicest and only about a 1/3 of the dining room has re-opened. I think this is the only tams that hasnt fully opened since covid (over 3 years now).

I dine in around 6:00pm and I order chicken sandwich combo and a chicken sandwich to eat there. The sandwiches were good but the service suck. I told the female there that I was dinning in and she told me it was easy to put the food in the bag. She refuse to give me a plate.

The service is very good and friendly, the speed in food preparation is very fast It was ready in less than 5 minutes, the proportion and size of the products or dishes is very extensive, the only detail is that the food has no seasoning, it is tasteless and tasteless. Pros: They give you a decent amount of food for a reasonable price. Cons: This is the most UNSEASONED food Ive had . They must have run out of salt and pepper today. The food I received today just smelled good. If I didnt have taste buds...they would have passed. These chicken tenders that came with my burger box have never seen a salt shaker before in their life. Chicken was juicy but the juice tasted like water though. Zero flavor. I had to test and see if I had covid after taking a bite. Straight flavorless.

I like the food there but the service is terrible, the employees are very rude and do not pay attention, they always give me my wrong order, and their solution is to say bring the food and we will replace it for you, the problem is the time it takes to You give your order more than 30 minutes and then you get home and your food is bad, thats annoying..

Food was good, they give you a lot for the money you pay. Highly recommend this place. They have a variety on their menu that can more than likely make everyone happy. Only thing though, make sure you go to the bathroom before you go. They dont have any public restrooms.

The worst place to go to eat is a restaurant, it has no bathrooms, there is no place to wash your hands, it is dirty, worse than a street stall, you should go to health inspection because there is no bathroom like the employees do.

Fyi no phone orders. Pick up or drive thru only. Dining room is closed and no bathroom. Guess theyre still flexing COVID rules. Came in for a bacon cheeseburger and chili cheese dog. Food was great however, why would you wrap a chili cheese hotdog with paper? When unwrapped all the cheese gets stuck to the paper and has to be scrapped off. Annoying. Other than that food and service was great.

For sure theres no doubt about it the zucchini fries are the best in the west Ive gone there several times just to buy zucchini fries this time I wanted to try the chicken tenders that they advertised and I was disappointed it was tough the chicken was not as tender is supposed to be I had to come home and re-cook it didnt want to waste my money but all in all is a good place to go to eat

This place is horrible. I was just passing through town to grab a quick burger and I couldnt believe how bad the food was. Burger was overcooked had the tiniest patty Ive ever seen chicken was so bad I had to spit it out. The oil seemed old and the chicken was chewy. It feels really insulting and disrespectful just to walk in you have to ask for everything pay extra for everything you get a tiny children soda cup you tip them and they still give you attitude for no reason. Nothing is up to par or even average good even the jalapenos I asked for seemed old. There was even some health concerns there, there were literally two children sleeping on the floor one right next to the cashier. I couldnt believe how terrible this place was I left my food halfway tossed it in the trash, then they told me I cant even wash my hands even though there was a restroom right there they had blocked it off. I left and will never come back again. Lots of rude signs posted all over the place, do not use this door, no bathroom allowed, all condiments extra, etc. It just feels so unwelcoming and even half the dining room is closed off with giant signs basically saying dont eat here, take it home. I hope this place gets shut down, its extremely rude and unwelcoming and food is horrible.

Hashbrowns were soggy, chicken fried steak OK, in the low end standard.

Great menudo!!! It can be served with Pata or No Pata. The bowls are filled with meat and hardly no hominy. The only new on the menue is the fee charge for using the debit card. There is a 3.9% charge if you use a débit or credit. The food has been a little pricey. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible from the parking lots and sidewalk.
