Nekter Juice Bar

I have to say this was the first time that I ever walked into this business. I have never been to a Nektar before. Today as I was driving by, I decided to stop in and try. I was greeted amazingly friendly by Aman and Anjali. It felt so welcoming. The place looked absolutely clean and organized. I was impressed! I ordered a fresh juice and an açai bowl, it was so nice to watch as my juice was made with the freshest ingredients. I was absolutely impressed. I don’t have to drive an hour just to find something like this now I have found it 10 minutes away. Needless to say I will be here every week. I am a super satisfied new customer. Everything I show up here is a great experience. I like to try something new as much as I can and so far everything has been delicious and amazing. It's a definite favorite of mine. In the picture is a delicious Avocado Dream. 2nd picture is Health Nut functional smoothie and is also fabulous and a great meal replacement.

Never been to this nékter before but I loved the place for it tidiness, layout and juices/ smoothies. I grubbed on their strawberry and banana smoothie which mmmh 🤌🏽 it was perfect. I also grubbed on their açaí bowl with strawberries, banana and blueberries Only thing I disliked is the amount of oats there was. Loved the place and try there drinks that they have on the shelf!

I love coming to this Nékter location because the service is always 100!! They always prioritize me and make me feel so welcomed and valued! I asked for a sample of a drink and Aman so nicely, gave me a small drink free of charge! So nice and amazing service! Thank you Aman!!

Love this place! The girls are kind and work very fast on the orders. Very healthy options and reasonable prices. This is my favorite spot for acai bowls, protein drinks. They make them fresh as you order unlike this other location by APU (will not say the name) where everything is frozen like ice cream. At Nektar, I've seen the girls use real fruits and blend everything as I placed my order.

This place has zero customers skills the to ladies who were working the counter this morning were the rudest cashier I've ever experienced not only are there drinks way overpriced the workers were so intolerable and they should be coached in the customer service area before being aloud to work with people very rude I will no longer be a customer of this location

Was disappointed to pay almost 12 dollars for an Acai peanut berry bowl to find that I couldn't even see or taste the peanut butter, when I asked if they forgot to add it, I was told that they blended it with the Acai? Well how much of it? We left spending close to 45 dollars for 2 bowls, 1 smoothie and two tumeric shots 🫣

Order Accuracy: Unfortunately, the order I received did not match what I had requested, leading to a less than satisfactory experience.
Service Time: The wait for my order was considerably long, surpassing the expected time for a quick-service establishment.
Employee Attitude: I observed instances of less-than-welcoming attitudes from some employees, which impacted the overall customer experience.
Air Conditioning: The absence of air conditioning made the environment less comfortable than anticipated. I suggest ensuring a suitable temperature inside the building.

My visit to Nekar left me disappointed. The 30-minute wait for a single drink was frustrating. It seemed like the employees prioritized easier orders, causing those who ordered drinks before others to receive them much later. This lack of fairness affected the overall experience.

Addressing this issue will improve customer satisfaction.

I love how they are so friendly and I usually get an açaí bowl but I’m planning to explore the whole menu!!! I brought my two friends when they came to visit me internationally, and they loved it that it was our breakfast place two days in a row :) the place is always clean and I love how they have options to add immunity boost, metabolism boost, or protein! Or if you want it all you can do that too!! They have Wi-Fi so come hang!

I ordered an açaí bowl with no bananas and cocoa nibs as we are allergic to them and they put them in it and on top!! Then I called to let them know and she told me I had to bring it back to replace it. I brought it back and she asked me again 3-4 different times if I didn’t want bananas when I made it quite clear at purchase, over the phone and after I had to return to get it made correctly! I will be calling corporate too as this is NOT satisfactory!

Fantastic! Pure Goodness! My daughter and I enjoy these so much and my mother loves these wholesome drinks as well as we get them often for her to help improve her antioxidant intake and improve her wellness. Its not just the drinks that are fantastic and full of goodness, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. In particular shout out to Sarah, who was such a delight and shared a sample of their scrumptious Oatmeal with cashew milk and fresh berries. Our favorites are the greenie, recovery pink flamingo and popeye's acai, all with immunity boost!So goood!💖😊🙌

I always make it a personal mission to visit my local Nekter when I’m craving something light and healthy. Staff is really welcoming and accommodating with orders. Came in on 2-20-23 ordered the peanut butter acai. Was very disappointed. There was no dates. Also you could not taste the almond butter we paid extra for. She had put more granola then acai. If you want to get a really good bowl worth the price go to Acia Joint. It was my first time and it was disappointing. When I came in also the girl acted like she didn't understand one word I was asking her.
