Consistently great food and service. Atmosphere is subdued and quiet, which we appreciate. Great steaks, burgers, fish, and superb cocktails. Nice patio or dinner indoors. When everything else in Bakersfield has an hour wait you can get right in at the Crest. It's a regular go to for us.

I joined my friends late for a birthday celebration and only had a short time to eat. The waitress was quick at taking my order and getting me my food. They let all of us have separate checks.
Everyone's food looked super yummy! And they all enjoyed it. I had a side salad and frickles (fried dill pickles). It was very good! I can't wait to go back.

Right in the center of Crest RV mobile park is this outstanding restaurant, Crest Bar and grill. I’ve heard they have outstanding food and now I can attest they sure do.
I came in with a friend, I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich, it had cheese, onions, pickles and mustard. You have a choice of sides, I had French fries. The sandwich was excellent, probably the best pastrami I’ve ever had.
My friend ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, he loved it.
They also have a bar. Food is reasonable priced. Staff did a great job.

The biggest issue was the PRICE. Holly CRAP!!!. ASSININE prices for the simplest stuff. We only did it because we had JUST gotten in from about 5-6 hours of driving and we were hot and a little hungry. I just didn't feel that our food, service or the atmosphere was worth more then about a 10% tip.

We Didn't Stay In Any Of The Room's, We Went There For A Car Show That They Had Going On The Day Before Mother's Day. It Was A Pretty Good Car Show, There Was Some Really Nice Car's There. They Have It Every Year, Just So Ya Know. 🤗🤗💞💞

Had lunch here after having it suggested by a salesperson. It doesn't look like much but oh my goodness! The pastrami was one of the best I've ever had. And crispy, huge onion rings!!! Our waitress was so nice, cheerful, and helpful. My friend had a good looking hamburger and she ate it all, which she never does. We will most definitely go back.
ps. It's in an RV/camp ground.

We were there on WednesdaySeptember 25th at 1:00My husband and I split a crest pastrami.it was the worst pastami we have ever had.hardly any meat. The meat was burnt and fatty and tough! Use to be one of our favorite places for lunch. Did it sale or what.

We went because of reviews claiming great food. Maybe it was the chefs day off. We ordered the cajun blackened salmon. The pieces of fish that were served looked like salmon but my portion was dried and overcooked while my wife portion was nearly raw. Both meals were bland, and could have used some spice. The vegetable medley side was the best part of the meal

I got the chicken and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo and hubby got the steak with mixed veggies. Food and mixed drinks were very good, only complaints (it was memorial Day) is they only had 2 servers (we saw a couple walk out from not being served timely) and their menu is not very extensive. Our waiter cause Im sure he was the Host was awesome and no complaints on food or drinks. We will try again and update as this was our first time.

Over-priced, They also charge for chips and salsa and the drinks werent worth the price. My friend ordered the chile verde and it was bland. Only good thing was the Cobb salad.

I have eaten at the Crest Bar and Grill numerous times over the last few years, and the customer service and talent keep improving. Maybe it s just my luck, and I get all the best service. The food and drinks were fantastic, as usual. I am looking forward to seeing you all again. Keep up the excellent work it is not going unnoticed. It gets better and better every time I come in. Parking: There is plenty of parking to the front of the restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap accessibility ramps into the restaurant.

Quite a pricey place to eat. We went for lunch; 7 adults, 2 toddlers. Most ordered salad or sandwiches nothing fancy. Our bill was just over $200. Great place for a nice expensive dinner, but not somewhere I would go to get lunch again.

What a pleasant surprise. We didnt expect this kind of service or tasty food in an RV park restaurant. But it was exceptional. The beer was cold and the food was superb. I suggest the chili verde nachos.

Mondays they have a Meatloaf special. It was fantabulous!!! Definitely will be back! Wife had the Stinky Pasta, bomb! My sons had the Cajun chicken sammich and other son had the Classic burger. Everything was top notch!

Excellent lunch experience! We were greeted by the host who promptly seated us. Diana our server took our order which was delivered timely and hot. I had the club sandwich & my wife had the California Chicken sandwich both were delicious. The restaurant was clean and in great condition. 5 stars across the board. We will be back. T.Mosley

Horrible food! I had the top sirloin steak with mixed veggies and baked potato. The steak was tough as nails, the veggies were practically raw and the potato had a funny taste. One family member found not one but, two pieces of hard plastic in his mashed potatoes. The restaurant offered to replace the potatos but didnt offer to discount his meal. After the second piece of hard plastic was found, the entire batch was thrown out however, not before they offered him another spoonful. The servers were good but Im still giving this place one star for the food and the extra added plastic bonus we didnt ask for. I believe an offer to discount his meal would have set a better standard of care for what I felt was a subpar meal and experience. Oh and one more thing...the manager never addressed the situation. Instead, he sent the server to apologize for the mishap. This is bad business!

Part of the Bakersfield KOA RV Park. Food was great service was unbelievable, and the decor was nice. Full service bar here as well. Homemade desserts. Their Cobb salad is great.

Food was close to very good, as the ingredients looked fresh, but the hamburgers, one burnt on the outside edges, were both too greasy. Fries were not hot, neither were the onion rings. Service was pretty good, cook was very slow. They were not busy, was a rain day. Not sure I would go back, but I think they could easily do better. Also, for the price they charge, its not worth it. They took extra long to make it and still did not care enough to prepare it un burnt, not greasy, and cold. That said, If you dont mind all that, they are better than fast food.

Hidden gem! I was floored, been in Bakersfield for over 18 years and this restaurant suddenly popped up in my search for restaurants nearby. The service was friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is non pretentious, just regular folks enjoying dinner the lighting was adequate not too dim or too bright. Also, the menu has a variety of options and what shocked me the most was the $ price. Definitely going back, trying some other options on the menu that caught my eye can t wait!

Ive been here like 10-15 times in my life and everytime it has been good food and good service. I usually get the wild west burgers because there beer battered onion rings are soo good. I like there stuffed mushrooms too. Tonight I got a chicken chipotle sandwich on like some grilled texas toast and asked for garlic mashed potatoes and gravy for the side, it was all delicious!

An enjoyable Christmas Eve dinner with family. A beautiful place with fair prices & a wonderful staff. 2022 around the corner. Remember if you drink & drive this holiday season... Drinking Pepsi cola isnt illegal, YET. Update, thanksgiving 2022. Arrived for their thanksgiving meal starting @ 11am. The entire meal was barely warm and could see why others would get theirs cold also bc about 3 dozen bagged & tagged meals sat waiting to be picked up. Not under a heat lamp or anything such just piled there ahead of those who thought they were going to have a hot meal. The green beans looked good but were far from being so, rubbery and undercooked they were the coldest item on the entire plate. Wasnt impressed, the service was ok. Asked for other seating rather than front & center in high traffic lane but they said they couldnt change seating and when we were done the request I made in seating were barely begging to bc occupied. Looked BETR than any of it was. Usually have a BETR experience there but oil well ... The bathrooms are nice.

What a nice treat after a long r Drive to have a restaurant in campground. I had Lettuce wrap. I loved it so much flavor. Friend has roast beef sandwich he wasnt too impressed. Service was great and food was fresh and made to order.

I arrived at the Bakersfield RV resort which is now with KOA yesterday afternoon. It had been a really bad day thus far, what with the heat and trying to deconstruct my original site and then moving to another RV park where I arrived with a flat tire, things were not going good. By the time the tire was fixed and I was finished getting everything set up and sat down I realized I hadn t eaten a thing all day. I was not only starving but really dehydrated too. I didn t feel like driving anywhere to find food but then I realized they ve got a restaurant here on site. Lo and behold, I called the Crest bar and Grill and ordered the chicken piccata and a side salad. They delivered my food to me and I could not have been happier. It wasn t just because I was starving, but the food was done perfectly, delicious and was well worth the money. Thank you so much Crest bar and grill, you saved my life! You know I ll be ordering from you again!

Another wonderful dinner at the Crest Bar & Grill. Shannon was our excellent server. I had the Lemon Chicken Piccata with garlic mashed potatoes, and al dente fresh green beans with bacon and mushrooms. Everything cooked to perfection & delicious.

Went for mothers day. It was a buffet that was mostly breakfast. Food was warm not hot, the biscuits were hard, eggs were dry and the bacon seemed like it was cooked the day before and just microwaved. Couldnt order anything off their regular menu. They charged over $30 per person for not even mediocre food. This was the first time I had been there and probably the last. Wouldnt even let us take food home. Our waitress was good.
